This is possibly the WORSSTTT community you could ever decide to live in 👍 New managers came in and raised our rent $75, which leaves us paying $615 for rent, ($1100 total with mortgage) Aside from that, they still charge you an additional $50 if they have to mow your TINY lot. Our water is CONSTANTLY shut off without warning, and since the new managers came in, all we've seen them do is make THEIR office prettier. It'd be cheaper to rent a "luxury" apartment :) May management's pillow stay warm on both sides at night 🙏

We’re going on 24 hours of no water at the moment, and this is a constant thing that happens every couple of months. It’s expensive having to eat fast food because I can’t cook. I receive food stamps, I don’t have extra money to eat out every meal for days at a time. People here have infants using formula. Not everyone here has a car to be able to leave whenever they need to. Stop leaving the water off for 24+ hours at a time. Toilets get clogged. It’s hot, so not being able to flush makes it smell. I was hopeful for the new management company, but they don’t care about residents either.

Just run*** y'all thought I was crazy and mad. They just raised lot rent $75 on these people. I still have friends there. They've done nothing to ever call for raising lot rent. $625-650 now for a lot there. Absolutely sickening. Y'all may as well sell because no one is gonna afford that for a mobile. Hope y'all sleep well at night. Absolute slum lords
Jul 05, 2024 · Jake ParnellBeware of their standard remodel.I bought a remodeled trailer the last weekend of Feb. 2021. Asked if trailer was level. Brad told me yes. I did a walk through, checked for leaks under sinks and around toilets, saw a box built around kithchen cabinet plumbing. Saw there were windows. Heat and air was unfinished but was assured they had the stuff and it would be taken care of. It worked. Sliding glass door seemed to be ok. I opened it. No working porch light but thought I can deal with that. Tubs looked good. Looked under tub and it had been sprayed with foam around pipes. Good deal. Yard would be cleaned before I moved in. Deck would be skirted. Skirting would be replaced where it was removed to install the new ac unit. New appliances.So 5 weeks later I am ashamed at being suckered the way I was.Trailer is not level, went to sit on one of the toilets and it wasn't bolted and rocked. After a few flushes it began to leak. Foam spray under tub didn't go all the way around. Cats squeezed out into the underbelly the first night. Water lines in master bath sink were connected backwards. The line for the hot water wasn't long enough to reach so they connected them backwards. Sink leaked at ujoint after running it awhile. I then went to ckeck kitchen sink and moved the box the put around it only to find there was a 1ft×1ft section where there was no floor. They kindly left a baited mouse trap there for me. There was no dryer vent in laundry room. Dishwasher wasn't bolted in. The sliding glass door center frame fell apart about the 5th time I opened it. That was the piece that held the glass in. I had to tighten 4 of my doorknobs in when the front door knob came off in my hand after about 3 days. A/C was supposed to be a brand new unit at a cost if $7000 (so i was told). About the 2cd week we smelled something like wine emanating from there and the unit quit working. It was never completely installed or insulated. Condensation and black mold followed. Still not working. Earlier this week I opened bedroom blinds and found out there are no lower windows. Just storm windows and an empty lower half frame in both master windows. Still no skirting. Paid someone to take it of the shed and patch the side of trailer the best he could. They pulled up the fence previous owner installed as the said it could be a danger to someone running through the yards. I could however put up a short picket fence as a border. (I know that's not a danger to someone running through my yard. And niether are the 3×4 inch holes that were left by pulling out the fence posts.) Finally, I guess my yard was cleaned. All the leaves appear to be under my deck well hidden away. Dog poop everywhere (old and new) along the back side of the home.At about the 6th week the paint started coming off tub. If I want to soak it is with paint chips.Two weeks ago roof started leaking and my kitchen ceiling started sagging and coming down.When I went to office the first week with complaints the office manager, Cynthia, told me, "That's on the remodel guy not us". Wtf? If you know your remodel person does work this bad and you continue to use him, It's on your company. You definately know now but he's still around. I think for $28000 I should have been afforded a reasonable standard of living. For $7000 more I could have bought a new one.If i could figure out how to post pictures on here I woul. I have some doozies. To anyone lookIng to buy a remodel here you need to go over every single inch.

I pray we get approved to live in such a great community. Plus, they have a little park for the kiddos and even a dog park WINNING!
