River Landing RV Park Introduce
If you're searching for "RV parks near me" in the Bristol, Florida area, especially for a convenient overnight stop or a longer visit to a welcoming community, River Landing RV Park, located at 12319 N Central St, Bristol, FL 32321, USA, presents a promising option. Based on recent customer reviews, this appears to be a relatively new and exceptionally clean facility with a friendly staff and a particularly caring owner. While the park is still in the process of expansion and currently has some limitations, the positive feedback suggests a bright future and a pleasant experience for travelers.
The location of River Landing RV Park on North Central Street in Bristol places it within the small town of Bristol in Liberty County, Florida. Bristol is situated along the Apalachicola River and offers a more rural and natural setting compared to the bustling coastal areas of the state. This location could appeal to those seeking a quieter and more laid-back RV experience, perhaps while traveling through the region or exploring the natural beauty of the Florida Panhandle. The proximity to North Central Street suggests easy access to local roads and potentially some town amenities.
One of the first things that stands out from the customer reviews is the emphasis on the cleanliness of River Landing RV Park. One reviewer described it as "very new and clean," indicating that the facilities are well-maintained and offer a fresh and pleasant environment for guests. Cleanliness is a crucial factor for RV travelers, and this positive feedback suggests that River Landing RV Park prioritizes hygiene and upkeep.
The staff at River Landing RV Park are also consistently praised for their friendliness. One reviewer noted the "friendly staff," while another described the "staff is wonderful and very helpful." This positive interaction with the park's personnel can significantly enhance the overall guest experience, making visitors feel welcome and supported during their stay. The willingness of the staff to assist guests contributes to a positive and stress-free environment.
The owner of River Landing RV Park is also singled out for her exceptional care and dedication. One reviewer described her as "a sweetheart who really cares for her park and the people who come here." This personal touch and genuine concern for the well-being of guests can create a strong sense of community and make the park feel more like a welcoming home than just a temporary stop. The reviewer's sentiment of wanting to "find any excuse to come back here again" speaks volumes about the positive impact of the owner's hospitality.
In terms of amenities, River Landing RV Park currently offers a significant perk: "free laundry in the new machines." This is a valuable amenity, especially for travelers on longer journeys, as it provides a cost-effective and convenient way to take care of laundry needs without having to seek out external facilities. The fact that the machines are new suggests they are likely in good working order and efficient.
However, the reviews also honestly address some of the park's current limitations. One reviewer noted that the "sites are quite close together with no greenery." This is an important consideration for travelers who value privacy and space between RV sites, as well as a more natural and landscaped environment. The lack of greenery might also impact shade and the overall aesthetic appeal of the park in its current stage of development.
Another significant limitation mentioned is the absence of on-site bathrooms. The reviewer noted, "No bathrooms yet, but you can use the bathroom at the park across the road." This temporary arrangement, while providing a solution, might be inconvenient for some guests, particularly during inclement weather or late at night. However, the reviewer also mentioned that this will be addressed as "bathrooms and expansion is complete," indicating that this is a known and temporary issue that the park is actively working to resolve. This forward-looking perspective suggests that the park is committed to improving its facilities and enhancing the guest experience.
The fact that the park is described as "very new" suggests that it is still in the development phase, and the current limitations are likely a result of ongoing construction and expansion efforts. The reviewer who mentioned the lack of bathrooms also expressed optimism that the park "will be really nice after bathrooms and expansion is complete," indicating an understanding that the current state is temporary and that significant improvements are planned.

Asking about any introductory rates or long-stay discounts might also be beneficial.
In conclusion, River Landing RV Park in Bristol, Florida, presents itself as a promising new option for RV travelers. Its standout features include exceptional cleanliness, a friendly and helpful staff, and a genuinely caring owner who is dedicated to the comfort of her guests. The current offering of free laundry is a significant perk. While the park currently has limitations regarding the proximity of sites and the lack of on-site bathrooms, these appear to be temporary as the park is new and undergoing expansion. The positive feedback and the owner's commitment suggest that River Landing RV Park has the potential to become a highly desirable destination in the Bristol area. River Landing RV Park Reviews
Great spot for an overnight on our way through. Very new and clean with friendly staff. Easy to make a reservation by phone. Sites are quite close together with no greenery. No bathrooms yet, but you can use the bathroom at the park across the road. We enjoyed the free laundry in the new machines. This will be really nice after bathrooms and expansion is complete.

Oct 09, 2024 · Brandon ToddNice new RV Park. Work in progress to add pull thru spaces, dog park and store. Set in a quiet area near river. Boat ramp close. Owner is super friendly and helpful
Sep 16, 2024 · Julie MotleyWe have stayed in a lot of RV parks. This park is the most friendly park i have been to. The owner is an amazing woman and goes out of her way to please. She's is the sweetest person we have met running a park. Her staff is beyind awesome. It's a fairly new park. . They are adding pull through sites, and a store. The laundry room is free to use. The owner fed the entire park on her. She brought in a blow up slide for the kids! There's a food truck and tables to eat outside. We will definitely be back her. Anyone in the area do yourself a favor and come by here for a stay. It's quiet and peaceful. New owners doing great!
Oct 08, 2024 · patricia winnegarWe were truly fortunate to find this hidden gem when we evacuated from Bradenton due to hurricane Milton. We were welcomed by the owner and her friendly staff upon arrival, they were very accommodating, and their southern hospitality shone through.Situated across the street from the Apalachicola River and a park with a boat ramp, this quite park has been newly upgraded with all new hookups, level gravel pads, and a new laundry. The owner brought in a food truck and treated evacuees to a much appreciated dinner. We look forward to a return visit, and will go out of our way to make that happen.I strongly encourage all to find your way to River Landing RV Park.
