Singing Hills Mobile Estates Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the El Cajon area, particularly if you are looking for a family-friendly and long-term mobile home living environment, Singing Hills Mobile Estates, located at 1810 Hillsdale Rd, El Cajon, CA 92019, USA, presents a community with notable features and varying resident experiences.
One long-term resident, who has lived in Singing Hills Mobile Estates for 24 years, offers a positive perspective, describing it as a "very nice, quiet neighborhood" and a "good place to raise kids." This endorsement highlights the potential for a peaceful and family-oriented living environment within the park. The proximity to educational institutions is also a significant advantage for families, as the park is located next door to an elementary school and across the street from Valhalla High School.
The same long-term resident emphasizes the friendly nature of the community, stating that "Everybody is very friendly." They describe a welcoming atmosphere where even unfamiliar faces exchange greetings with a wave or a "Hi" accompanied by a smile. This suggests a strong sense of community and neighborliness within Singing Hills Mobile Estates, which can be a key factor for those seeking a socially connected living experience when considering "RV parks near me."
Addressing a potentially negative review from someone named Laura (the content of which is not provided), the long-term resident offers a contrasting opinion of the park manager, Chevelle. They assert that Chevelle is a "good park manager," describing her as "very friendly and helpful." The mention of joking around with the manager further suggests a positive and approachable management style, at least from this resident's perspective. This positive feedback regarding the manager directly contradicts any potential negative impressions from the unnamed "Laura's" review.
However, another review presents a significantly different experience. This individual recounts a "very unpleasant interaction with management" that led to their decision not to move into Singing Hills Mobile Estates. They express relief at having had the opportunity to experience the management style before committing to living there. This negative interaction raises concerns about the consistency of management's approach or potential issues that some prospective residents might encounter.
Considering these contrasting reviews, Singing Hills Mobile Estates appears to offer a quiet, family-friendly environment with a generally friendly community, according to a long-term resident. The proximity to schools is a notable feature for families with children. However, the experience with the management seems to be a point of contention, with one prospective resident having a very negative interaction that deterred them from moving in, while a long-term resident praises the current manager. This discrepancy highlights the importance of individual experiences and the need for potential residents to assess their comfort level with the management style.
The provided information does not detail specific amenities offered at Singing Hills Mobile Estates, such as laundry facilities, communal areas, or RV hookups, which would be relevant for those searching for "RV parks near me." Similarly, there is no mention of organized activities or promotional offers. Potential residents would need to inquire directly about these aspects.
To gain a comprehensive understanding of Singing Hills Mobile Estates, including lot availability for mobile homes and RVs, long-term stay options, rental rates, specific park rules and regulations, and information about the park's amenities, it is crucial to contact them directly. In conclusion, Singing Hills Mobile Estates in El Cajon offers a potentially appealing living environment characterized by a quiet neighborhood, friendly residents, and convenient proximity to schools, making it attractive to families. Singing Hills Mobile Estates Reviews
I moved here 24 years ago. This is a very nice, quiet neighborhood. A good place to raise kids. (We are right next door to an elementary school and Valhalla High School is across the street.) Everybody is very friendly. One can wave and/or say "Hi" when you meet someone you don't even know, and they return it, WITH A SMILE! Despite what Laura said in her review, Chevelle is a good park manager. She IS very friendly and helpful. And we do joke around with each other.

Jun 28, 2024 · Stephan BrownZero stars in actuality. Management is horrible and discriminatory. Unless you make friends with Management you are harrassed infinitely until they drive you out of your own home.
