Prince Pima Vista Introduce
For individuals seeking "RV parks near me" in the Tucson, Arizona area, Prince Pima Vista, situated at 118 E Prince Rd, Tucson, AZ 85705, USA, is a mobile home park that may potentially offer accommodations for recreational vehicles. To ascertain the availability and suitability of their facilities for RVs, interested parties should contact the park directly at (520) 272-5627 or their mobile number +1 520-272-5627.
The available information regarding Prince Pima Vista comes from a limited number of recent customer reviews, both of which express significant dissatisfaction with the park, particularly concerning the management and the overall environment. One reviewer, who has a long-standing connection to the property when it was known as Hide-a-Court, having had their parents manage it for over 25 years and later reside there, offers a scathing critique. They describe the place as "a dump" and the trailers as "very dumpy." This reviewer believes that recent cosmetic changes, such as repaving the drive and replacing the front gate, do not address the fundamental issues with the condition of the mobile homes themselves. Furthermore, they express strong disapproval of the new management, characterizing them as "very nosy" and intrusive, questioning residents' guests and infringing upon their privacy within their rented homes. The reviewer concludes with an extremely negative assessment, referring to the park as "the portal to hell" and indicating that "a lot is wrong with this place."
The second review echoes these sentiments, also describing the park as the "wrost place I ever seen" and similarly labeling it as the "portal to hell." This reviewer specifically highlights the intrusive behavior of the manager, who allegedly questions visitors about their purpose. They emphasize a complete lack of privacy and recount an instance of feeling rushed while unloading groceries due to parking restrictions. This corroborating negative feedback strongly suggests significant issues with the management's approach to residents and their guests, creating an unwelcoming and uncomfortable atmosphere.
Based on these reviews, the environment of Prince Pima Vista is portrayed negatively. One reviewer explicitly calls the park "a dump" and the trailers "very dumpy," indicating a potentially dilapidated and poorly maintained physical environment. While some cosmetic improvements may have been made, the underlying condition of the housing units appears to be a major concern. The second review does not directly address the physical environment but focuses on the negative social and managerial climate.
In terms of services and features that might be relevant to RV travelers, the available information is severely limited. As a mobile home park with a history of older trailers, the infrastructure may not be ideally suited for modern recreational vehicles. It is unknown whether Prince Pima Vista offers standard RV hookups such as water, electricity (with appropriate amperage), and sewer connections. Amenities commonly expected at RV parks, such as laundry facilities, restrooms, showers, and Wi-Fi access, are also not mentioned in the reviews. Given the negative portrayal of the park's overall condition, the availability and quality of such services for RV guests would be a significant concern and would require direct verification with the management.
The intrusive management practices described in both reviews raise serious concerns about the overall living experience and the level of privacy afforded to residents and their guests. For RV travelers, especially those who value their independence and the ability to have visitors without unwarranted scrutiny, such an environment would likely be highly undesirable. The reported parking restrictions also suggest potential inconveniences for those traveling with vehicles.
There is no promotional information whatsoever provided in the available reviews. Consequently, there is no basis to comment on any special rates, amenities, or unique selling points that Prince Pima Vista might offer. Individuals considering this park for their RV needs would need to contact the management directly to inquire about the availability of RV sites, the associated costs, the types of services and amenities offered, and to address the serious concerns raised in the existing reviews regarding the park's condition and management practices.
In conclusion, the limited customer reviews for Prince Pima Vista in Tucson, Arizona, paint a highly negative picture, citing a dilapidated environment and intrusive management practices that severely impact residents' privacy and comfort. For those searching for "RV parks near me," it is crucial to approach Prince Pima Vista with extreme caution. Potential guests should directly contact the management to seek clarification on the park's current condition, the availability of RV-specific services and amenities, the cost of accommodation, and to address the significant concerns raised in the reviews. Visiting the property in person to assess the environment and the management's interaction with residents would be strongly recommended before making any decision to stay at this park. Given the overwhelmingly negative feedback, exploring alternative RV park options in the Tucson area would likely be advisable.

Prince Pima Vista Reviews
This place was called Hide-a-Court… My parents managed this place for over 25 yrs and then lived in a trailer there until their deaths, Bill and Pauline/Estelle Cox. The place is a dump and the trailers are very dumpy. Changing the name, paving the drive and replacing a front gate doesn’t do anything for the trailers themselves. The new managers are very nosy and questions the guests you invite to your home where you pay rent and can have whoever you want whenever you want over. A lot is wrong with this place. It is the portal to hell.
