Collins Aire Mobile Home Park Reviews
I've lived here for almost 10 years. I love it here. Matt and Tommy our maintenance guys try super hard to keep up with all the maintenance and the pool has never looked more inviting! They keep the entrance looking very nice and lawn always maintained. I'm waiting to see who our new park manager will be and what he or she will do to help our mobile home park keep looking good. Thank you Matt for always helping me and answering my questions and providing solutions and or ideas and keeping our park looking good. If only people would follow the rules about parking in the street and maintenance in their yard and mobile home it would be so much better. Thank you to those who do take pride in our park.
May 20, 2024 · Estela BacaI have lived here for 20 years. I bought my home when I was 22. I love it here, the people that run it are great. I love Dave, Matt and Steve. They are kind and understanding. The pool is always in great shape, they take great care of our streets, and they all live here too! My greatest example of kindness from these people is when our pipes froze we called Matt and he tried to explain how to attempt to thaw them out ourselves, we tried. Alas we still had no water because our heat tape went bad and we didn't have the right equipment. We called a plumbing service that night and they quoted us $1000+ dollars, which we couldn't afford. Matt called us the following morning to check in, at that point we told him about the quote, he had someone here in two hours that thawed out our pipes and replaced our heat tape for $250. They truly care about the people, they want to do the best for their neighbors. My family is very happy here!
Aug 17, 2022 · Rachel ChaplinIf I could do no stars I would new manager and maintance guy are allowing druggies to destroy the property and harrass others. Everyone has asked for help the sheriffs refuse to help as well and so these druggies get to continue what there doing.Wondering if the new park manager is in the back pocket like the say matt the maintence guy is. Worst park to live in and the main owners refuse to help as well. David has a nasty and discusting obsession with the harness family as well as matt both will degrade you and make nasty comments basically almost spit in your face refuses to give the park owners information out because he knows hes in the wrong dont move into this park unless your ready to be treated like utter trash
Nov 25, 2023 · Mandy BoxfordWe've been here 20+ years. It definitely was cleaner and kept up for the 1st 10 or so years. I'd say the past 5+ years its gone down hill! Lots are looking like dumping grounds. Some have 4-7 cars on lots meant to have 3 at most! With lot rent increase, it's almost not worth staying.
Feb 25, 2023 · Debbie ValdezIt was a good place to live until new owner's bought. They are not family friendly nor do they care about residents only the money they can make. They never communicate and can never be reached.
