RV Self-Park Introduce
Are you traveling through Georgia or looking for a convenient and comfortable RV park in the Kingsland area? If you're searching for "RV parks near me" that prioritize ease of access, cleanliness, and essential amenities, RV Self-Park, located at 1307 E King Ave, Kingsland, GA 31548, is an excellent choice. Based on positive customer feedback, this park offers a straightforward and pleasant experience for RV travelers, particularly those journeying along the I-95 corridor.
One of the primary advantages of RV Self-Park is its convenience, as highlighted by repeat visitors. Its location appears to be particularly well-suited for those traveling up and down the I-95, a major north-south interstate highway along the eastern United States. This accessibility makes it an ideal stopover for overnight stays or a comfortable base for exploring the Kingsland and surrounding areas without venturing far from the main route. The ease of access contributes significantly to a stress-free travel experience for RVers.
Cleanliness is another aspect consistently praised by guests of RV Self-Park. Maintaining a clean environment is crucial for the comfort and well-being of travelers, and RV Self-Park seems to excel in this area. The positive remarks about the cleanliness of the facilities suggest a well-maintained park that prioritizes hygiene for its guests. This attention to detail can significantly enhance the overall satisfaction of staying at the park.
Ensuring that utilities are in good working order is a fundamental requirement for any RV park, and RV Self-Park reportedly meets this need effectively. Guests have noted that all the utilities are functioning properly, providing a reliable and hassle-free experience for connecting their RVs. This reliability is essential for a comfortable stay, allowing travelers to utilize their onboard systems without any issues.
For pet owners, particularly those traveling with dogs, RV Self-Park offers a significant advantage with its dog park. As mentioned by multiple reviewers, the presence of a dedicated dog park is a major plus. This amenity provides a safe and designated space for furry companions to exercise and socialize off-leash. While one review noted that the dog park has only one gate, the overall availability of the area is still considered a valuable asset for travelers with pets. Additionally, the park offers a nice grassy fence line, providing another option for walking dogs on a leash.
In today's connected world, reliable internet access is often a top priority for travelers. RV Self-Park stands out in this regard, with reviewers specifically mentioning that the internet service is "AWESOME!" High-quality internet connectivity allows guests to stay connected with family and friends, plan their travels, work remotely, or simply enjoy online entertainment during their stay. This is a significant amenity that enhances the overall value and convenience of the park.
One interesting observation from a review is the presence of an "old scary hotel" located next door, which is now reported to be shut down. While this doesn't directly impact the amenities or services of RV Self-Park, it provides some context about the immediate surroundings. The fact that the hotel is closed might be seen as a positive by some, potentially reducing any concerns about noise or activity from that adjacent property.
Based on the available information, RV Self-Park appears to be a no-frills but highly functional and well-regarded RV park. The focus seems to be on providing essential amenities in a clean and convenient setting, particularly catering to those traveling through the area. The positive feedback from repeat customers underscores the park's reliability and the satisfaction of those who have stayed there.
Kingsland, Georgia, the location of RV Self-Park, is situated in the southeastern part of the state, near the Florida border. RV Self-Park Reviews
This is the second time we have stayed here this year. It’s convenient, clean, and all of the utilities are in good working order. The dog park is a big plus for us! We will definitely stay again in the future when traveling up 95 from FL.
Apr 15, 2025 · Lora NealWhat a great place! Dog park is adequate, only 1 gate. There is a nice grassy fence line for a good walk. Internet is AWESOME! The old scary hotel next door is all shut down.
Feb 28, 2025 · Diane GeorgeEasy off the highway as long as you follow their directions and not your GPS and easy back on. So easy to reserve, the site was clean, the park is well lit and has security cameras throughout. Very reasonably priced and easy to make changes to arrival and departure times. And be sure to go next door to the Mexican, Tequila & Sazon, restaurant - the food was great!
Apr 23, 2025 · Linda TimberlakeOutstanding overnight stop if that’s what you want. No frills but clean, efficient gravel sites. Apr 02, 2025 · Paul WilkinsonWhen you need an easy convenient stopover for a reasonable cost this is the best RV stop! We love the ease of doing it all online and just showing up and plugging in for the night. I just hope your plan is to expand. Great idea and concept with security all over.
