Look no further than Ideal Mobile Home Park, located at 113 Ideal Ln #2855, Salt Lake City, UT 84115, USA. This park has garnered positive reviews for its exceptional management, friendly neighbors, and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment, making it a noteworthy option for RV travelers seeking a pleasant stay.
One of the standout features frequently praised by residents is the park's excellent and very friendly management. According to reviews, the management team is proactive in ensuring a positive living environment for all residents and visitors. Their approach is described as "bold" in maintaining a drama-free atmosphere, which is highly valued by those seeking a peaceful and harmonious community. This dedication to fostering a positive environment extends to ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the park, contributing to its overall appeal as a "beautiful place to live."
Safety and security appear to be top priorities at Ideal Mobile Home Park. One resident shared a personal experience of leaving tools in their service truck overnight without any incidents of vandalism, highlighting the park's reputation as a very safe place. The sense of security is further enhanced by the neighbors who "all look out for each other," creating a close-knit and supportive community where residents feel secure and well-protected.
Cleanliness is another aspect consistently mentioned in positive reviews. Residents appreciate the well-maintained facilities, including showers that are reported to be clean at all times. This attention to hygiene contributes significantly to the overall comfort and quality of life within the park for both mobile home residents and RV travelers.
The park is also lauded for its low prices, making it an attractive option for budget-conscious RV travelers looking for "RV parks near me" that offer good value without compromising on safety or cleanliness. The combination of affordability and the positive attributes of the park positions Ideal Mobile Home Park as a "hidden gem" within the Salt Lake City area.
The strong emphasis on creating a "drama-free" environment is a unique characteristic of Ideal Mobile Home Park. The management's proactive stance against drama is seen as a significant benefit, ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere for all. This policy suggests that the park is well-suited for individuals and families seeking a calm and stable community during their RV travels.
While the majority of feedback is overwhelmingly positive, one review details a negative interaction regarding an inquiry about pet restrictions and availability. The potential tenant reported a rude response and a lack of willingness to provide information about pet rules due to the park having no current openings. This isolated incident, while concerning, should be considered alongside the numerous positive testimonials emphasizing the friendly and accommodating nature of the management in general.
It is important to note that the negative review specifically mentions a lady in the background who was yelling and rude, contrasting with the initial interaction with "Mr. Paul" who seemed more accommodating. This suggests a potential inconsistency in customer service experiences. However, the prevailing sentiment from other reviews strongly favors the positive aspects of the management and the overall environment of the park.
Given the information available, Ideal Mobile Home Park presents itself as a clean, safe, and affordable option for those seeking "RV parks near me" in Salt Lake City. The strong sense of community, proactive management focused on maintaining a drama-free environment, and the reported low prices are significant advantages. While the park may have specific pet restrictions and may occasionally experience periods of no vacancy, the overall positive feedback from residents suggests a well-managed and desirable place to stay.
For RV travelers, the availability of RV sites and specific RV amenities (such as hookups, dump stations, etc.) is not explicitly detailed in the provided reviews. However, the mention of it being an "rv/mobile home park" suggests that RV accommodations are indeed offered. To obtain specific information regarding RV site availability, amenities, pet policies, and current rates, it is highly recommended to contact Ideal Mobile Home Park directly. You can reach them by phone at (801) 750-4595 or mobile phone at +1 801-750-4595. Speaking with the management will provide the most accurate and up-to-date details for your RV travel needs.

Ideal Mobile Home Park Reviews
Best rv/mobile home park low prices. Talk about a hidden gem. The management is very excellent very friendly the neighbors all look out for each other. Clean showers all the time. No crime at all I had a service truck and left my tools in all night no vandalism very safe place to live. The manager dosen’t put up with Drama wich is very nice making it a very drama free. I moved out of state and got 100 percent of refund back. I highly recommend this place clean safe and drama free. The manager is very friendly and the neighbors are the best. If your looking to rent from here I highly recommend it but if you’re a dramatic person that loves problems look else where because the management is bold and wants this to be a safe dramatic free place clean and upkeep of park it’s a beautiful place to live.
Sep 14, 2022 · Steven BrosiusI was calling to ask about pet restrictions and limitations and was told yes there are. But it does not matter as we have no openings so you are not moving in here.I said may I know the rules for future reference."It does not matter as you are not moving in here."Mr. Paul was trying to be accommodating, however there was a lady in the background yelling to me, she must have taken the phone from him as she was now being loud directly to me.I am still baffled as to why there was such rudeness when none was called for.
Aug 15, 2022 · dorothy greenlandThis place is neat. It's unlike any other mobile home park I've ever seen. The units are built in style and enhanced with character from the friendly people who live here. Ideal Mobile Home Park has an all-around comfortable atmosphere.
Mar 16, 2021 · Jordan RyanMy employer set up a trailer for me to live in, while working in the Salt Lake City area. Prior to that, I had been staying in an Airbnb in Ogden Utah. At first I was a bit hesitant with the idea of a trailer, but the people who own, as well as the manager, of Ideal Mobile Home Park are awesome to work with and they take very good care of the park itself. Richard, the manager of Ideal, takes pride in the Mobile Home Park and goes out if his way to help the residents, no matter what the problem might be. They have laundry facilities, as well as a shower house to use when needed. I have spent almost six months there and I will be kinda sad to leave the park when the time comes.
Aug 01, 2020 · Tracy EsplinTo expensive to live there to crowded trailers to close together raise the rent every year.
