Sleepy Hollow Introduce
Sleepy Hollow Mobile Home Park, located at 615 W Alturas St, Tucson, AZ 85705, USA, stands as a practical and uniquely positioned option within the "RV parks near me" category for individuals and families seeking affordable living solutions in Tucson. While its initial appearance might be described as "shabby at 1st take," as one reviewer candidly put it, a deeper look reveals a community focused on accessibility, affordability, and surprisingly robust infrastructure, all managed with a helpful and friendly approach.
The environment of Sleepy Hollow is characterized by its simplicity and functionality. It is described as a "decent sized mobile home park," suggesting a community that is neither overly sprawling nor cramped. The park's layout features individual mobile home lots, with a distinct "little office located by the curb" for easy access and management interaction. Despite any initial impressions, the park's key strength lies in its affordability and the welcoming nature of its management, which directly impacts the living experience for residents. The general atmosphere is one of relative privacy, with a reviewer noting, "people stay outta your business," which can be a significant draw for those valuing personal space within a community setting.
One of the most remarkable features highlighted by a customer review is the "best electrical system I’ve ever seen in a housing development!" This is a significant testament to the park's infrastructure and reliability, particularly for mobile homes and RVs where stable and robust electrical connections are crucial. This implies a commitment to providing essential services that are not only functional but also superior in quality, ensuring comfort and convenience for residents. While specific details on other utilities like water and sewer hookups are not explicitly provided, a well-regarded electrical system often suggests that other fundamental services are also maintained to a dependable standard.
The services at Sleepy Hollow are largely centered around lot rentals for both mobile homes and RVs. A standout aspect of the park's service is the exceptional customer support provided by the management. Angie, the Park Manager, is specifically praised for being "very helpful & provided 5-star help." This level of assistance extends to offering rental information and even going above and beyond to help individuals find suitable housing, demonstrating a genuine commitment to the community and its needs. This friendly and proactive management is a significant asset, making the process of finding and settling into a lot much smoother and more pleasant for prospective residents.
Availability appears to be a notable feature, with the park having "plentiful availability" at the time of the review. This makes Sleepy Hollow an accessible option for those in immediate need of housing or an RV spot. Coupled with this availability is the incredibly affordable pricing. A monthly lot rent of "$367/mo." was quoted, a price described as "the best price around." This exceptional affordability positions Sleepy Hollow as a vital resource for accessible housing in Tucson, especially for those seeking cost-effective solutions. The ability to "bring your own RV!" further enhances its appeal to the RV community, providing an economical alternative to traditional RV parks.
Promotional information for Sleepy Hollow would undoubtedly highlight its affordability and the value it offers. Its position in a "decent, safe, fairly good neighborhood that's close to all amenities" is a key selling point. This proximity to essential services, without specifying exact distances, implies convenient access to shopping, dining, healthcare, and other urban necessities, enhancing the practicality of living at Sleepy Hollow. The ability to find a safe and affordable place to live, where one can maintain privacy, is a compelling proposition for many. The exceptional electrical system is another feature worth emphasizing, as it directly addresses a common concern for mobile home and RV owners.
For those navigating the "RV parks near me" landscape, Sleepy Hollow presents itself as a financially savvy choice for longer-term stays. While it may not offer the resort-style amenities found in some RV resorts, its core strengths of affordability, reliable utilities (especially electrical), and a friendly management team make it a strong contender for individuals or families prioritizing practicality and budget-friendliness. The park's focus on providing a stable and private environment for residents also extends to RV users who might be looking for a more permanent or extended base in Tucson.
In summary, Sleepy Hollow Mobile Home Park, located at 615 W Alturas St, Tucson, AZ 85705, USA, and reachable at (520) 624-7775 or +1 520-624-7775, is a mobile home and RV park distinguished by its exceptional affordability, particularly competitive lot rental rates. Sleepy Hollow Reviews
I called there looking forRental info for my friend to get a place, n Angie the Park Manager was very helpful & provided 5-star help. I've drove by before n it really don't look like much, n kinda sorta shabby at 1st take, but it's really how ya look at it. It's a decent sized mobile home park that had maybe 3 mobile homes in the whole place, with the little office located by the curb. So yeah, they have plentiful availability, and I don't know if it's just a current special bcuz it's so affordable, but Angie said that she'll rent a lot for $367/mo., & I think that's got to be the best price around, especially in a decent, safe , fairly good neighboorhood that's close to all amenities. She was so helpful she even tried to help me to find an RV for my friend that needs housing! I think it'd be a decent place to live where it's affordable, and people stay outta your business, and you can bring your own RV!
