Reynoldsburg Estates Mobile Home Community & Sales Introduce
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" in the Reynoldsburg, Ohio area, Reynoldsburg Estates Mobile Home Community & Sales, located at 290 Estates Ln, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068, USA, is primarily a mobile home community that also indicates "Sales," suggesting a focus on residential manufactured homes. While our platform centers on "RV parks near me," it's important to consider nearby mobile home parks, especially for those who might be seeking longer-term RV living options. However, the available customer reviews for Reynoldsburg Estates raise significant concerns regarding management responsiveness and professionalism, which potential residents, including RVers, should carefully consider.
One long-term resident of "four years or more" recounts a frustrating experience with the park management's lack of response to critical maintenance requests. The resident states they repeatedly asked for attention to "trees hanging over my house and the erosion behind my house" which was allegedly causing their home's slab to become unlevel. Despite these repeated requests, the resident claims that "nobody come down." They were reportedly told that someone was sent, but they never received any documentation. As a result, the resident took it upon themselves to have the trees removed at their own expense. Subsequently, they informed the management that they would withhold rent due to the prolonged neglect of their maintenance requests. In response, the park sent them an eviction letter. This account highlights a significant issue with management responsiveness to resident concerns, particularly regarding property maintenance and safety. For those seeking "RV parks near me" for long-term stays, the responsiveness of management to infrastructure and site-related issues is a crucial consideration.
The same reviewer also mentions a perceived inconsistency in the enforcement of property maintenance rules, stating that "People are not taking care of the property as they required to, but they want to make the rules of who and what the pay." This suggests potential issues with the overall upkeep of the community and a possible lack of consistent enforcement of standards, which could impact the environment and aesthetic appeal for any potential RV residents looking for "RV parks near me" that are well-maintained.
Another customer review details a highly unprofessional and disrespectful interaction at the park's office. This individual visited to inquire about water charges and was allegedly interrupted and rudely dismissed by a woman identifying herself as the manager. The reviewer recounts being told that the water rate information was "corporate info" and that it was not their right to know what they were paying for. The situation escalated when the manager reportedly called the reviewer a "dirty bum" (in response to their work attire as a diesel mechanic) and was also disrespectful to a "nice gentleman" who was initially assisting the reviewer. This incident is particularly concerning as it suggests a severe lack of professionalism and a hostile attitude from the park management towards residents or potential residents. For anyone considering Reynoldsburg Estates as one of the "RV parks near me," such behavior from management is a significant red flag and could indicate a problematic living environment.
Given these two negative reviews, there is a clear indication of potential issues with the management of Reynoldsburg Estates Mobile Home Community & Sales. The lack of responsiveness to maintenance requests and the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior reported at the office are serious concerns for anyone considering residing in this community, whether in a mobile home or an RV. These issues could significantly impact the quality of living and the overall experience for those looking for "RV parks near me" that offer a positive and respectful environment.
To determine if Reynoldsburg Estates accommodates recreational vehicles and to understand the specifics relevant to RV stays, direct contact with the park management is necessary. Inquiring at (614) 380-1100 or +1 614-380-1100 would provide essential information such as:
- Availability of RV sites and the sizes they can accommodate.
- Types of hookups offered at RV sites (e.g., water, electricity – amperage, sewer).
- Rates for daily, weekly, or monthly RV stays.
- Policies regarding maintenance of RV sites and common areas.
- Availability of amenities for RV guests (e.g., restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, dump station).
- Pet policies for RV owners.
- Any specific rules or regulations for RV guests within this mobile home community.
However, in light of the negative feedback regarding management, potential RVers should approach any inquiries with caution and be prepared to thoroughly assess the environment and policies firsthand if considering a stay. The reported lack of responsiveness to resident issues and the unprofessional behavior are significant drawbacks that could outweigh any potential benefits of the location or community itself.
Currently, there is no promotional information available for Reynoldsburg Estates in the provided text. Those interested in potential long-term RV stays should inquire about any specific rates or incentives for extended stays when contacting the park management. Understanding the cost of living, including site fees and any additional charges, is crucial when considering "RV parks near me" for longer durations, but this should be weighed against the reported negative experiences with management.
In conclusion, Reynoldsburg Estates Mobile Home Community & Sales presents a mobile home park near Reynoldsburg, OH, with concerning customer reviews highlighting issues with management responsiveness to maintenance and unprofessional behavior towards residents. For individuals seeking "RV parks near me," these reports should be taken seriously. While it is essential to contact the park directly to inquire about RV accommodations and policies, potential residents should be aware of the negative feedback and consider whether the potential benefits of the location outweigh the reported management problems. It would be prudent to thoroughly investigate other "RV parks near me" in the Reynoldsburg area that have more positive or transparent reviews to ensure a more satisfactory living experience.

Reynoldsburg Estates Mobile Home Community & Sales Reviews
I have been a resident here for four years or more and I have asked many times to have somebody come and look at the trees hanging over my house and the erosion behind my house. That’s causing my slab to go out of level. And I have never had anybody come down. They said they sent someone but I never got any paperwork so I had the trees removed on my own Money and told them I was not paying them rent because I have asked for so long and I get no response or anything and they sent me an eviction letter today. People are not taking care of the property as they required to, but they want to make the rules of who and what the pay. Not a happy customer.
Nov 11, 2024 · Ricky WheelerI went to there office today and I was talking to a nice gentleman. About how much I was paying form water . And a lady over my shoulder yells it's over his head and I am the manager here and tells me to move on so I ask her if she new how much I was being charged for water and told me that's corporate info . I say it's my right to know what I'm paying for and she calls me a dirty bum and yes I just got off work as a diesel mechanic.and my clothes were greasy anyway she was disrespectful to the gentleman helping me and vary rude and unprofessional to a 15 year resident at this park
Feb 03, 2024 · Allen LilleyI love living here or I wouldn't have lived here for over ten years. The staff is friendly. I live on Robin Lane it's a nice quite street well maintained and I get along great with almost all my neighbors. The swimming pool was the selling point. However this year was a great disappointment. The pool seems to open later and later every year and closes earlier and earlier every year. This one being the worst. It didn't open until mid July because of a leak and was open a total of maybe three weeks and is now closed for season due to pump failure. When I moved here it was open all the time but the last few years its just excuse after excuse. There's a ton of people here who love this pool. It's was a place to meet your neighbors and make friendships and where the thousand kids spent their summers. Now it's just a broken down disappointment. Get it together PLEASE!
Jul 30, 2018 · M SasserNo rules are enforced!! No Maintenance Man! Cars parked on the street all night. No one cares. This place has really gone to pot!! No pool. No laundry room and yet the rates go up!! Research before you think of coming here!!!!😡
Aug 06, 2023 · Marci LeachDrove around to get a feel of the neighborhood and talk with residents, with the exception of a couple of guys only saying "no" to my questions about the place being a good place to live or raise kids (possibly a language barrier issue) and one person raising the confederate flag for all to see (my significant other is black) all seemed to be good signs of the place. The other people I spoke with all seemed to know each and everybody else in the area, and told a narrative of this being a great neighborhood with the old school style of community. I do hope to be able to line up a lot there to call home for me and my family, as long as its not too close to the "bars and stripes" I'm not ready to explain that level of hate to a 2 year old just yet. Other than that I have seen nothing to digest that even the slightest thing may make me not want to move on in.
