Are you considering a move to Lancaster, Ohio, and exploring your housing options? If you're searching for a mobile home park that offers a sense of community, Rustic Ridge Manufactured Housing Community, located at 1121 Tarkiln Rd SE, Lancaster, OH 43130, USA, might be worth your consideration. While specific details about all the park's amenities and services are not readily available online, we can synthesize the provided information, particularly in the context of 'RV parks near me' for individuals seeking a longer-term manufactured home living situation, to offer a detailed introduction.
Rustic Ridge Manufactured Housing Community appears to be a long-standing residential park, as indicated by a review mentioning a resident living there for "many, many years." This suggests a stable community with established roots in the Lancaster area. While the category 'RV parks near me' typically encompasses facilities for recreational vehicles and short-term stays, individuals sometimes use this broader search to find mobile home parks that accommodate manufactured homes for more permanent living arrangements. It's important to distinguish that Rustic Ridge seems to primarily cater to long-term residents in manufactured homes rather than transient RV travelers.
Based on the available customer reviews, we can gather some insights into the living experience at Rustic Ridge. One reviewer shares a positive personal experience through their grandmother, highlighting the resident's satisfaction over many years and noting a vibrant community spirit, particularly during their "Great Halloween turn out every year." This paints a picture of a community that fosters a sense of belonging and engagement among its residents.
Another reviewer offers a more balanced perspective, describing the park as "okay" but pointing out potential drawbacks such as being "a little overpopulated," which can lead to guest parking issues in the street due to a lack of an overflow lot. This is a practical consideration for those who frequently have visitors. The same reviewer does, however, commend the management as "nice," suggesting a positive interaction with the park's administrative team.
A significant point raised in the second review concerns cell phone reception, which is described as "nonexistent due to the sandstone hills." The reviewer advises prospective residents to consider investing in a landline, highlighting that the park may offer this service for an additional fee. This is a crucial piece of information for anyone relying heavily on mobile communication.

Rustic Ridge Manufactured Housing Community Reviews
My grandma has lived here for many, many years. she personally loves it, never has had any issues (minus a dog attacking hers). Great Halloween turn out every year.
Aug 01, 2024 · Ashley ClinePark is okay. It's a little overpopulated and guests generally have to park in the street. Could benefit from an overflow lot. Management seems nice. Cell phone reception is nonexistent due to the sandstone hills so pay the 20 bucks or whatever and invest in a landline if you move there.
Jul 07, 2022 · Michael FerrellVery unkempt trailers, broken windows, no skirting, loud music at all hours of the day and night. Cars revving engines and speeding through the park. The Sheriffs dept surely gets a hefty paycheck from this area alone because they are always there, roughly daily at the least. It appears that this park has no set rules and if they do, they are not implied enough to be reprimanded if not followed. I would be embarrassed to own this park let alone live in it.
Nov 27, 2019 · Kayce BonnetteI’m only leaving one star because none isn’t an option. Very poor management who likes to target residents that she doesn’t get along with. They have no play ground for the kids, no sidewalks for them so they just run around in the roads, they don’t care about the residents they only care about their money. Plus you can’t leave anything out or it gets stolen because they just let anyone live there and don’t care about the community. I don’t recommend going there, if you can afford to go somewhere else then do it.
Apr 01, 2020 · Evelyn MalloryA few years back,i decided i wanted to purchase a mobile home. Since this park was kind of off the beaten path,it seemed to be a great possibility. I called the property manager and told her i was interested in a place and that id be driving through she said tp look at the avail homes and get back with her. When i went out there, first thing we noticed was the confederate flag hanging proudly and white folks who were staring the whole time we were there(im black) . When i followed up with the manager, all of a sudden there were no available homes. This place should be shut tf down and had i not found s better home,i had every intention of suing.
