They can be contacted at (520) 334-9695 or +1 520-334-9695 for inquiries about availability and more details.
Based on the insightful reviews from long-term residents, Mountain View Trailer Court distinguishes itself as a quiet and affordable park catering to travel trailers and RVs, with a focus on long-term living rather than overnight stays. This unique characteristic, along with the positive interactions reported with the management and the sense of community among residents, makes it a noteworthy option for those seeking "RV parks near me" with a more settled and tranquil atmosphere. Let's delve into the specifics of its environment, services, and features as described by its residents.
Environment:
One of the most consistently praised aspects of Mountain View Trailer Court is its quiet environment. A resident who has lived there for 14 months explicitly states, "This is the Quietest Park I've Ever Lived in." This is a significant advantage for individuals seeking a peaceful and undisturbed living situation among "RV parks near me," especially in a bustling city like Tucson. The park's policy of no overnight or travel-through guests likely contributes significantly to this tranquility, fostering a more stable and settled community atmosphere.
While one resident clarified that it is a "Trailer Park, Travel Trailer's, RV's" rather than a traditional mobile home park with individually owned structures on rented land, this distinction is important for potential residents to understand the nature of the community. The fact that residents own their RVs or trailers suggests a community of individuals invested in their living spaces and the park itself.
The location at 26 E Rillito St in Tucson places Mountain View Trailer Court within a potentially accessible area of the city, likely offering proximity to local amenities and services. However, the reviews do not provide specific details about the immediate surroundings or the ease of access to shopping, healthcare, or public transportation. Interested individuals may need to explore the area further to assess its convenience.
Services:
The reviews highlight positive interactions with the management. One resident notes that "The Manager is always On Top of Any Questions or Help I may Need" and that the owner, though not met in person, is "Great" through phone conversations. This responsiveness and helpfulness of the management are crucial aspects of a positive living experience in any "RV park near me," providing residents with support and addressing their concerns promptly.
Specific details about the essential services such as utility hookups (water, sewer, electricity), waste disposal, and laundry facilities are not explicitly mentioned in the reviews. However, the fact that residents are living long-term in their RVs and trailers implies that these basic services are likely available. Potential residents should contact the management to confirm the availability and costs associated with these services.
The mention of mail and deliveries sometimes ending up at a specific resident's doorstep due to improper addressing suggests that there is a mail delivery system within the park. However, residents should ensure their mail is correctly addressed to avoid any inconvenience.
Features:
One of the notable features of Mountain View Trailer Court is its pet-friendly policy. The park welcomes pets as long as they are well-behaved, which is a significant consideration for many RV and trailer owners looking for "RV parks near me" that accommodate their furry companions.
The long-term nature of the residency and the individual ownership of RVs and trailers contribute to a unique community dynamic. One resident mentioned that some tenants are not very sociable, while others are very nice. This suggests a diverse community where residents have varying levels of interaction, which may suit different preferences.
A significant point raised by a wheelchair-using resident is the park's accommodation of assistive devices. Residents are responsible for adding wheelchair ramps or other necessary devices, and this is reportedly not a problem as long as it doesn't interfere with ingress/egress on the property. This inclusivity is a commendable feature, indicating that Mountain View Trailer Court strives to be accessible to individuals with mobility challenges.
The resident also provided a description of their space, noting that each unit has a spot for the RV/trailer and parking for a daily vehicle. This indicates that the lots are designed to accommodate both the living unit and a personal vehicle, which is a practical consideration for long-term residents of "RV parks near me."
While the resident initially intended to share photos and videos of the park, they faced technical difficulties. However, their detailed written descriptions provide valuable insights into the park's atmosphere and layout.
The lack of overnight or travel-through guests can also be considered a feature, as it contributes to the quiet and stable environment that long-term residents appreciate.
