Windsor Estates Manufactured Home Community Introduce
Searching for "RV parks near me" in the West Valley City area of Utah? Windsor Estates Manufactured Home Community, located at 2800 Hampton Park Dr, West Valley City, UT 84119, USA, is primarily a long-term residential community for manufactured homes. However, it may also present opportunities for RV travelers seeking a potentially peaceful and community-oriented environment within the Salt Lake Valley.
Based on the available customer reviews, Windsor Estates offers a generally peaceful living environment. One long-term resident of ten years expressed their love for living in the community, highlighting its peaceful nature and the absence of aggressive parking enforcement, a welcome contrast to some other communities. This suggests that RV travelers seeking a quieter and less restrictive atmosphere might find Windsor Estates appealing, provided they offer accommodations for RVs.
The management of Windsor Estates appears to be a point of discussion in the reviews. While one long-term resident commends the current management for their efforts in improving the community's quality by addressing past issues with problematic residents, another reviewer recounts a negative experience with the site manager regarding the rental of the event center. This suggests that experiences with management can vary, and it's advisable for potential RV visitors to directly engage with the current management to understand their policies and services for RV stays.
The positive review mentions that the management has tried their best to keep the community looking good, indicating an effort towards maintaining the aesthetic appeal of Windsor Estates. This could translate to a more pleasant environment for RV travelers as well, with well-kept grounds and a generally tidy appearance.
One notable feature mentioned is the presence of an event center, which residents could previously rent. While the negative experience with the manager regarding its rental might not directly impact RV travelers seeking short-term stays, it highlights the availability of some communal facilities within the community. It would be beneficial for RVers to inquire if any such facilities, like restrooms or common areas, are accessible to temporary visitors.
The long-term resident also points out an area for improvement: the need for street lamp repairs. While seemingly a minor issue, functional lighting contributes to the safety and overall ambiance of the community, which is a factor RV travelers might consider, especially for nighttime arrivals or departures.
Given that Windsor Estates is primarily a manufactured home community, specific amenities and services tailored for RVs may be limited compared to dedicated RV parks. It is unknown from the reviews whether they offer designated RV sites with full hookups (water, electricity, sewer), dump stations, laundry facilities specifically for RV guests, or other common RV park amenities. Therefore, it is crucial for those searching within the "RV parks near me" category to make direct inquiries.
The location of Windsor Estates in West Valley City offers proximity to a wide range of urban conveniences and attractions within the Salt Lake Valley. West Valley City is a large and diverse city with numerous shopping centers, restaurants, and recreational facilities. Its location provides easy access to major highways, making it a potentially convenient base for exploring the greater Salt Lake City area and its surrounding natural beauty.
To determine if Windsor Estates Manufactured Home Community is a suitable option for your RV travel needs, it is essential to contact them directly at (801) 977-0692 or +1 801-977-0692. In your inquiry, be sure to ask about the availability of RV spaces, the types of hookups offered, the length of stay permitted for RVs, the associated rates, and access to any community amenities that might be available to short-term visitors. Understanding their policies regarding RVs will help you assess if Windsor Estates meets your requirements.
Furthermore, it would be prudent to inquire about any specific rules or regulations that RV guests need to adhere to within the community. While the positive review highlights a lack of aggressive towing, understanding parking guidelines and other community standards will ensure a smooth and respectful stay.
In conclusion, Windsor Estates Manufactured Home Community in West Valley City presents a potentially peaceful and well-maintained environment that might appeal to RV travelers seeking "RV parks near me" with a more community-oriented feel. While primarily a long-term residential area, the positive feedback regarding the peaceful atmosphere and the management's efforts to maintain the community are noteworthy. However, due to the limited information about specific RV accommodations and services, direct communication with the management is crucial to ascertain its suitability for your RV travel needs. Inquire about availability, amenities, rates, and policies to make an informed decision about staying at Windsor Estates.

Windsor Estates Manufactured Home Community Reviews
Have been living here 6 years and we keep to ourselves, have never had an issue with any neighbors or management, we pay our dues on time and try to be as respectful as possible but unfortunately we had a horrible experience with the site manager. We had previously rented the event center with no issues, we always went above and beyond to leave it cleaner than it was given to us, but when we went to ask for a reservation for a date in fall, the manager was extremely rude and unhinged. She went out of her way to express how they would never rent to us, pointing her finger to us and raising her voice. We sat there letting her express herself, and we simply said OK. We could've returned the ignorance in attitude but it was not something worth our time. Nonetheless, we felt extremely offended and let down with the level of ignorance that we were spoken with. Being a manager that oversees a property where all sorts of people live, you have to know how to deal with different views, people from different places, without offending but it was almost as if she intentionally went out of her way to be disrespectful. That day she took out all of her anger on us. After talking to other residents about this, many expressed their discontent with her 'attitude'.
Jun 17, 2024 · Lady JagaraI lived at Windsor Estates for the past 10 years, and loved living there. Before I moved into this community I checked out like what seemed all the communities in west valley, and really liked this one. Management has tried to do its best keep it looking good. I like the fact that it is a peaceful community and we don't have to worry about a tow truck booting your car if you leave it out front for even 5 minutes like in other communities. Don't listen to the negative reviews, A few years ago we had a BAD manager that let in any crackhead live here without doing the proper background checks, the current manager is trying her best to get them all out and for all I know, those are the ones that have already gotten evicted and now are writing the bad reviews. I am sure this community will be what it once was once they are all gone. Only complaint, and reason for my 4 stars, street lamps that are out need to be FIXED PLEASE!
Sep 24, 2017 · Esme OTerrible place, changed hands several times, they fraudulently removed mine and my husband's names from the lease and put our daughter without her signature, you can't have ANYTHING in your yard, and the home next door burned down because of illegal immigrants activity, the management was suppose to help us replace our siding but never did, now current management threatens us monthly. There has been several murders here and if you are white, you are singled out.Update:All the warnings and complaints we got, we had lived there 11 years. Suffered fire damage to our home that was due to illegals lighting fireworks at off times. And out of curiosity I drove past our former home and they have toys and clutter and all the stuff that they complained on us about. Guess its because they are immigrants and they matter... Unlike the white folks
Jun 30, 2020 · Stephanie MairPlaces like this should be demolished to build a senior living, this place has had meth labs, shootings, fights, not to mention the management is impossible to deal with, their hours are from 8 til 6 and you can never catch them after 5 and they're always in a bad mood. "Management" it is Not the resident's fault you're stuck working in a no future business
