Royal Hills Village Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" in the Milford, Ohio area and considering a long-term living situation? Royal Hills Village, located at 826, 45150 OH-131 #63, Milford, OH 45150, USA, is a mobile home park that caters to long-term residents. You can reach them at (513) 831-3636 or their mobile number +1 513-831-3636 for inquiries. While mobile home parks offer a different model of long-term living compared to traditional RV parks with transient stays, they can fall under the broader search for "RV parks near me" for individuals seeking a permanent or semi-permanent place to reside in their manufactured home or a rented unit within the community.
It is crucial for prospective residents to be aware that the online reviews for Royal Hills Village paint a concerning picture regarding the current living conditions and management practices. These reviews highlight significant issues that potential residents, especially elderly individuals or their families, should carefully consider before making any decisions about residing in this community.
One detailed review strongly advises against purchasing a mobile home in Royal Hills Village, describing it as a "TERRIBLE place." The reviewer states that their mother and many of her neighbors are currently "miserable" living there following a recent change in ownership within the last year. According to this account, the new owners remain unknown to the residents, who are instead forced to interact with a woman identified as "Ms. Brooks," described as "the most unprofessional, disrespectful and hateful woman."
The reviewer alleges that Ms. Brooks consistently ignores calls, emails, and other communications from residents but is quick to issue fines for non-compliance with her directives. The implementation of rules is described as lacking reason or logic, with a specific example provided: a new requirement for residents to remove all leaves from their yards every Monday, under threat of a "pink slip" and a fine. The hypocrisy of this rule is highlighted by the reviewer's observation that the common areas of the property often remain untouched on Mondays and Tuesdays.
This detailed account suggests a pattern of mismanagement and a lack of fairness in the enforcement of rules. The reviewer emphasizes that this "hypocrisy extends into all areas of the operation at Royal Hills Village," creating a distressing environment for the many elderly and disabled residents who live there. These vulnerable individuals are reportedly being "terrorized" by Ms. Brooks, who allegedly claims authority over all property-related decisions. The reviewer expresses deep concern that these residents are living in fear of being fined constantly and implores others not to let their loved ones become victims of this situation. The single star rating given was reportedly only because it was required to post the review.
Another review echoes similar sentiments regarding the difficulties in reaching and obtaining follow-through from management and maintenance. This reviewer notes a stark contrast in their responsiveness, stating that while management is diligent in enforcing compliance with their standards through "pink slips," they become unresponsive ("a ghost town") when residents need assistance or when management needs to rectify their own mistakes. This reinforces the impression of a management focused on enforcement rather than resident support and service.
Considering the platform category "RV parks near me," Royal Hills Village, as a mobile home park, offers a long-term residential option. However, the overwhelmingly negative feedback regarding the property management and the living environment raises serious concerns. The features typically associated with a positive residential community, such as responsive management, fair rules, and a supportive environment, appear to be significantly lacking based on these reviews. The described environment is one of fear, frustration, and neglect of resident needs.
In terms of services, the reviews do not provide specific details about amenities like clubhouses, laundry facilities, or maintenance services. However, the second review's comment about the difficulty in getting maintenance issues addressed suggests that the quality and responsiveness of maintenance may be problematic. The focus of the reviews is primarily on the negative interactions with the property management.
Promotional information is not available in the provided reviews. Given the strong negative sentiments expressed, it would be challenging to derive any positive promotional points from this data. Any potential marketing for Royal Hills Village would need to directly address and rectify the severe management issues highlighted by the residents to rebuild trust and attract new residents.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in Milford, Ohio, and considering Royal Hills Village for long-term living, it is imperative to approach this option with extreme caution. The provided reviews paint a picture of a community struggling with significant management problems, leading to distress and fear among its residents, particularly the elderly and disabled. The alleged unprofessionalism, disrespect, poor communication, and unfair enforcement of rules by the property manager are serious red flags.
