Roots Management Florida Office Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" and considering various options for accommodation or long-term stays, it's crucial to conduct thorough research on any associated management companies. This profile addresses Roots Management Florida Office, whose listed address is 75 W Towne Ridge Pkwy Suite 201, Sandy, UT 84070, USA, with phone numbers (480) 339-0000 and +1 480-339-0000. It is important to note that while the address is in Utah, the name suggests operations in Florida, which could indicate a management office overseeing properties in multiple locations.
The following information is derived directly from publicly available customer reviews and aims to provide an objective overview based on these accounts. It is essential for potential clients or residents to consider these experiences when evaluating properties managed by Roots Management Florida Office or when comparing various "RV parks near me" based on their management reputations.
One extensive review details a deeply negative experience, alleging a multitude of serious issues encountered by a tenant. This account begins with the individual, eight months pregnant, being moved into a home in December with no heat and no hot water for an entire month. The reviewer states they resorted to boiling water for showers and purchasing heaters at significant personal expense. Subsequently, they were allegedly moved into another home with mold, caving walls, and disintegrating floors.
The review further describes alarming safety concerns. On the day the reviewer returned from having their baby, the back door of the new residence reportedly would not close. Maintenance was contacted but allegedly did not address the issue seriously initially, advising the tenant to barricade it. The door was later bolted shut for three months, described as a fire hazard by maintenance. Additionally, the front door lock was reportedly faulty, leaving the home insecure for a period, especially concerning with a newborn present.
According to the review, after persistent complaints, the family was moved again to a home purported to be new but allegedly exhibiting issues such as a moldy dishwasher, missing trim, and broken shelves. A significant safety hazard was described with a back step located five feet away from the house. The reviewer also mentions floors that injured their baby, a deteriorating counter, and a front door that required forceful slamming to lock, which was reportedly fixed only after a month of daily complaints.
The reviewer credits a former office lady, who was allegedly later fired, for advising them to leave and issuing a 30-day notice. However, the office was reportedly unattended for weeks when they attempted to submit the notice. Upon finally reaching the regional manager, the reviewer claims they were evicted after mentioning the unsafe living conditions. Allegations of stalking by the regional manager for four days following the eviction are also made.
Further accusations include the maintenance man allegedly bolting both the front and back doors shut while the family was removing their remaining belongings, falsely claiming the door was open. The sheriff was reportedly called and was surprised by this action. The reviewer also states they were charged for the month of April despite vacating and returning keys in March, labeling the company's practices as a "scam."
The review concludes with a strong warning against doing business with Roots Management Florida Office, citing poor communication, failure to address maintenance issues, and alleged retaliatory actions against tenants who withhold rent for repairs. The reviewer also mentions a pattern of increasing lot rent without corresponding improvements and suggests potential legal action by state and federal authorities due to the alleged widespread nature of these practices across multiple states.
Another brief review echoes similar sentiments, stating, "Lawsuit needs to happen to every location ASAP." This strongly suggests that the negative experiences described in the more detailed review might not be isolated incidents and could be indicative of broader issues within the management company's properties.
Considering the category "RV parks near me," individuals looking for long-term RV park options or mobile home communities should be particularly diligent in researching the management companies associated with these locations. The experiences detailed in these reviews regarding Roots Management Florida Office raise significant concerns about property maintenance, tenant safety, communication, and business practices. While this information pertains to properties managed by this company and not necessarily traditional short-term RV parks, it serves as a cautionary example of the importance of due diligence when selecting any long-term living arrangement, including those that might accommodate RVs for extended periods.
Prospective residents or clients are strongly advised to seek additional information, including current reviews and direct communication with the management of any property they are considering. The negative experiences reported here highlight the potential risks associated with certain property management companies and underscore the need for thorough investigation before making any commitments.
In conclusion, the publicly available reviews concerning Roots Management Florida Office paint a concerning picture of their property management practices. Individuals searching for "RV parks near me" or considering properties managed by this company should carefully review these accounts and conduct thorough independent research to ensure their safety and well-being.

Roots Management Florida Office Reviews
Lawsuit needs to happen to every location ASAP. Where do I start? I was 8 months pregnant when I got moved into a home with no heat, no hot water IN DECEMBER(they didn’t make it a serious matter for an entire month). I was boiling water at almost 9 months pregnant to shower as well as going to buy 300$ worth of heaters to heat the entire home. Got moved into a home with mold, walls caving in, floors disintegrating. The day I came home from having my baby, the back door wouldn’t close at all. We called maintenance who laughed about it and said it’s too dark he’d come the next day, to just barricade it shut for the night. “Good thing there’s cameras” cameras where sir? The ones on the front door that I was told don’t even work? After contacting 2 days and him not coming he finally came and BOLTED our door shut saying “well this is a fire hazard” it remained bolted shut for 3 months. On top of that? The front door lock wouldn’t lock properly so I was essentially in an unsafe home with a newborn. After being so miserable we demanded a new home. They moved us into a home that they said was new; it indeed was not. Moldy dishwasher. Trim missing. Broken shelves. The back step wasn’t on but rather 5 feet away from the house so if anyone walked out that door they were subjected to a broken body part. The floors were cutting up my babies legs and toes. The counter was bubbling and coming apart. The front door wouldn’t lock properly unless we slammed our entire body into it (they finally fixed it after a month of us complaining but it took a complaint every day) there was an amazing office lady at the time (who got fired because regional fired everyone to bring her own in) she said she would get us out and we needed to run far from here cause it’s not a good place to live. She gave us a 30 day notice to quit and we went to turn it in… no one was in office; not for WEEKS! When we did go in, the regional manager heard the words “the home was unsafe” and she said “I’m not doing this. Get out” and kicked my family out of office and continued to evict us. After that she continued to stalk my house for 4 days straight(I have evidence but not sharing because I’m doing my best to handle the business’ actions properly). Then as we were getting the rest of our stuff out (we were at our unit at the time and it was literally our last trip of stuff and it was food from the fridge and baby items, a couch) and the maintenance man drilled both the back and front door closed. When he got there he claimed that the door was wide opened (due to the unsafe doors we always jiggle the doors. Knock on it. Jiggle again. That door was locked for sure) then proceeded 5 minutes after to be so surprised they were bolted shut. Sir, you’re the maintenance who said the door was opened. Who are you kidding? You guys can’t afford to go sign a writ so you illegally bar the door closed. We called a sheriff out and they were incredibly surprised by their actions. My remark was “just like you did when I came home from the hospital, right?” And he walked away calling people claiming defamation; silly considering you told me not to go into the house that you also aren’t allowed to be in without signing a writ first. Then after we said whatever we’ll leave our stuff here’s the keys they charged us for the month of April when we LEFT, HANDED THE KEYS IN, in march. This is a scam and they will take every dollar they think they can from you. This isn’t even all of it but I promise you, this is not the place for your family. And please don’t tell me to contact you, your words have proven to many to mean nothing. You guys don’t answer phone calls, you don’t answer emails. The one picture is my boyfriend going up to the office (they were in there) but ignoring us for 10 minutes then answering to an officer not even 15 minutes after we were there) Do better as a business, and if you can’t keep people’s living situations up to par but can over charge them $2,000; you might need to start making major changes as a company.