Promotional Information:
The reviews do not contain any specific promotional offers or discounts for Mountain View Trailer Court. However, the recurring theme of "affordable living" in one of the reviews can be considered a form of implicit promotion, suggesting that the park offers a cost-effective housing option for RV and trailer owners in Tucson. The resident explicitly recommends calling the manager about space availability and notes that if you are looking for quiet, nice, and affordable living in your RV or trailer, "it's Worth a Look." This personal recommendation from a long-term resident carries significant weight.
The fact that residents own their units might also imply a different financial structure compared to parks where you rent both the space and a mobile home. Potential residents should inquire about lot rental fees and the terms of residency when contacting the manager.
Conclusion:
For those seeking "RV parks near me" in Tucson, Arizona, with a focus on a quiet, long-term living environment, Mountain View Trailer Court at 26 E Rillito St presents a compelling option. The positive feedback from residents highlights its tranquility, responsive management, pet-friendly policy, and accommodation of assistive devices. The affordability mentioned by a resident further enhances its appeal. While specific details about all services and amenities are not provided in the reviews, the long-term occupancy and the nature of the community suggest that essential services are in place. Prospective residents are encouraged to contact the manager at (520) 334-9695 or +1 520-334-9695 to inquire about space availability, lot rental fees, utility costs, and other specific services and features that are important to their decision. The personal recommendations from current residents underscore the positive living experience offered at Mountain View Trailer Court for those seeking a settled and peaceful RV or trailer community in Tucson.

Mountain View Trailer Court Reviews
I Have Lived Here for 14 Months. This is the Quietest Park I've Ever Lived in.The reason I Said No for a Good Mobile Home Park is that this is a Trailer Park, Travel Trailer's, RV's. Long Term Resident's. No Overnight or Travel Through's. All Residents I've Met are Very Nice. I get to Slowly Meet Everyone as Mail and Deliveries that are Improperly addressed end Up at My Doorstep. #26 at 26. I Love the Irony...The Manager is always On Top of Any Questions or Help I may Need and I've Not Met the Owner But have Spoken on the Phone and He's Great Too. Pet's are Very Welcome as Long as they are Well behaved. You'd need to Call the Manager about any Spaces, But if You are Looking for Quiet, Nice, Affordable Living in Your RV or Trailer, it's Worth a Look.I will Have to Take New Pictures as My Phone did a Brain Dump 3 Days ago and Lost Everything.Edit: Pursuant to Multiple Requests to Add Video/Photos to My Comment and answer a Concerning Question.#1 Mountain View Has Individually Owned RV's and Trailer's. If You Need to add a Wheelchair Ramp or other Assistive Device You are responsible for that and it is Not a Problem as Long as it doesn't Interfere with Ingress/Egress on the Property. I, Myself, Rely on a Wheelchair 99.8% of the Time.#2 I was NOT Comfortable Filming the Entire Court without Consent of each of My Neighbors, so I just Filmed (My Very First Try at Filming, Please Laugh Along with Me at This Foible). What I find as ONE of the Highlights of Mountain View Trailer Court. I did Add a Still of My Space from just a Day or So ago as I have already Mentioned My Space Number. This is to Show that Each Space, or Unit has the Spot for the RV/Trailer and Parking for the Daily Vehicle.I Hope this Helps with any Additional Questions Anybody May have.
Dec 26, 2023 · Jeffrey ReynoldsSo I am not saying that they are bad because Mark is a nice guy and I think his intentions are pure. Some of the tenants there aren't very sociable, and that's fine except they project their problems on other people. Other than that it's a nice place
May 22, 2024 · Roy TroutNew ownership is not very veteran friendly. Has less than desirable laundry facilities. Management has seriously questionable skills and no evidence of real estate management training. Management also has constant "throughout-the-day-and-night" short-term visitors who are not residents. I would NOT recommend this location for residential OR visitation purposes under any circumstances.
Mar 15, 2018 · mary stevensSuper quiet neighbors. Very friendly! Owners are nice and proactive. On site manager strives to keep things up to date and ensure good residents live here. A neat place to live.
