Las Palmas Estates Introduce
If you are currently looking for "RV parks near me" in the Rialto, California area, Las Palmas Estates, located at 1025 S Riverside Ave, Rialto, CA 92376, USA, is a mobile home park that may appear in your search results. You can contact them at (888) 506-4238 or their mobile number, +1 888-506-4238. When choosing an RV park for either short-term or long-term living, factors such as management responsiveness, maintenance of the property, and parking regulations are often key considerations. The available customer reviews for Las Palmas Estates provide some direct feedback on these aspects.
One recurring theme in the customer reviews is significant dissatisfaction with the management of Las Palmas Estates. One reviewer states that "Sucks to live here," indicating a deeply negative overall experience. They further elaborate by claiming that the management "complain about so much and they do nothing," suggesting a perceived lack of action on issues within the park. The reviewer also mentions "no updates no cleaning no nothing!" pointing to a potential lack of maintenance and improvements within the community. Such sentiments can be concerning for prospective residents seeking a well-maintained and actively managed living environment.
Another serious allegation made by the same reviewer is "Discrimination at its finest." They provide a specific example regarding parking, stating that "Some people are allowed to park on the street and some are not what type of crap is this." This suggests inconsistent or unfair enforcement of parking rules, which can lead to resentment and frustration among residents. Clear and equitable rules are essential for a harmonious living environment in any community, including RV parks.
The reviewer also expresses dissatisfaction with the cost of space rent, claiming that they "charge way too much space rent for what they actually do around the park." This implies a perceived lack of value for the money paid, especially in light of the alleged lack of maintenance and responsiveness from the management. They further describe the management's activities as primarily involving driving around in a golf cart to "take notes and write people up" but failing to address larger issues or fulfill their responsibilities. This paints a picture of a management focused on enforcement rather than proactive maintenance and resident support.
The reviewer concludes by expressing regret for not having checked reviews before buying a property in Las Palmas Estates, strongly advising others to avoid living there. This emphatic negative recommendation should be taken seriously by anyone considering this park as a potential residence, whether in a mobile home or an RV.
A second review echoes the concerns about parking and management. This reviewer describes a "Horrible situation" where the "public street" was painted red, allegedly taking away residents' parking spots. This action seems counterintuitive, as it reduces the already limited parking available. The reviewer then claims that the management complains when people park on the "non red sides," creating a contradictory and frustrating situation. They further allege that individuals who do not live in the park or pay rent have more privilege to park in the non-red zones simply because residents want to reserve parking for their "family" members. This reinforces the earlier accusation of unfair or discriminatory parking enforcement.
Adding to the parking woes, this reviewer mentions that some residents put up orange safety cones to prevent others from parking in front of their houses, describing this behavior as "ridiculous." Such actions can create tension among neighbors and further limit the already scarce parking options. The reviewer strongly advises against living in Las Palmas Estates to avoid the "headache trying to find parking and dealing with hating ass neighbors," again highlighting significant issues with both management and the community environment.
Considering these two reviews, Las Palmas Estates appears to be facing significant challenges related to its management, maintenance, and parking regulations. The consistent negative feedback regarding these crucial aspects should be a major red flag for anyone searching for "RV parks near me" in Rialto. While the reviews do not provide specific details about the park's amenities (such as hookups, laundry, recreational facilities), the strong negative sentiment regarding management and basic living conditions suggests that these other aspects might also be subpar or overshadowed by the negative experiences described.
For individuals seeking a comfortable and well-managed RV park, the feedback for Las Palmas Estates raises serious concerns. The allegations of discrimination, poor maintenance, ineffective management, and a problematic parking situation are not conducive to a positive living experience. While every individual's experience can vary, the consistency and severity of the issues raised in these reviews warrant extreme caution.
As a local user exploring "RV parks near me," it would be prudent to thoroughly investigate other options in the Rialto area before considering Las Palmas Estates. If you do decide to look further into this park, it would be essential to try and obtain more recent and diverse perspectives from current residents. Contacting the park management directly to address the concerns raised in these reviews and inquire about their policies on maintenance, parking, and community relations would also be a critical step. However, given the strength of the negative feedback, it might be wise to prioritize other RV parks in the vicinity that have received more positive or less concerning reviews.
When searching for the right "RV parks near me," consider looking for parks that emphasize clear and fair management practices, regular maintenance of facilities and grounds, well-defined and consistently enforced parking regulations, and a positive sense of community. While Las Palmas Estates might be located conveniently, the available online feedback suggests that the living experience there could be significantly challenging due to the issues highlighted in these reviews. Therefore, exploring alternative RV parks in Rialto would likely be a more prudent approach to finding a suitable and enjoyable living situation.

Apr 14, 2025 · Esmeralda ValverdeHorrible place to live rent is high and getting higher even with the pandemic. The pool is closed because of the pandemic but we are not allowed to have a small pool during summer. No fireworks are allowed. I was expecting them to be easier on the rules since with covid going around and not being able to go to firework shows they would let use have fireworks. We can’t even have a chair on the porch because you’ll get a complaint in the mail.