Aug 02, 2024 · Callie SuthersNo stars would be more accurate. I have a list of complaints. I will be contacting the Attorney General's Office in my state so they can look into charges against this company. If you call the cooperate number you never talk to a person and you can't leave a message and they never return calls when you could leave a message.. They never fix what's wrong they just keep gas lighting you but yet if you try to withhold the lot rent to make the repairs they threaten and go to evict you. But yet they want their money. They keep going up on lot rent yet they don't do anything. Please don't do business with them. It's not a good situation. Besides the States going after them the Federal Government should get involved cause what they do to people is across multiple states not just where I live. They really need to be investigated and something needs to change with them
Apr 02, 2024 · Carla ZunkeThese people are scammers. I lived there for 3 years with my family along with my 3 kids we had a 4 bedroom. The first year I signed a year lease but the other 2 years we did month to month. Fast forward, doing that summer when it was so hot our AC unit went out and they wouldn’t fix it. Mind you the maintenance man explained to me that it would never get cold in the house anyway because the Ac unit is to small for the house to begin with so I had to purchase window units. Then doing the winter our hot water heater broke which leaked all inside of our home. Management wouldn’t do anything about it. My kids stayed sick the entire time and we didn’t understand why but it was from the moldy environment. I have paperwork to prove it how often they were brought to the doctor so I decided to move because this was serious. Mold and mildew had begun spreading in my house. As I stated they wouldn’t do anything about it. So I decided it was time to us to move the environment was to unhealthy for my kids. One of them has seizures and other health issues. Manager still wouldn’t help. Everything was flooded with water. So i decided to move. I found a 1 bedroom apartment so you know it had to be terrible for me to move from a 4 bedroom 2 bath with 2 car garage to a 1 bedroom apartment with all 5 of us and I paid the same amount of rent. Fast forward 2 months ago I check my credit because we are about to move to a bigger place and the manger Diana has put that she was given a 30 day notice but it was signed by someone who didn’t live in my house so it was invalid but how could this be. She knows me for starters and how could you allow a stranger to come in and sign a legal document. Well that’s because it never happened. Also before I was able to move my new apartments had to verify with her that I had given my 30 day notice before I could move to the new apartment. So I’ve been trying to contact Vineyard they are refusing to answer any of my calls so we can discuss this. These people are scammers but I have contacted the BBB. I hope everyone follow up with the Better Business Bureau because this will keep happening. I’ve never had a broken lease or eviction. I refuse to just allow Vineyard to do this to me. Oh and by the way Vineyard please don’t respond and tell me to call you because I have reached out and also the you can’t leave a voicemail.@Vineyard Management as I stated before you respond with the same message to give you a call and I’ve tried and I believe so many others have to. YOU don’t answer and your voicemail doesn’t except messages. I’m really trying to figure out how can we resolve this issue. 2/2/2024
Feb 02, 2024 · Celeste GreenI used to live in Rivercreek in Washington, NC. We paid on an online portal and if your rent isn’t paid the previous month you cannot pay the next month’s rent without paying both months. I paid my rent in November and December and was preparing to pay January’s rent when I received a notice to go to court for not paying November’s rent. The site manager(whom was the fourth one we had in 2 years) immediately asked for the property back and I was given 10 days to move. No one offered me any options to keep my home and I’ve been homeless for 5 months because they said I didn’t pay my rent in November which is impossible if December’s rent was paid. Then after I moved out, the site manager put an eviction on my record making it impossible for me to find somewhere else to stay. While living there she didn’t have a maintenance crew, just one man patching up stuff, and she only fixed two things in my home when there was multiple things that needed to be fixed. Every time I tried to contact the corporate office I would only receive responses from the site manager who wasn’t trying to help to begin with. Would not recommend anyone to do business with these people, they are heartless and uncaring and all they want is your money. I paid a deposit in November of 2020 and was supposed to move in by the end of the month and was unable to move in until April 2021. Very unprofessional company.
Jun 29, 2023 · Odessia CoreyThe statements Carla made previously are 100% accurate. I am in Indiana and facing the same issues even after falling through a rotted porch over a year ago. (Which has still not been removed or repaired) Our park has went through multiple property managers in the past two years and we have had consistent lack of maintenance. This company should be a class action suit.
