Kiki RV Park Introduce
For local recreational vehicle owners and travelers exploring the Kingsland, Georgia area and searching for "RV parks near me," Kiki RV Park, located at 1135 E King Ave, Kingsland, GA 31548, USA, presents itself as an option for accommodation. To provide a comprehensive and objective introduction for local users, it's essential to consider all available information, including direct details and feedback from previous customers.
While specific details regarding the environment, services, and features of Kiki RV Park are not extensively available on general web searches, insights can be gleaned from the provided customer reviews. These reviews offer firsthand accounts of experiences at the park, which can be valuable for local users making decisions about where to stay.
Several key themes emerge from the customer feedback:
- Noise Concerns: One reviewer expressed significant dissatisfaction due to the noise from large trucks running throughout the night and morning. This suggests that some areas of the park might be located near or adjacent to truck traffic, potentially impacting the peace and quiet of certain RV sites. Local users who prioritize a quiet environment may want to inquire specifically about site locations relative to potential noise sources.
- Customer Service Issues: Multiple reviewers reported negative experiences with customer service. One individual described "horrible customer service" when attempting to address concerns with a staff member named Amy. Another recounted an interaction with the manager, describing her as "very rude" and unconcerned about the customer's reasons for leaving or the issues they were experiencing. These accounts raise concerns about the park's responsiveness to guest issues and the overall quality of service.
- Rule Enforcement and Consistency: One detailed review described a situation where the reviewer's wife was asked to remove a dog kennel that had previously been approved by management. Despite complying, she was asked to leave, and subsequently, the reviewer was also asked to leave without a stated reason. This suggests potential inconsistencies in rule enforcement and communication, which could be a point of concern for local users who value clear and consistent park policies. The reviewer also mentioned observing other guests breaking rules without facing similar consequences.
- Potential Flooding: The same detailed review included a warning to "be careful where u park... the spots away from the semi trucks floods." This indicates a potential issue with drainage in certain areas of the park, which could affect the comfort and usability of those sites, particularly during periods of rain. Local users should be aware of this possibility and perhaps inquire about site conditions, especially if they plan to stay during wetter seasons.
Given these direct customer experiences, it's challenging to provide a purely positive description of the environment, services, and features without acknowledging these reported issues. Objectively, Kiki RV Park offers RV sites at a specific location in Kingsland, GA, and can be contacted via the provided phone numbers for booking and inquiries. However, potential local users should be aware of the concerns raised in the reviews.
Based on the limited positive information available and the significant negative feedback, it's difficult to highlight specific features or services beyond the basic provision of RV parking spaces with hookups (which is generally expected at any RV park). There is no information provided regarding amenities such as restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, recreational areas, or security measures.
Similarly, no promotional information is available. Local users would need to contact Kiki RV Park directly to inquire about rates, availability, and any special offers they might have.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in Kingsland, GA, Kiki RV Park is a geographically relevant option. However, the available customer feedback suggests potential drawbacks related to noise, customer service, rule enforcement, and site conditions (flooding). It is strongly recommended that local users considering Kiki RV Park take the following steps:
- Contact Directly: Reach out to Kiki RV Park at (912) 673-7336 or +1 912-673-7336 to inquire about their current services, amenities, rates, and policies. Ask specific questions related to the concerns raised in the reviews, such as noise levels in different areas of the park, their customer service protocols, rule enforcement practices, and any known issues with flooding in certain sites.
- Visit if Possible: If feasible, consider visiting the park in person to assess the environment and site conditions firsthand. This would allow you to gauge noise levels, observe the general upkeep of the park, and potentially speak with current occupants (if appropriate and with their consent).
- Seek Recent Reviews: Look for more recent reviews on other platforms if available. Customer experiences can change over time, and more up-to-date feedback might provide a more current perspective.
- Consider Alternatives: Explore other RV parks and campgrounds in the Kingsland and surrounding areas to compare amenities, services, and customer feedback. This will help you make a well-informed decision based on your priorities.
In conclusion, Kiki RV Park is located in Kingsland, GA, and offers RV parking. However, potential local users should be aware of the negative feedback regarding noise, customer service, rule enforcement, and potential flooding issues reported by previous guests. Direct communication with the park management and, if possible, a personal visit are highly recommended to gather more information and determine if Kiki RV Park meets your individual needs and expectations. It is crucial to weigh the convenience of its location against the reported negative experiences when making your decision about "RV parks near me."

Kiki RV Park Reviews
I was very unhappy. I had an end space and the entire night and most of the morning all I heard was the big trucks RUNNING! Apparently they are allowed to, which u can hear very loudly in your camper.I went to chat with Amy and received horrible customer service.I then went to talk with the manger. Good Lord this lady was very rude and didn't care why I was leaving. Nor wanted to hear any issues that I was having.I will never go back! Also, be careful where u park.. the spots away from the semi trucks floods.
Apr 05, 2025 · MelissaMy wife was forced to leave because little petty rules. She was in lot 10, I was in lot 2. I was asked to move without reason. My wife put her dog kennel up out side and it was approved by management back in 2021, now all of the sudden she had to take it down. She did as instructed and they still told her to leave. Then came and told me I had to leave as well without reason. So we both left 01-09-23. Now we are in a much better place without all the back biting and gossip.Plus other folks break the rules just like my wife and aren't asked to leave. See in the pics.
May 31, 2023 · Jonathan BueterWe were happy to get a place to get off 95. The place needs work! The lights didn't work or were broken. Picnic table was broken. There was dog poop all over the place. The place has been neglected!
Jan 25, 2025 · kathleen keslerPros: easy quick stop right off the highway. Good customer service. Flat, concrete pull through and full hook ups.Cons: there was a broken concrete table (like crushed) next to the truck that made entering and exiting the truck a little awkward. The wifi was weak but honestly I never expect good wifi at a campground.I was concerned it would be noisy due to the nearness of the highway, it wasn’t bad. I did see other reviewers pointing out “full timers”. There are certainly folks living there but I’ve seen WAY worse.Overall, this is clean, easy and convenient.
Nov 15, 2023 · Christy on the ATAs of June 2018, NO DISCOUNTS ARE ACCEPTED. No Passport America, AARP, Good Sam, Military. Nothing. The rates are currently: $40/night, $250/week, $650/month, all plus tax.Quiet park, despite being within sight of the main road and right behind a Racetrack gas station. Park is all concrete pads, about half back-in and half pull-through. Simple park, all full hookups, but don't expect picnic tables or fire rings, they don't exist. The sites are probably too close for that anyway.Comfortable distances from your neighbors and plenty of room to pull in and out. I actually store my RV in this town and needed someplace to work on it, paying for the site was cheaper than feeding the generator... But beyond that, you don't get much. Simple park and good for stopping on the way in or out of Florida off of I-95.The East end of I-10 is about 30 minutes South on I-95.
