Riverview Estates Introduce
Nestled in Riverdale, Utah, at 5648 1150 W 5C - Office, Riverview Estates presents a compelling option for those seeking a long-term residential community. While some platforms might categorize it under "RV parks near me," it's crucial to understand that Riverview Estates primarily operates as a mobile home park, offering a stable and welcoming environment for residents looking to establish a home rather than providing temporary RV accommodations. Based on the overwhelmingly positive feedback from current and former residents, Riverview Estates appears to be a well-regarded community with a unique charm.
One of the most striking aspects highlighted in the reviews is the peaceful and quiet environment of Riverview Estates. Described as a "nice and quiet tucked away spot," the park offers a sense of seclusion and tranquility that is highly valued by its residents. This quiet ambiance is further emphasized by a long-term resident of 27 years who notes that by 9 pm each night, the area becomes so still that one can enjoy the sounds of crickets from their porch or open window. This suggests a serene living environment, ideal for those who appreciate peace and quiet.
The sense of community within Riverview Estates is another frequently praised feature. The 27-year resident explicitly mentions the "great sense of Community" that has always been present in the park. This neighborly atmosphere is characterized by residents looking out for one another and a feeling of safety and protection for children. This strong community spirit can be a significant draw for individuals and families seeking a supportive and connected living environment where neighbors care about each other's well-being.
Riverview Estates also appears to be a particularly family-friendly community. One reviewer fondly recalls allowing their young children to draw a "mile-long hopscotch line" without worry, highlighting a level of freedom and safety for children that might be rare in other residential settings. This suggests a relaxed and permissive environment where children have the space and security to play and explore. The long-term resident also raised their two sons in the park, further attesting to its suitability for families.
Adding to the unique appeal of Riverview Estates is its natural environment and the opportunity for wildlife sightings. Situated on a hill, the park offers chances to see various animals such as honey badgers, raccoons, and deer. This connection to nature can be a significant benefit for residents who appreciate wildlife and the beauty of the surrounding landscape. Despite this seemingly secluded setting, the park also boasts convenient access to shopping and other amenities with just a short drive down the road. This balance of peaceful, natural surroundings and accessibility to urban conveniences makes Riverview Estates particularly attractive.
The fact that "most people know nothing about this place or even where it is" could be considered a unique feature in itself, contributing to the park's tucked-away and quiet nature. This sense of being a hidden gem can enhance the feeling of privacy and exclusivity for its residents.
Based on the provided reviews, Riverview Estates appears to offer a unique blend of a quiet, community-oriented, and family-friendly living environment with the added bonus of wildlife sightings and convenient access to nearby amenities. The long tenure of at least one resident (27 years) speaks volumes about the positive living experience the park provides over an extended period.
While the reviews are overwhelmingly positive and highlight the environment and community aspects, specific details regarding services and features typically found in mobile home parks are somewhat limited. However, based on the positive sentiment, it can be inferred that essential services such as water, electricity, and sewer hookups are likely provided. Potential residents would benefit from inquiring about additional services such as trash removal, park maintenance, communal areas (if any), and any specific rules or regulations of the park.
Similarly, information regarding specific features like lot sizes, landscaping, or any recreational facilities within the park is not detailed in the reviews. Interested parties should contact the park management directly to obtain these specifics. The office can be reached at (801) 648-9464 or +1 801-648-9464. Calling this number would be the best way to gather detailed information about lot availability, fees, services included, park amenities, and any current promotional offers (although no promotions are mentioned in the provided text).
In conclusion, for local users seeking a mobile home park in the Riverdale, Utah area, Riverview Estates presents itself as a highly desirable option based on the positive experiences of its residents. The park is characterized by its quiet and peaceful environment, strong sense of community, family-friendly atmosphere, opportunities for wildlife viewing, and convenient location. While specific details about services and features would need to be obtained directly from the park management, the overwhelmingly positive testimonials suggest that Riverview Estates offers a truly great place to call home. Potential residents are encouraged to reach out to the provided contact number to learn more about making this hidden gem their new community.

Riverview Estates Reviews
Loved living there, nice and quiet tucked away spot where everyone seemed to get along. Great place for my little ones where else could you allow them to draw a mile long hop scotch line and not worry about them
Sep 12, 2024 · virgil allredI have lived in this park now for 27 years and I Absolutely Love it up here. I have raised my 2 sons in this park and it has always felt like a great sense of Community. Neighbors look out for each other and kids are always protected. LOVE that most people know nothing about this place or even where it is. It is so quiet at 9 pm every night you can sit outside or open your window and listen to the crickets sing their songs. There have been MANY Awesome chances to see wildlife up on this hill(Honey Badgers, Raccoons and many Deer, but just a short drive down the road and you can shop for just about anything. Convenient for sure. Love it here!! Really a Great place to call Home.
Sep 06, 2024 · Cheryl SchofieldRiverview Estates is a wonderful place to live! I have been here over 25 years. It’s quiet and has a great sense of community. The view is beautiful and the area is well maintained and clean.
Sep 06, 2024 · Virginia MolyneuxA little bit country and a little bit city, I love the country environment, Roosters crowing, Doves cooing, Quail with there chicks, and for the first time in almost 2 years I have had the pleasure of seeing a few deer in our community. And the there is the view to the North East, it truly is spectacular in the Spring. The Park is in a great location, close to shopping and easy access to the freeways and other main artries. As far as Park goes itself, it is always clean, always QUIET, not much traffic, and people do obey the speed for the most part. The neighbors are very friendly, and I have made some long lasting friendships,Now I will address the management. I lived in another Park for 31 one years, being forced out, I landed here. Truly eye opening, Having a nice, careing management is the #1 essential. Greg, Candi, Wayne, and Vaneessa are really the secret sauce. Thanks
Sep 06, 2024 · Randy GuerrieroI've lived here at the Riverview Mobile estates for almost 15yrs, I have absolutely loved it here. What sold me was the location close to schools bus picks and drops them off just out the exit of the park, elementary , jr high and high school so its most convenient! Shopping Target ,Home Depot and Walmart down the hill. It's always been nice peaceful not a lot of commotion being heard outside your home, which makes a difference being most trailer parks tend to have. Last be not least the owners are awesome we have a block party every year that the police and fire department throws great time to mingle with neighbors and to get to know officers who watch out over us😀. Great place to live and raise your kiddos
