Village Green Introduce
For local users in Cincinnati, Ohio, who might be exploring housing options under the category of "RV parks near me" (perhaps as an initial step in their search for residential communities), Village Green, situated at 7501 School Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45249, USA, offers a residential setting that appears to include both mobile homes and townhouses based on the provided reviews. It's important to clarify that while the search term might involve recreational vehicle parks, mobile home communities like Village Green primarily cater to individuals and families seeking longer-term or permanent housing solutions in manufactured homes they typically own or rent, while leasing the land within the community. The inclusion of townhouses suggests a broader range of housing options within this community.
When local residents look for "mobile home parks near me," they are generally interested in finding a community that provides a stable, comfortable, and potentially affordable living environment. These parks often foster a sense of neighborhood and offer the necessary infrastructure for manufactured homes, along with potential amenities for residents. The available information for Village Green includes its name, phone numbers ((520) 578-1715 and +1 520-578-1715), address, and two customer reviews detailing significant negative experiences.
One review paints a concerning picture of the management, stating, "This place is terrible. The manager is rude, disrespectful and racist." This is a serious accusation that potential residents should consider carefully. The reviewer further alleges that the manager is renting out their backyard for commercial vehicle parking and refused their request to purchase the spaces to prevent this. This suggests potential boundary issues and a lack of consideration for residents' property rights. The reviewer also notes a long history of positive living in the community (20 years) that changed under the current manager.
The second review describes a negative experience with a newly rented townhouse, citing a lack of cleanliness upon move-in ("didn't even bother to sweep or mop dried up crusty food everywhere," "Didn't clean out the pantrys"). This indicates potential issues with property maintenance and preparation for new tenants. The reviewer also details a negative encounter with maintenance regarding a cracked pipe, suggesting incompetence or dishonesty, and mentions recurring leaks that the resident ultimately fixed themselves. Furthermore, the review alleges "shady extra charges" that the resident had to fight to get back and claims to still be owed money. Finally, the reviewer mentions unresolved issues with moldy and inoperable windows that were known to management since move-in, indicating a lack of proactive maintenance and responsiveness to tenant concerns.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" as an initial step in their housing search, understanding the nature of a mobile home park (and in this case, a community that also includes townhouses) and carefully considering feedback from current or former residents is crucial. The reviews for Village Green highlight significant potential issues related to management conduct, property maintenance, financial transparency, and the overall living environment.

Village Green Reviews
This place is terrible. The manager is rude, disrespectful and racist. She is literally renting out our back yard so that people can park their "commercial vehicles" there. She also refused to let us purchase the spaces to keep people from parking in our yard. We have lived here 20 years and have never had any issues until she became the manager.
Sep 22, 2024 · Tish JonesThis place I thought was better than it is. I got into my new townhouse first realizing they had not cleaned a thing. Basement left disgusting didn't even bother to sweep or mop dried up crusty food everywhere. Didn't clean out the pantrys in kitchen. Place was disgusting. Then maintenance a joke came to fix pipes which I could clearly see the pvc pipe was cracked and either needed sealed or replaced so he pretending it was a gasket probably to pocket cash slapped too little of silicone on it so it continued to leak till I fixed and said he came back with new part which was lie cause I have house cameras up and no sign of him. Not too mention all the shady extra charges I had to fight to get back and still owed money to thus day and now having to wait on two windows to be replaced with mold and that won't open they knew about since we moved in but wanted to wait and see if we would complain or not well guess what we waiting for them to do right thing but can't do that anymore so now gotta treat them like children and stay on them.
