Prince Park Reviews
Prince Park is the best kept secret in Tucson. The Park is quiet and impeccably clean. And we enjoy the pool and the view of the mountains virtually every day!The only problem we've had since moving in was that the air conditioner failed within days of moving in several months ago. We contacted Tracy to let her know, and she had a team over within an hour. The crew assessed the situation, went and got the necessary parts and had it up and running shortly thereafter. Great communication and response! We have not had any other issues since. We are totally enjoying being here!
Jun 07, 2024 · Sailon Sailors2015I lived at Prince Park for the last year. I moved to another city for a job. Otherwise I would have stayed at Prince indefinitely. I absolutely loved my one bedroom trailer there. It was a cool floorplan with lots of light and great bathroom. The park was quiet and kept looking nice. I never saw any bugs in my home. Neighbors were quiet and looked out for each other. I felt safe there as a single female.Clean pool. Tracy was always nice and helpful and quick to respond. She was great to have for a landlord. An ice cream man comes around too. Great rental!
May 03, 2024 · P. PamelaTracy is a bad manager all around. She does nothing in a timely manner. That includes repairs or even communication. She will give no notice of anything going on. One day the water will just shut off without any notice and she dosent bother to inform the tenants. This has happened on multiple occasions. She is a very vindictive person and makes up rules as she wants. I cant believe that she is still the manager at this park as she does not follow the own rules she gives out or for that matter landlord rules put in place by the state. This trailer park could be a nice community especially for families if Tracy did not run it like a dictatorship. Families and children should be able to go outside and enjoy their time together freely and not have to worry that Tracy will complain to them.
May 04, 2020 · Anita WhitleySo I’ve lived in one of these parks run by Tracy twice now and it’s changed my view of mobile homes, she keeps the parks looking so nice and I appreciate that she keeps on top of not just me but my neighbors and other residents to make sure we’re keeping our property looking nice. Not to mention we got a little gift bag for the holidays from her personally. Never gotten that type of thought or consideration from any other place I lived whether it be a home, trailer or apartment complex. Would recommend over and over again... not to mention the prices are amazing!
Feb 06, 2020 · GelflinggoddessA “Diamond In The Rough”! After spending weeks looking for a place for Mom all over Tucson, we were very impressed driving through this community for the first time. It is so clean and organized that my wife and I literally decided this would be Mom’s home before even seeing the trailer we were looking to buy. Tracy (the Community Manager) is on top of her game, knows all the policies, laws, and anything you need to know when purchasing a home in any of her communities, she returned calls quickly, is very friendly and professional, and guided us through our home purchase, she literally changed the way we looked at trailer parks. She has even gone out of her way to help Mom on a few occasions! We are so glad we found this place for Mom and can go to sleep at nights without having to worry about her safety... THANK YOU TRACY
