Silo Farms Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" in the West Valley City area of Utah that offer a potentially family-friendly and quiet atmosphere? Silo Farms, located at 1209 W 3760 S, West Valley City, UT 84119, USA, is primarily a mobile home park that may also provide a welcoming environment for RV travelers seeking a more settled community vibe within the Salt Lake Valley.
Based on the available customer reviews, Silo Farms appears to be a place where residents appreciate the peacefulness and low crime rates. One reviewer specifically mentioned that it is a quiet community where they have not witnessed any criminal activity. This sense of safety and tranquility can be a significant draw for RV travelers seeking a secure and relaxing stay.
The presence of "lots of kids" suggests that Silo Farms is a family-oriented community. For RV travelers with children, this could be a positive aspect, indicating a welcoming environment for families and potential opportunities for children to socialize and play. The reviewer also highlighted a "giant manicured grass area that's safe, and for the kids," further emphasizing the park's appeal to families.
The management at Silo Farms receives high praise from one reviewer, who describes them as "beyond incredible," "so polite and helpful." This positive feedback suggests that RV travelers can expect a responsive and accommodating management team. The reviewer provided specific examples of the management's helpfulness, such as organizing large dumpsters for spring and fall yard clean-up, indicating a commitment to maintaining the park's cleanliness and facilitating residents' needs.
However, it is important to present a balanced perspective, as another review offers a contrasting opinion, citing "poor maintenance" and claiming that "management doesn't take responsibility for mistakes." This negative feedback suggests that there may be inconsistencies in the quality of maintenance or in some residents' experiences with the management's responsiveness to issues. Potential RV visitors should consider both perspectives when evaluating Silo Farms.
Given that Silo Farms is primarily a mobile home park, specific amenities and services tailored exclusively for RV travelers are not detailed in the reviews. It is unknown whether they offer designated RV sites with full hookups (water, electricity, sewer), dump stations, laundry facilities specifically for RV guests, or recreational areas commonly found in dedicated RV parks. The focus on a large, manicured grass area for kids suggests some communal space, but its accessibility and suitability for RV guests are not specified.
There is no information available regarding any promotional offers or specific rates for RV stays at Silo Farms. If RV accommodations are offered, the pricing structure, length of stay policies, and any potential discounts would need to be obtained directly from the management.
To determine if Silo Farms is a suitable option for those searching within the "RV parks near me" category, it is crucial to contact them directly. Inquiring about the availability of RV spaces, the types of hookups provided, the length of stay permitted for RVs, and the associated costs will provide the necessary information to make an informed decision. It would also be beneficial to ask about access to any amenities that might be available to RV guests, such as restrooms, showers, or laundry facilities.
The location of Silo Farms in West Valley City offers proximity to various services and attractions in the greater Salt Lake Valley. West Valley City is a large and diverse city with numerous shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Its location provides relatively easy access to major highways, making it a potentially convenient base for exploring the urban amenities of the Salt Lake Valley and its surrounding natural beauty.
In conclusion, Silo Farms in West Valley City presents a mobile home park with the potential to offer a quiet, family-oriented environment for RV travelers seeking "RV parks near me." The positive review highlights a peaceful atmosphere, a safe environment for children, and a helpful management team. However, the negative review regarding maintenance and management responsiveness should also be considered. Due to the lack of specific information about RV accommodations and services, direct contact with the management at (801) 268-2611 or +1 801-268-2611 is necessary to ascertain its suitability for your RV travel needs. Inquire about RV space availability, hookup details, amenities, stay limitations, and pricing to determine if Silo Farms aligns with your requirements for an RV park in the Salt Lake Valley.

Silo Farms Reviews
Great place to live. It's quiet, I haven't seen it experience any crime. Lots of kids. The management is beyond incredible here. So polite and helpful. I am so grateful to them for everything they have done over the years. From putting giant dumpsters out on the street to make spring yard clean up easy. (I think they did in fall too) To having a giant manicured grass area that's safe, and for the kids. I was so pleasantly surprised at how calm and quiet it is.