Prospective residents should be aware that while the physical address places Royal Hills Village in Milford, OH, the current living experience, as described by residents, appears to be far from ideal. The lack of transparency regarding the new ownership and the reported behavior of their representative, Ms. Brooks, suggest a potentially unstable and unpleasant living situation. The comparison to a "TERRIBLE place" and the pleas to prevent loved ones from moving there should not be taken lightly.
Before considering Royal Hills Village as a long-term living option within the context of "RV parks near me," potential residents are strongly advised to conduct thorough due diligence. This should include attempting to contact current residents independently (if possible), visiting the property to assess the conditions firsthand, and asking very direct and detailed questions to the management about the issues raised in the online reviews. It would also be prudent to seek information from local consumer protection agencies or tenant rights organizations regarding mobile home park regulations and resident rights in Ohio.
In conclusion, based on the available resident reviews, Royal Hills Village appears to be a mobile home park with significant challenges related to its management practices. The reported unprofessionalism, lack of communication, unfair rule enforcement, and neglect of resident needs create a concerning environment, particularly for the elderly and disabled members of the community. Local users searching for long-term living options within the category of "RV parks near me" in Milford, Ohio, should proceed with extreme caution and conduct extensive research before considering Royal Hills Village.

Royal Hills Village Reviews
PLEASE do yourself and./or your elderly loved ones a favor and DON'T let them buy a mobile home in this TERRIBLE place. My mother lives there and she along with so many of her neighbors are miserable living there now. The property was recently sold in the last 12 months or so and the new owners (none of the residents even know who the new owners are) sadly they are forced to deal with a Woman "Ms. Brooks" who is the most unprofessional, disrespectful and hateful woman. She completely ignores calls, emails and communications from the residents but at the same time is very quick to assess fines against the residents when they don't do what she tells them to do. She implements rules without reason or logic. The latest is putting up a sign requiring that "all leaves must be removed from residents yards every Monday" if they fail to do so they will get a "pink slip" that results in a fine. That might be okay except that if you go there on a Monday or Tuesday you will find that NONE of the common area's have been touched at all. This kind of hypocrisy extends into all areas of the operation at Royal Hills Village. The many elderly and disabled residents that live there are being terrorized by this woman who claims to have been put in charge of making all decisions related to this property. No one should have to spend their last years terrified that they are going to be fined every time they turn around. Something MUSTS be done about this. This will not be the last step I take to try and help these poor people who are being taken advantage of. PLEASE DO NOT LET YOUR LOVED ONE BECOME A VICTIM ALSO. I am only giving them a star because it's required in order to post this.
Nov 13, 2018 · Glenn GlennIf Management and maintenance weren’t so difficult to reach and get them to follow through with what they say they’ll do, their ratings would go up tremendously. They will hunt you down to give you a pink slip and get you to comply to their standards, but if you need something or if they make a mistake that they need to fix, they become a ghost town. No joke.
Apr 06, 2019 · Philn08Making a bunch of elderly people slave and manicure there yards perfectly when most are on a fixed income and are not in good enough health to do so is ridiculous. Plus the ever spying individuals who dont have anything other to do with there time than to complain about every little thing that think is going on is crazy. If you looking for a quiet relaxing place to live out your golden years...pass on this place.
Jul 17, 2019 · Belinda AllenMy parents both passed last year and the management (Vonda) were terrible to our family. She stated that they would start an eviction procedure within 7 days of the 1st and take the home if we did not pay lot rent of over $550 per month even though no one was living there. They also wanted to charge us $10,000 to move the home which we could not afford. This made it impossible for us to afford to have time to get their affairs in order and go through probate because it would have exceeded the value of the home. They took their home which was paid for. As we were moving everything we were told by multiple residents that this was typical for the management. I wish my parents had never moved here.
Sep 09, 2020 · Dave CollinsWhile the Mgt. has a personality of a dead fish and what they are responsible for is either in disrepair or in need of improvement (which they ignore) the Village does have high standards for residents which maintain this beautiful property. We do complain to each other about the lack of pleasantries and harsh manor of the Mgt. THEY DO NEED PERSONALITY LESSONS. Over all this is a very friendly community...minus the Mgt.
