Majestic Meadows Mobile Home Park Introduce
When searching for "RV parks near me" in the Taylorsville, Utah area, Majestic Meadows Mobile Home Park, located at 4580 S 1055 W, Taylorsville, UT 84123, USA, might appear as a potential option. However, it is crucial to carefully consider the recent feedback from residents before deciding if this location suits your needs as an RV traveler.
The available customer reviews for Majestic Meadows Mobile Home Park present a concerning picture of the current living conditions and management. One long-term resident of seven years expressed strong dissatisfaction, citing a sudden demand to remove a fence due to their dog. This resident also criticized the management for focusing on critiques without providing any assistance to the community and explicitly stated, "i do not recomend moving here." This negative sentiment from a long-term resident should be taken seriously by anyone considering this park, even for a temporary RV stay.
Another highly critical review indicates significant disappointment with the park's current state compared to its past condition when it was reportedly "so well kept." This reviewer expressed a desire to give zero stars, highlighting issues such as continually rising rent coupled with a decrease in the number of working amenities. This suggests a potential decline in the value offered by the park over time.
A significant concern raised in the second review is the alleged unresponsiveness of the management, stating that "the phone is never answered and when it is the management is uncaring." For RV travelers, the ability to easily contact management for inquiries or assistance is crucial, and this feedback suggests potential difficulties in communication and support.
Safety and security within Majestic Meadows are also questioned in the reviews. The second reviewer reported the presence of "homeless people sleep on the playground" and "dogs run wild chasing me into my house." These are serious issues that could significantly impact the safety and comfort of RV visitors, especially those traveling with children or pets. The mention of a "stray cat problem" further contributes to a perception of a poorly managed environment.
The second reviewer nostalgically mentioned "Shane and Amy" as previous managers who were the only reason they continued living there, urging Majestic Meadows to "Do better." This strong sentiment underscores the perceived decline in the park's management and overall quality. The reviewer concluded by stating they were "very very upsetting" with the current conditions.
Given these overwhelmingly negative recent reviews, it is difficult to objectively describe a positive environment, services, or features of Majestic Meadows Mobile Home Park that would be appealing to RV travelers. The feedback suggests potential issues with park maintenance, management responsiveness, safety, and the overall living environment. Typical RV park amenities such as hookups, restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, or recreational areas are not mentioned in either review, and the focus is primarily on the negative aspects of long-term living within the community.
There is no information provided regarding any promotional offers or specific services or rates for RV stays. Based on the current resident feedback, it is uncertain whether Majestic Meadows actively accommodates RVs or if it primarily functions as a long-term mobile home community with potentially deteriorating conditions.
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" in Taylorsville, Utah, the information available for Majestic Meadows Mobile Home Park strongly suggests exercising extreme caution. The concerns raised by current residents regarding management, safety, maintenance, and the overall environment should be carefully weighed. It would be highly advisable to seek alternative RV parks in the Taylorsville or surrounding Salt Lake Valley area that have more positive and recent feedback.
If you are still considering Majestic Meadows, despite the negative reviews, it is imperative to contact the management directly at (801) 262-7485 or +1 801-262-7485. During your inquiry, you should specifically ask about the availability of RV sites, the types of hookups provided, the current condition and safety of the park, the availability of restrooms and showers for RV guests, laundry facilities, pet policies for RV visitors, the cost per night or week, and any security measures in place. It would also be prudent to inquire about the management's awareness of and response to the issues raised in the recent negative reviews.
In conclusion, the recent customer reviews for Majestic Meadows Mobile Home Park in Taylorsville, Utah, paint a concerning picture that should give pause to anyone searching for "RV parks near me." The allegations of declining maintenance, uncaring management, safety issues, and a deteriorating living environment are significant red flags. While it is possible that some RV accommodations might be available, the overall negative sentiment from long-term residents strongly suggests that exploring alternative RV parks in the vicinity would be a more prudent course of action to ensure a safe, comfortable, and positive travel experience.

Jan 22, 2025 · Luis Ricoif I could give zero stars I would very disappointed in this park used to be so well kept. They continually raise the rent and continually decrease the number of working amenities. The phone is never answered and when it is the management is uncaring. Homeless people sleep on the playground, dogs run wild chasing me into my house. And don’t even get me started on the stray cat problem. Bring Shane and Amy back they were the only thing keeping me living here. Do better majestic Meadows very very upsetting.
Jul 17, 2024 · lacey hoskingIt's time for an update regarding the ongoing issues with management. Unfortunately, the situation remains to get worse every few years, with each change of management. I never believed it could get worse than it was 5 years ago, boy, I was wrong.Management is still horrible and continues to profit from their partnership with the towing company, which operates without regulations. The lack of regulation allows them to tow vehicles directly from residents' driveways, often with questionable justifications and no proof. If you're planning to have guests over and intend to use guest parking, prepare for the possibility of having to retrieve their vehicle from the tow yard. The management team appears indifferent to tenant concerns, prioritizing their paychecks over resident satisfaction. Adding to the frustration, a lot of rent prices have seen steep and unreasonable increases. The pool and hot tub are perpetually closed for "maintenance" and were barely available for use this past summer (again). Additionally, dog parks are now lacking basic amenities such as doggy waste bags, and the public trash bins are rarely emptied, resulting in litter scattered throughout the parks. The water is constantly being shut off without prior notice.. which I'm pretty sure is illegal. So, communication from the office is another significant issue. Calls during posted business hours often go unanswered, and the new female manager frequently receives behavioral complaints. Despite these shortcomings, management is quick to send you an email to enforce some random infraction they feel you've committed. Sending notices about yard maintenance for a few weeds or overgrown grass or requiring homes to be repainted because they no longer like the color or appearance of your home.Overall, the HOA's failure to uphold their responsibilities to tenants while imposing strict rules raises the question of why we are paying fees in the first place and why they feel justified in raising the lot rent?Although the community remains relatively quiet, cleanliness has left with our old management, who were only slightly better than those who have taken their place. We can't wait to sell our home and escape "Majestic" Meadows.
Nov 08, 2024 · Alyssa CorcinoI relocated to this mobile home park in 2021, and since then, the management has changed hands at least four times. This instability is compounded by frequent and substantial lot rent increases. When I moved in, the rent was $845 plus utilities; now, it has skyrocketed to $1,125 plus utilities, with increases occurring annually, and biannually in some instances. The community also experiences frequent water shut-offs, and very little parking. If you are a resident and have to park in guest parking they will tow you at your expense adding to the inconvenience. The HOA imposes excessively strict regulations on the appearance of your lot, expecting immediate rectification of any minor infractions, even if the mobile home was slightly unkempt when purchased. While some level of oversight is expected from an HOA, the severity here is unreasonable.Given these issues, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you are considering a mobile home park community. This park is fraught with management instability, financial burdens, and overly stringent HOA policies. With that being said mortgage and the HOA fees combined are more than a traditional mortgage on an actual house with no HOA.
May 30, 2024 · Casey RocheIf you want to be monitored and critiqued this is the place for you. Definitely living under a microscope here when other homes look worse. Minor weeds is a huge issue here, can't store anything on the driveway you pay for, tell you what color to paint Your own place, and your truly a renter not an owner. Living here means you only own the inside of your place. Plus the outside gate is always open and was one of the reason we liked Majestic Meadows was it seemed secured at night, fooled us. Can't wait to get out of this expensive HOA and out from under this microscope.
