Snider Mobilehome & RV Park Introduce
Located at 2000 E Loop 304 in Crockett, Texas, Snider Mobilehome & RV Park offers a dual capacity as both a mobile home community and an RV park, catering to individuals seeking "RV parks near me" as well as those looking for longer-term mobile home living options. Situated in Crockett, a town in East Texas known for its historical significance and surrounding natural beauty, the park provides a location with access to local amenities and the Texan landscape.
The environment of Snider Mobilehome & RV Park, based on its designation, likely encompasses a community setting with both permanent mobile homes and designated spaces for RVs. This suggests a blend of long-term residents and potentially short-term travelers. The grounds would typically include roadways for access, individual lots for mobile homes and RVs, and possibly some communal green spaces. The atmosphere could range from a quiet residential feel in the mobile home areas to a more transient vibe in the RV section, depending on the occupancy and time of year.
As an "RV park near me," Snider Mobilehome & RV Park would be expected to provide essential services for recreational vehicles. These commonly include utility hookups at each RV site, such as electricity, water, and sewer connections. The availability and reliability of these services are fundamental for RV travelers seeking a comfortable and functional stay. Additionally, the park may offer amenities such as laundry facilities, showers, and restrooms to cater to the needs of RV guests, especially those on longer journeys.
Beyond the basic utilities, some RV parks also provide recreational features to enhance the guest experience. These could include picnic areas, communal gathering spaces, or even basic recreational facilities. Given that Snider Mobilehome & RV Park also functions as a mobile home community, it might offer a more established infrastructure compared to a purely transient RV park. This could potentially translate to more comprehensive services or a more community-oriented environment for RV guests as well.
Customer feedback regarding Snider Mobilehome & RV Park presents a mixed picture. One review expresses a highly positive experience, noting the responsiveness of the owner, Mr. Snider, the efficiency of the maintenance service provided by Juan, fair pricing, and a friendly, accommodating attitude. This suggests that some residents and possibly RV guests have had favorable interactions and found the management to be helpful and the services satisfactory.
However, another review details a significantly negative experience involving an alleged agreement for remodeling a trailer in exchange for future rental, which purportedly was unilaterally altered by the owner's daughter regarding material costs and rental price. This reviewer claims a lack of communication from the owner to resolve the issue and characterizes the family as dishonest, strongly advising others to avoid the park. This feedback raises serious concerns about business practices and customer relations.
Considering these contrasting reviews, it is challenging to provide a definitively positive or negative portrayal of Snider Mobilehome & RV Park. The positive review suggests a well-managed park with responsive service and fair dealings, while the negative review paints a picture of potential dishonesty and poor communication. Local users searching for "RV parks near me" or considering this location for mobile home living should be aware of these differing experiences.
Promotional information is not explicitly provided in the given data. However, based on the positive review, potential promotional aspects could include highlighting the friendly and responsive management, the efficiency of maintenance services, and the fair pricing. The park's dual nature as a mobile home and RV park might also be promoted as offering a stable community environment with facilities catering to both short-term and long-term stays.
In conclusion, Snider Mobilehome & RV Park in Crockett, Texas, functions as both a mobile home community and an RV park, potentially offering a range of services and a community-oriented environment for those seeking "RV parks near me" or long-term residency. While one customer review praises the management and services, another reports serious issues with alleged broken agreements and poor communication. Prospective residents and RV guests should consider these differing accounts and may wish to seek further information or clarification before making a decision about this property.

Snider Mobilehome & RV Park Reviews
My Husband, his auntie and I rented from Mr Snider a few years back. We experienced nothing but the best during our residency. He was very quick to respond to queries and Juan, his maintenance man, was expedient to repairs and anything that needed to be done. His pricing is fair and he is super friendly and will work with you if you just call him.
Apr 14, 2022 · Jeff BrinkStay away from these people. The owner had made a deal with me that I was supposed to remodel a trailer in exchange that I would rent it when it was done. Well when I went in to get the keys and sign a lease with him his daughter informed me that I was supposed to supply all the materials and my rent was going to be 500 dollars more than we had agreed on. He would not talk to me to resolve anything. The whole family is a bunch of crooks. Stay away from this place
