Majestic Oaks Introduce
For those searching for 'RV parks near me' in the Taylorsville, Utah area, Majestic Oaks, located at 4635 S 840 W, Taylorsville, UT 84123, is a mobile home park that might offer long-term accommodations for RVs. While primarily designed for manufactured homes, some such communities can provide spaces suitable for RVs seeking an extended stay within a residential park setting. To provide a detailed introduction for local users considering Majestic Oaks as one of their options for 'RV parks near me,' it is crucial to examine the environment, potential services, typical features of such parks, and, most importantly, the overwhelmingly negative feedback received from current residents.
The environment of Majestic Oaks likely consists of individual lots with utility hookups for water, electricity, and sewage, designed to accommodate mobile homes. Internal roadways would provide access throughout the park. Specific details about landscaping, communal areas, or recreational amenities are not provided in the given information. However, based on the strongly negative resident reviews, the overall environment and management practices appear to be significant concerns for those residing within the community. For individuals exploring 'RV parks near me,' understanding the actual living conditions and management approach at Majestic Oaks is paramount, especially in light of the serious allegations raised by residents.
In terms of services, mobile home parks typically offer basic services such as waste management and maintenance of common grounds. On-site management is usually available to handle resident issues and park operations. However, the customer feedback for Majestic Oaks paints a disturbing picture of the management. One long-term resident, having lived there since 2019, describes the initial set of managers as "a bunch of witches" and states that the newly added management is "no better." This individual recounts an instance where they were forced to remove their child's trampoline months prior due to alleged liability reasons, only to observe neighbors still having trampolines without facing similar demands. This suggests inconsistent enforcement of park rules and a potentially arbitrary approach by management. This resident also claims that the management has blocked their email and phone number, severely hindering communication. They strongly advise others to "DONT COME LIVE HERE," suggesting that renting an apartment or townhouse might offer better management.
Another review echoes these negative sentiments, labeling the place "a joke." This resident alleges that the management adds fees without proper notification to residents and then resorts to threats when residents call to complain. Furthermore, they report difficulties in contacting the overseeing Kingsley Corporation and claim to have been given incorrect contact information when they did manage to reach someone. These allegations point to serious issues with transparency, communication, and potentially unethical billing practices by the management at Majestic Oaks. For anyone considering this as one of their 'RV parks near me' for a long-term stay, these accounts should raise significant concerns about the level of service and the way residents are treated.
Features of a mobile home park typically include the provision of individual lots for long-term residency. However, the negative reviews overshadow any potential positive features of Majestic Oaks. The alleged inconsistencies in rule enforcement, the lack of transparency regarding fees, the reported threats from management, and the communication barriers described by residents all suggest a problematic living environment. Any potential benefit of long-term community living is likely undermined by these significant management issues. For those searching for 'RV parks near me' that offer a stable and positive living experience, the feedback regarding Majestic Oaks indicates a high level of risk and potential dissatisfaction.
Given the overwhelmingly negative and serious allegations raised in the customer reviews, it would be irresponsible to present any form of positive promotional information for Majestic Oaks based solely on the available online feedback. The consistent themes of poor management, inconsistent rule enforcement, hidden fees, threats, and communication barriers paint a picture of a community that potential residents should approach with extreme caution. Individuals searching for 'RV parks near me' who might be considering Majestic Oaks for a long-term stay are strongly urged to look elsewhere. The severity of the reported issues suggests a high likelihood of a negative living experience.
For those specifically seeking short-term RV parks with typical amenities for travelers, Majestic Oaks, as a mobile home park with significant management problems according to its residents, is highly unlikely to be a suitable option. The focus of such parks is on long-term residency, and the reported issues suggest a lack of professionalism and care in management that would likely extend to any short-term RV stays as well. Therefore, individuals looking for reliable and well-managed 'RV parks near me' for any duration should carefully consider the serious concerns raised by the residents of Majestic Oaks.
In conclusion, the online feedback for Majestic Oaks in Taylorsville, Utah, is overwhelmingly negative, citing severe issues with management, including inconsistent rule enforcement, hidden fees, threats, and communication problems. For local users searching for 'RV parks near me' and considering a long-term stay, the strong advice from current residents is to "Stay away from this place" and "DONT COME LIVE HERE." These warnings should be taken very seriously, and potential residents are strongly advised to seek alternative 'RV park near me' options that have a more positive and reliable reputation. The significant concerns raised suggest that Majestic Oaks is likely to provide a negative and stressful living experience.

Majestic Oaks Reviews
If I could do 0 stars I would. I’ve been here since 2019. The first set of managers were a bunch of witches and the second set they just added are no better. They had me take down my trampoline MONTHS ago and it broke my 4 year old to pieces. Their excuse was due to liability reasons. I see that there is still neighbors with theirs up and for some reason they aren’t being harassed to get it taken down. I own my trailer and I just pay the overly priced lot rent. They’ve managed to block my email and for some reason my phone number. DONT COME LIVE HERE. You’d have better luck going and renting an overly priced apartment or even town house. Maybe the management won’t be so awful and so short handed. If it wasn’t for me owning this place and having no where else to go I would have left when they switched the managers and staff in office.Stay away from this place.
Apr 10, 2025 · Anna CasanovaThis place is a joke. They just add fees without notifying the residents and then you call to complain and they threaten you. You can't get a hold of the Kingsley corporation that's over it and apparently if you do they give you the wrong names to get back in touch with them.
Dec 20, 2024 · megan pullmanThe New management is really trying to make this a better place to live. They fixed all the lights in the park, they fixed and painted the fence surround the mobile home park. They are more reasonable with exterior requests on our yard and maintenance. They give clear expections on what needs to be fixed, and an exact date on when it needs to be fixed by. Also everyone in the office is so much nicer. I really like they are cracking down on street parking, and towing when needed. I like that the side walks are clean again and they are providing trash bins for people to clean up branches and stuff in their yard.I do wish that the play ground was fixed and there wasn’t as many shut offs. But at least they give us notice that the water will be shut off and I have a bit of time to prepare. But Honestly the management is just trying their best to make this a nicer place to live. Read the contract, follow the rules, update yard when needed, and it’s a nice place to live. Also- of course lot rent is expensive. That’s because the economy is expensive. The average mortgage is 3500 on the LOW end and average house rental is the same if not more. You can get lot rent and a mortgage on a mobile home for 1500-1800$ TOTAL. People need to chill about how “expensive” things are.
Oct 13, 2023 · Baylie KeyesThe area isn’t the worst but the organization is full of terrible people! the higher ups are awful. It’s sad what greedy companies will do just to earn a little more money. The corporation turned away so many applications when I was trying to sell my house. They would tell the buyers realtor it was because they wanted me to fix a bunch of cosmetic stuff before I could sell it. But when I found out and called them out on it they froze and said it was because everyone has had criminal records. This company used my eagerness to sell my house to try to get me to spend money improving cosmetics on things that didn’t need fixing. I spent 7 months trying to sell my house, while the company just turned everyone away from the stupid park application for made up reasons. They never even bothered telling me why they kept turning people away. They also took forever to give my deposit back and the only way to contact the higher up office team was to email and they never bothered responding to everything. I could go on forever with story after story of all the terrible things they’ve done. If you can I would stay away from this organization full of con men
