Salem Premier RV Resort Reviews
This is a well run and courteous resort that strives to keep everything exactly as it should be. I have lived here with my wife for over a year now and have very much enjoyed this community and resort. My parents have stayed here and my daughter and her family have stayed here in their beautiful yurts. They were quite impressed as well.
Apr 02, 2025 · Chester SissonNicest RV park we've stayed in. Sites are cleaned and well maintained. They are strict on rules with creates a better environment for everyone. Dog park is the nicest one I've ever seen at an RV park. Never had any issues with management as they are very quick to let you know of any sort of issues and they address them appropriately. The propane service they provide is very convenient. I think the only thing I could complain about which is to no fault of the RV park is the location being right next to a very loud business doing things with countertops. Other than that the staff are friendly, neighbors are friendly, and sites are super nice.
Jan 30, 2025 · Ava CenterA Complete Disaster — Avoid at All CostsStaying at this RV park was an absolute nightmare. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place is not just “run down” — it’s completely neglected and unsafe. The issues start at the top, with the owner and management, and trickle down to the tenants. It’s common knowledge among those familiar with the park that the manager and her son allegedly accept drugs as payment for rent. The signs of meth use are unmistakable and create an environment that feels dangerous and unpredictable. The condition of the park itself is appalling. During my two-night stay, I encountered one of the most alarming issues — a trailer leaking raw sewage directly into the street. The odor was unbearable, and the source was easy to trace: a trailer located in the middle row, on the right side, about 4-5 trailers down from the office. This is not just a health hazard, but a blatant violation of safety standards.Adding to the frustration, the park falsely advertises having WiFi. In reality, there’s no functional connection. I wasted hours waiting for the manager’s son, who sat glued to his phone on the office bench for five hours after telling me he “may or may not” have it running before 6 PM. His indifference was beyond unprofessional — it was downright insulting. As you walk around the park, the neglect is impossible to ignore. Trash is scattered everywhere, weeds overrun the grounds, cars are out of place, and trailers are falling apart under the weight of hoarded junk. The lack of care and complacency from those managing this place is staggering. They’re lazy, argumentative, and clearly unbothered by the chaos around them. What’s worse, the owner seems complicit in all of this. Allowing the management to operate like this — turning a blind eye to drug use and unsanitary conditions — suggests that he’s either unaware of the reality or perfectly content with running his property straight into the ground. It’s hard to believe that anyone who cared even remotely about their investment would let things deteriorate to this point.Frankly, I’m shocked that the city hasn’t stepped in to shut this place down. It feels like it’s only one sewage leak or police raid away from being condemned. I wouldn’t recommend this park to anyone, under any circumstances.
Mar 28, 2025 · Mitchell DavisHello best RV park we've ever stayed in! We travel a lot around the PNW, and this was our first time staying at this RV park. The grounds are immaculately kept, and we really appreciated the massive dog runs and all of the clean up stations posted around the park. The sites are level, the grass is green and each site has a nice table and chairs. There is a playground, basketball and tennis court, as well as a large field. The bathrooms were so so so clean! They provided us with complimentary pick and drop off of our propane tanks after filling, first time we've ever had that service anywhere. Every staff member we met was welcoming, professional and hard at work! The pool area and common rooms are comfortable, and have everything needed for relaxing or entertaining. The office has a store with a little bit of everything you may need or might have forgotten, as well as all day coffee and cookies on Saturday mornings. Highly recommend this park, we will be back and hope to stay at their other locations. Great job Premier RV Resorts!
Oct 21, 2024 · Debbie BartleyThe amenities (bath house, main office, pool) are decent enough, the spots are too close together. Was in a long term spot with separate parking. Was told we had to move due to the park being able to charge more for those spots. Of course we were moved to a spot without parking and then had to pay an extra $30/month, per vehicle, while the spot(s) we were moved from have sat completely empty. I would imagine they still are. The maintenance team leader is a little too thorough when checking things at night! My wife never felt comfortable with him around. Also, it’s likely the mirror in the bathroom in the game room is a 2 way mirror, based on finger and lighter tests.Would not recommend this place! Too much money for having to deal with the office and maintenance breathing down your next.
