Paradise Park Co-Op Introduce
If you are searching for “RV parks near me” with a focus on long-term community living in the Largo, Florida area, Paradise Park Co-Op, located at 7111 142nd Ave N, Largo, FL 33771, USA, presents itself as a residential mobile home park. Unlike typical RV parks that cater to short-term stays, Paradise Park Co-Op functions as a cooperative, suggesting a different model of ownership and community involvement for its residents. While the platform category is “RV parks near me,” it’s important to understand that Paradise Park Co-Op primarily offers long-term living arrangements within a mobile home setting rather than temporary RV sites.
One positive review from a current resident highlights a key aspect of the community, stating, “I love living here. Been here 3 years now and everybody is so friendly and kind and caring good neighbors.” This testimonial speaks volumes about the social environment within Paradise Park Co-Op, suggesting a strong sense of community where residents feel supported and connected. The mention of “friendly and kind and caring good neighbors” indicates a positive day-to-day living experience for those who reside within the park.
However, it is crucial to consider all available feedback to gain a balanced perspective. Another recent review details a significantly negative experience when inquiring about moving into Paradise Park Co-Op. This potential resident described interactions with an agent as “rude” and unprofessional, alleging that the agent hung up on them multiple times and ultimately stated that they would not have the opportunity to move there. The reviewer also mentioned being blocked by the agent after these interactions. This account raises concerns about the initial contact and communication process for prospective residents.
Given the contrasting nature of these two reviews, it is challenging to provide a definitive picture of the overall environment and services at Paradise Park Co-Op based solely on this limited information. The positive review paints a picture of a welcoming and friendly community amongst the residents themselves. In contrast, the negative review highlights potential issues with the management's communication and professionalism during the inquiry process for new residents.
As a cooperative, Paradise Park Co-Op likely operates with a structure where residents have a share in the ownership and potentially a say in the community's management and rules. This model can foster a strong sense of ownership and community spirit, aligning with the positive feedback from the current resident. However, the negative experience suggests that the administrative or management aspects may not consistently meet the expectations of those trying to join the community.
Information regarding specific services and amenities within Paradise Park Co-Op is not provided in the given reviews. Typically, mobile home parks offer essential utilities such as water, electricity, and sewer hookups. They may also provide common area maintenance, waste disposal services, and potentially recreational facilities. As a co-op, residents might also contribute to the upkeep and management of these services through their membership or fees.
The environment of Paradise Park Co-Op in Largo, Florida, would likely be characterized by a residential setting with mobile homes situated on individual lots. The overall ambiance would depend on the residents and the upkeep of the park. The positive review suggests a pleasant living environment, while the negative review does not directly comment on the physical environment of the park itself.
Features of a mobile home co-op often include a sense of community ownership, potential for long-term stable living, and involvement in community decisions. However, the negative review indicates that the process of becoming a resident might be challenging for some. It is important for prospective residents to thoroughly research the co-op's rules, fees, and the process for purchasing a share or a home within the community.
No specific promotional information is available in the provided text. Individuals interested in learning about availability or the process of becoming a resident at Paradise Park Co-Op would need to contact them directly using the provided phone numbers: (727) 531-2955 or +1 727-531-2955.
In conclusion, Paradise Park Co-Op in Largo, FL, appears to be a mobile home community with a friendly and caring atmosphere among its current residents, as indicated by one positive review. However, a concerning negative review highlights potential issues with the professionalism and communication of the management during the inquiry process for prospective residents. As a cooperative, it likely offers a unique living experience focused on community ownership and long-term residency, distinct from traditional short-term “RV parks near me.” Individuals considering moving to Paradise Park Co-Op should be aware of both the positive feedback regarding the community spirit and the negative feedback concerning the initial interactions with management. Further investigation and direct communication with Paradise Park Co-Op are recommended to gain a comprehensive understanding of the community and the process of becoming a resident.

Mar 22, 2025 · John FidlerWanted to buy mobile home there. But, I was treated like an illegal alien. Poor hospitality. So, I bought a mobile home in next park over. Go to twin palms.
Nov 18, 2024 · Neal CarpenterStayed with a family friend. It's a nice little trailer park not far from the gulf or the bay. Central location to Tampa, St. Pete's and Clearwater. Close to restaurants, shopping and grocery store. It is however a 55+ community. It also has a year round heated pool and community center.
