Riverside Manufactured Home Community Introduce
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" in the West Valley City, Utah area, Riverside Manufactured Home Community, located at 1232 West Rock River Rd, West Valley City, UT 84119, USA, is primarily a residential community intended for manufactured homes. While its main focus is on providing housing for mobile home residents, it is possible that some manufactured home communities also accommodate RVs, particularly for those seeking longer-term living arrangements within a community setting. This introduction aims to offer an objective perspective on Riverside Manufactured Home Community based on the limited and concerning information available, considering its potential relevance for RV users in the local area.
The environment surrounding Riverside Manufactured Home Community is West Valley City, a large and diverse suburb of Salt Lake City. This location offers residents access to a wide range of urban amenities, including shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment venues, while also providing relatively easy access to the natural landscapes of the Salt Lake Valley and the nearby mountains. However, specific details about the environment within Riverside Manufactured Home Community itself are entirely absent from the provided information. There are no descriptions of the landscaping, the layout of the park, the presence of communal green spaces, or the overall aesthetic appeal of the community. The customer reviews focus almost exclusively on management-related issues, offering no insights into the physical environment of the park.
Given the strong negative focus of the customer reviews on the management of Riverside Manufactured Home Community, any discussion of services and features must be prefaced by these significant concerns. Typically, manufactured home communities provide essential utilities such as water, electricity, and sewage hookups for their residents. If Riverside Manufactured Home Community does accommodate RVs, it would be crucial to determine if these utilities are compatible with RV connections and if there are designated spaces specifically designed for RVs. Inquiries would also need to be made about the availability of waste disposal facilities, laundry services, and any other amenities that are commonly sought by RV travelers. One review details extreme difficulty in contacting the new management, citing unanswered phone calls, an empty office during business hours, and rude behavior once contact was finally made after two months. This lack of responsiveness and unprofessional conduct raises serious concerns about the level of service that potential residents, including those in RVs, might expect. The same review also mentions the clubhouse being purportedly booked for an extended period while appearing unused, suggesting potential mismanagement of communal facilities. Another review goes further, alleging "plain RACIST" behavior from the new manager towards residents, which is an extremely serious accusation that should be carefully considered by anyone contemplating residing in this community. Due to these significant and negative reports regarding management, it is imperative for anyone considering this location for RV living to proceed with extreme caution and to attempt direct contact with senior management to address these issues and ascertain the current operational status and policies of the community.
The features of Riverside Manufactured Home Community that can be inferred from the limited reviews are primarily negative and center around the management. The previous manager, Dolly, is remembered very fondly for her excellent communication skills, niceness, sweetness, and kindness, highlighting a stark contrast with the current management. The difficulties in contacting the new manager and the reported rudeness and alleged racism are significant negative features that would severely impact the living experience for any resident. The apparent mismanagement of the clubhouse booking system, with it being claimed as fully booked while seemingly unused, suggests a lack of transparency and potential inconvenience for residents wishing to use the facility. There is no positive information available regarding recreational areas, pet policies, security measures, or any other community features that would typically be considered when evaluating a place to live. Individuals considering residing at Riverside Manufactured Home Community with an RV would need to independently investigate the availability of suitable lots, the compatibility of utility hookups, and any rules or regulations specific to RV residents, while also carefully considering the serious allegations made against the current management.
Given the overwhelmingly negative focus on management in the available reviews, there is no mention of any promotional information for Riverside Manufactured Home Community. Manufactured home communities might sometimes offer incentives for new residents or highlight specific amenities. However, in this case, the critical concerns raised about the management and the lack of basic service make any discussion of potential promotions irrelevant. Prospective residents, including those with RVs, should prioritize addressing the serious allegations and assessing the fundamental operational stability and ethical standards of the management before considering any potential financial incentives. Contacting senior management to seek clarification and a response to the issues raised in the reviews is a crucial step for anyone contemplating residency at Riverside Manufactured Home Community.
In conclusion, Riverside Manufactured Home Community in West Valley City, Utah, is presented with extremely concerning customer feedback regarding the new management, including allegations of rudeness, lack of communication, and even racism. For those searching for "RV parks near me," it is impossible to recommend this community based on the currently available information. The lack of responsiveness from the management, the potential mismanagement of communal facilities, and the serious allegations of discriminatory behavior are significant red flags. Anyone considering Riverside Manufactured Home Community for RV living must proceed with extreme caution, attempt to contact senior management to address the issues raised in the reviews, and conduct thorough due diligence to ascertain the current living conditions and management practices. The stark contrast with the positive memories of the previous manager further underscores the severity of the reported decline in management quality. Potential RV residents should carefully weigh the complete lack of positive information against the serious negative feedback before making any decision about this community.

Riverside Manufactured Home Community Reviews
My husband and I have been calling the office several times and leaving messages, yet no one has bothered to give us a call back. Went in person during open business hours and no one is ever there. Wish I can give this new manager 0 stars. Really miss Dolly she was an incredible manager very nice, sweet, and kind. Dolly was very good to communicate with. Tried to rent out the clubhouse and according to the new management everything is booked up until January 2025, which is pretty crazy to me as I've noticed the last couple of passing Saturday's no events have taken place at the clubhouse. Not to mention I was finally able to talk with the new manager after trying to get a hold of her for about 2 months now and she was pretty rude over the phone. Hoping for a much better, nicer, and respectful manager.
Oct 17, 2024 · Jazmin AvilaIf I could give 0 stars I would, what is the deal with this new manager refusing to help then being plain RACIST to residents. Hoping to receive some kind of response from senior management before a formal request is filed against the company as a whole.
Jan 14, 2025 · Diana MerazI was told in November 2022 that I would be reimbursed $675.00 that I had to pay to trap racoons and have them removed. First Janet then Dolly kept telling me they were getting it taken care of. I should at least have it deducted from my rent. I appreciate the fact that the community is now taking care of the raccoon population, but they still owe me my money back. Thank you, Richard, at Critter Catchers!I would live to change my review score as positive actions are taken.I was contacted by Eric today. He was full of nothing but lies, no wonder they have gone through 2 managers in less than 2 years and now they are not standing by what I was promised. The prices here are abhorrent the upper management is not to be believed. If you have something important to say, go to the office and record on video what is said on both sides.
Jul 30, 2024 · carole callahanHorrible manager, we gave the office manager a form I needed to be signed for my bank about 4 weeks ago kept going to the office at times they were supposedly opened and no one was ever there. We even called so many times and no answer, finally on Friday I got an answer and still didn't have the form signed, and they will have them done Tuesday. Went Tuesday to find out they gave it to some stranger, they said they gave it to my mom. My mom never went to the office that day, I think it is very unprofessional how are you going to give an important form to just a stranger and not verify the person. This office needs to do better, cause that's unacceptable.
Sep 04, 2024 · Bessy RodriguezWould not recommend living here. One of the worst places I have ever lived in sadly. They lack communication with their tenants. They have been constantly firing the managers of the site so there isn’t anyone ever around to help out when you need it. They keep refusing to provide the paperwork for the amount due for the rent to all the tenants in the area which has a high rate of elderly people who do not know how to work it electronically. Refusing to help them by providing paper work for them or anybody in the office to answer and will over charge you given the first chance they can. They struggle with constant flooding for the past 5 years and still refuse to fix it ruining multiple peoples yards after putting so much work into it. And nobody ever calls you back after saying they’ll have someone call you back just to over charge you!!!! Terrible terrible company!
