SANTIAGO PARKSIDE ESTATES Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Rialto, California area, Santiago Parkside Estates, located at 1155 S Riverside Ave Office, Rialto, CA 92376, USA, is a mobile home park that may offer possibilities for RV living. To inquire about their specific policies regarding RVs, availability of spaces, and any associated terms and conditions, you can contact them at (909) 820-4444 or +1 909-820-4444.
Santiago Parkside Estates is situated on South Riverside Avenue in Rialto. This location provides residents and visitors with relatively convenient access to the various amenities and services available within the city. Typically, nearby areas offer shopping centers, restaurants, grocery stores, and essential services. The park's location also likely benefits from access to major transportation routes in the Rialto area, potentially facilitating travel to other parts of the Inland Empire and Southern California for those with RVs looking to explore the region.
Publicly available reviews of Santiago Parkside Estates offer a mixed perspective, highlighting both potential benefits and significant concerns. One reviewer describes the park as "a convenient get-together spot," indicating that the community may have facilities suitable for social events. They specifically mention the clubhouse, noting that it was "clean" and included a "kitchen, pool room, playground and more." This suggests that the park offers some communal amenities that could enhance the living experience for residents and their guests, potentially extending to those in RVs who may appreciate such facilities.
The same reviewer also found the location to be "pretty quiet" and noted that "parking is decent as long as you get to your event early." A quiet environment can be a significant draw for many seeking a peaceful living situation, whether in a mobile home or an RV. Decent parking, while primarily discussed in the context of event attendees, could also be a factor for RV owners, depending on the availability and regulations for guest parking or additional vehicle storage.
However, this positive review also points out some limitations. The reviewer noted that the clubhouse could benefit from "more bathrooms," as the presence of "one room with one stall/urinal for an entire party of 100+ people" was considered "pretty annoying." This suggests that while the clubhouse is a feature, its capacity for larger gatherings might be limited by the restroom facilities. Additionally, the reviewer mentioned that the spot is "not very handicap accessible," which is a significant consideration for individuals with mobility challenges, whether they are residents or visitors.
In contrast to the positive aspects of the clubhouse and location mentioned by one reviewer, another resident expresses significant dissatisfaction with the living experience at Santiago Parkside Estates. This reviewer states, "Well, we live here right now and ever since we moved in we’ve had nothing but citations for whatever reason I think it’s a racism thing." This is a very serious allegation, suggesting potential issues with unfair or discriminatory enforcement of park rules. The reviewer provides examples, mentioning citations for air conditioners that other residents allegedly have hanging out their windows without consequence, while they are consistently cited for various reasons.
This resident further describes the atmosphere as oppressive, stating, "it doesn’t feel like a home it feels like a prison camp. A lot of times you feel like you’re doing the right thing and doing good and Bam here comes a citation. It’s a very stressful place to live." This paints a picture of a potentially overly strict or inconsistently enforced regulatory environment, leading to stress and a lack of a sense of home for at least one resident.
The reviewer also alleges favoritism, stating, "I’ve never lived in a place like this before, and I’ve heard from other people here that Patricia definitely has her favorites And plays Favoritism." This echoes the earlier concern about potential inconsistencies in rule enforcement and suggests that some residents may be treated differently than others by the management.
Considering the "RV parks near me" category, Santiago Parkside Estates presents a complex picture. The presence of a clubhouse with amenities could be attractive to RVers seeking community facilities. The potentially quiet location might also be a plus. However, the serious allegations of racism, unfair citations, a stressful living environment, and favoritism raised by a resident are significant concerns that prospective RV residents should carefully consider. The reported lack of handicap accessibility is also an important factor for individuals with mobility needs.
For those considering Santiago Parkside Estates for RV living, it is crucial to contact the management directly at (909) 820-4444 or +1 909-820-4444 to inquire about their policies on RVs, availability, and amenities. It would be prudent to ask specific questions related to the concerns raised in the reviews, such as the process for rule enforcement, how citations are issued and appealed, and the park's policies on accessibility. If possible, visiting the park in person and observing the environment could provide additional insights. Attempting to speak with current residents (if feasible and without management interference) might also offer a broader understanding of the living experience.
Key questions to ask the management should include:
- Does the park accommodate RVs for long-term or short-term stays?
- What are the specific rules and regulations for RV residents?
- What amenities are available to RV residents, including hookups and access to the clubhouse?
- What is the process for issuing and appealing citations for rule violations?
- What measures are in place to ensure fair and consistent enforcement of park rules for all residents?
- What efforts are being made to improve handicap accessibility within the park and its facilities?
Given the serious nature of the negative allegations, potential RV residents should proceed with caution and seek comprehensive information before making any decisions about residing at Santiago Parkside Estates. While the clubhouse and potentially quiet location may be appealing, the reported issues with management practices and the overall living environment could significantly impact the quality of life.
In conclusion, for those searching for "RV parks near me" in Rialto, California, Santiago Parkside Estates offers a clubhouse with amenities and a potentially quiet location. However, significant concerns have been raised by a resident regarding unfair citations, a stressful living environment, allegations of racism and favoritism in rule enforcement, and a lack of handicap accessibility. Prospective RV residents should carefully weigh these factors and conduct thorough due diligence, including direct communication with management and, if possible, current residents, before considering Santiago Parkside Estates as a place to stay.

SANTIAGO PARKSIDE ESTATES Reviews
A CONVENIENT GET-TOGETHER SPOT… A friend of mine hosted a party at Santiago Parkside Estates and it’s actually really nifty. The clubhouse was clean, includes a kitchen, pool room, playground and more. I think the location is pretty quiet and parking is decent as long as you get to your event early. I wish the clubhouse had more bathrooms as it’s pretty annoying having one room with one stall/urinal for an entire party of 100+ people. Also, this spot is not very handicap accessible.

It’s a very stressful place to live. I’ve never lived in a place like this before, and I’ve heard from other people here that Patricia definitely has her favorites And plays Favoritism
Jan 06, 2024 · Ruth KrahI would not recommend anyone who is interested in a mobile home here , manager is a striaght creep always doing the MOST and has her favoritism! drives around looking at everybody , sometimes gets off to see what you have around your house so she can complain about it ! If you have guest who come and stay here to visit I advise you that she will tow their car after two days !! Please don’t move here she will scare you AWAY!!
Dec 21, 2022 · Maria MartinezEverybody that said negative things about the manager Patricia I think we should appreciate that she actually cares look next door Mobile home it looks terrible I myself get annoyed sometimes but after I do what's requested it looks so nice she deserves morethan 5 starts
Sep 02, 2023 · Manuel GalvezIf you're planning on living in this park, look somewhere else. The manager here is very creepy. She drives around the park slowly and once I caught her staring at our house like a weirdo. She saw me and drove a lil faster and instead of driving to her home, she went the opposite way. CREEPY!! Look somewhere else for your home, sweet home.
