Shadow Ridge Estates Introduce
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" in the Kearns, Utah area, Shadow Ridge Estates, located at 5075 W 4700 S #190, Kearns, UT 84118, USA, is a mobile home park that may offer housing options for those seeking longer-term stays, including potentially for RVs. While primarily designed for mobile homes, some such communities can accommodate RVs, and this introduction aims to provide an objective overview of Shadow Ridge Estates based on the available customer reviews, considering its potential relevance for RV users in the local area.
The environment surrounding Shadow Ridge Estates is the town of Kearns, situated in the Salt Lake Valley, southwest of Salt Lake City. Kearns offers a suburban setting with access to local amenities and services. Within Shadow Ridge Estates itself, reviews present a mixed picture. One reviewer notes that it is "actually a pretty clean, for a family community trailer park," which suggests a degree of maintenance and an environment suitable for families. This positive aspect is contrasted by concerns raised in other reviews. One reviewer advises against living there if one wants to avoid constant harassment, while another describes the management as a "joke" that issues violations excessively. The long-term issue of streetlights being out for over a year, with no apparent effort to repair them, is also highlighted, leading to a decreased sense of security for residents. These contrasting views suggest that while the physical environment might be reasonably maintained, there could be significant issues related to management and community relations.
Information regarding the specific services and features offered by Shadow Ridge Estates for RVs is not explicitly detailed in the reviews. Typically, mobile home parks provide essential utilities such as water, electricity, and sewage hookups for their residents. If Shadow Ridge Estates does accommodate RVs, it would be crucial to determine if these utilities are compatible with RV connections and if there are designated spaces specifically designed for RVs. Inquiries would also need to be made about waste disposal facilities, laundry services, and any other amenities that are commonly sought by RV travelers. The negative reviews regarding management practices raise concerns about the responsiveness and helpfulness that potential RV residents might expect. The alleged excessive issuance of violations and the berating of residents in the office suggest a potentially adversarial relationship between management and residents. However, one reviewer did commend the "safety measures and security hates" (presumably meaning gates or features) in place, indicating that security is a consideration within the community. Given the primary focus on mobile homes, it is essential for anyone considering this location for RV living to make direct contact to inquire about the availability of RV accommodations, the services provided, and the specific rules and regulations that would apply.
The features of Shadow Ridge Estates present a complex picture based on the available reviews. The mention of "safety measures and security hates" and the description as a "family community trailer park" that is "pretty clean" are potential positives. However, the persistent issue of non-functioning streetlights for over a year is a significant negative, impacting the sense of security within the community. The strong negative feedback regarding the management, including allegations of harassment, excessive violations, arrogance, and a desire to operate like an HOA without the corresponding positive aspects, is a major concern. These reports suggest a potentially stressful living environment for residents. Individuals considering residing at Shadow Ridge Estates with an RV would need to inquire specifically about the suitability of the lots for RVs, any restrictions on RV sizes or types, and the availability of necessary utility hookups and other relevant features, while also carefully weighing the serious concerns raised about the management and community relations.
No specific promotional information for Shadow Ridge Estates is available in the provided text. Mobile home parks might sometimes offer incentives for new residents or highlight specific amenities. However, the strongly negative feedback regarding the management and community atmosphere might overshadow any potential promotional efforts. Prospective residents, including those with RVs, should prioritize obtaining detailed information about the rules, regulations, and management practices rather than looking for promotional offers. It would be prudent to contact the management at (801) 966-8830 or +1 801-966-8830 to seek clarification on the issues raised in the reviews and to understand the current policies and procedures of the community.
In conclusion, Shadow Ridge Estates in Kearns, Utah, presents a mixed and concerning picture for those searching for "RV parks near me." While one reviewer notes its cleanliness and security measures as a family community, multiple other reviews raise serious concerns about harassment, excessive violations, an unresponsive and arrogant management, and a lack of attention to basic infrastructure like streetlights. For individuals considering this location for RV living, thorough due diligence is absolutely essential. Direct and detailed communication with the management at (801) 966-8830 or +1 801-966-8830 is crucial to ascertain the availability of RV accommodations, understand all applicable rules and policies, and address the significant negative feedback regarding the management and overall living environment. Potential RV residents should carefully weigh the limited positive comments against the substantial negative reports before making any decision about residing at Shadow Ridge Estates.

Shadow Ridge Estates Reviews
Do not live here if you want to be constantly harassed. The management here is joke with a fat J. They’re so bored everyday that they hand out violations like free candy.Streetlights have been “out” for more than a year and there is no effort to turn them back on, which I’m turn decreases sense of security. Don’t go to the office or you’ll meet the most arrogant people who can’t talk to you without pulling up your info and berating you for whatever violation there is on you. They want to be HOA so bad.
Feb 06, 2023 · Rydac PequisÍ must say I was impressed for it's location of the safety measures and security hates they have in place, and it's actually a pretty clean, for a family community trailer park. I've seen clean nice parks but they're usually retirement communities.
Oct 20, 2022 · Trisha Martinez RileyIt's an okay place to live. It's a gated community. But doesn't stop the kids that live in the park from vandalizing cars. Parking is a hassle for both visitors and people living here. If you have more than 2 cars you have to park on the street where cars get broken into all the time. The office is never open. Except on the day you have to pay rent.
Oct 23, 2017 · Kymee JohnsonRent is up like crazy they raise rent every year now and people are been babysitting by the management, you can have more than 2 cars no place for visitors no street parking or will be tow and for the price of the trailers now is even better rent a beisman or app.....
Jul 28, 2023 · Marco Lopez Misionero d SaludWell the rents a bit high for what you get but it provides a pretty stable environment other than the drug dealers on the street that I've heard so much about. It's a bit torn up around here and you can get a little claustrophobic in the house and outside. However, it was there when times were rough and I thank it for that.
