Miracle RV Park Introduce
Located at 333 W Glenn St in Tucson, Arizona, Miracle RV Park presents itself as a potentially convenient option for travelers and those seeking short-term RV accommodations in the area. For individuals actively searching within the category of "RV parks near me," Miracle RV Park's location on West Glenn Street offers accessibility within Tucson. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of the park based on available customer reviews, highlighting its environment, services, features, and any pertinent information for prospective visitors.
One reviewer who stayed at Miracle RV Park for a single night during a road trip described the park as "nice and clean" based on their observations of the grounds. They noted that while some reviews might suggest otherwise, their personal experience was positive, particularly considering the price. As they had a self-contained RV, they did not utilize the park's bathroom facilities and therefore could not comment on their condition. The staff they encountered were reported to be pleasant and kind, contributing to a positive initial impression. This short-term visitor recommended Miracle RV Park as a seemingly nice place to stop for those traveling through the Tucson area.
In contrast, a reviewer who stayed for a more extended period, from October through February, provided a different perspective regarding the park's amenities and maintenance. This long-term visitor reported that the laundry and bathroom facilities were shut down for several weeks, purportedly for cleaning and upgrades. However, they noted that no visible improvements were apparent, and the facilities remained dirty. Subsequently, the laundry facility was reportedly shut down indefinitely. This raises concerns about the reliability and upkeep of essential amenities within the park.
On a more positive note, the long-term reviewer mentioned the convenience of a gas station located across the street from Miracle RV Park. This proximity could be beneficial for travelers needing fuel or quick supplies. Additionally, they noted that the majority of the tenants were friendly and looked out for one another, suggesting a sense of community among some of the longer-term residents. However, they also mentioned that the premises were not cleaned very often, which aligns with the earlier comment about the dirty facilities.
The environment of Miracle RV Park appears to be influenced by its location on West Glenn Street. Both reviewers mentioned that the street is busy, indicating potential noise from traffic. The short-term visitor acknowledged this but stated that it did not bother them due to their use of a fan and sound machine at night. The long-term resident also mentioned that it could get loud with traffic and "wandering people," which introduces a potential safety or security consideration. This suggests that while the location offers accessibility, it might come with some drawbacks in terms of noise and potentially the surrounding environment.
Regarding services and features, the available reviews provide limited and somewhat contradictory information. Essential utilities such as water hookups are implicitly available, although the long-term resident reported that water service was shut down regularly, which is a significant concern for any RV park guest. The laundry and bathroom facilities are mentioned, but the extended closures and reported lack of cleanliness raise serious questions about their reliability and quality. The presence of a gas station across the street can be considered an external convenience rather than an on-site service. There is no mention of other common RV park amenities such as Wi-Fi, recreational areas, or organized activities.
Given the limited positive feedback and the significant concerns raised about the amenities and maintenance, it is difficult to ascertain specific promotional information for Miracle RV Park from these reviews. The short-term visitor mentioned a reasonable price, suggesting that the park might be a budget-friendly option. However, the long-term resident's experience indicates that the low cost might be associated with a lower level of service and facility upkeep. Prospective visitors should inquire directly about current rates, available amenities, and the status of the laundry and bathroom facilities.
For individuals searching within the "RV parks near me" category, Miracle RV Park presents a mixed picture. Its location on West Glenn Street offers convenience, and for self-contained RVs making a brief stop, it might serve as an affordable option. However, the reported issues with the cleanliness and reliability of the park's facilities, as well as the potential for noise and concerns about the surrounding environment, should be carefully considered, especially for those planning a longer stay or those who rely on park amenities.
Based on the available information, the potential features of Miracle RV Park include:
- Convenient Location: Situated on West Glenn Street in Tucson, offering accessibility to the city.
- Budget-Friendly Potential: Mentioned as a "great place to stay for a night" for the price.
- Proximity to a Gas Station: Located across the street, offering easy access to fuel and supplies.
- Sense of Community (among some long-term tenants): Some residents reportedly look out for each other.
However, it is crucial to acknowledge the significant concerns raised in the reviews:
- Cleanliness Issues: Reports of the park and its facilities not being cleaned frequently and remaining dirty.
- Unreliable Amenities: Extended shutdowns of laundry and bathroom facilities with no apparent upgrades; indefinite closure of laundry.
- Water Service Interruptions: Regular shutdowns of water supply reported.
- Noise Levels: Located on a busy street, leading to potential traffic noise.
- Concerns about "Wandering People": Suggests potential safety or security issues.
Promotional information is limited to the mention of a reasonable price for a one-night stay. Prospective visitors should contact Miracle RV Park directly using the provided phone numbers to inquire about current rates, availability, and the current status and condition of all amenities.
In conclusion, Miracle RV Park in Tucson, Arizona, offers a potentially budget-friendly option for short-term RV stays in a convenient location on West Glenn Street. However, recent reviews raise significant concerns regarding the cleanliness and reliability of the park's amenities, as well as potential issues with noise and the surrounding environment. Individuals searching within the "RV parks near me" category should carefully weigh these factors and consider their specific needs and priorities before choosing Miracle RV Park. Thoroughly inquiring about the current conditions and services directly with the park management is highly recommended.

Miracle RV Park Reviews
We stayed here for 1 night as we were on a road trip. The park was nice and clean from what we saw. I know some of the reviews show other things, but we didn't experience the bathrooms, as we had a self contained RV, but for the price it was a great place to stay for a night. The staff we did have contact with, were pleasant and kind (I would have asked for names, but I sometimes feel that is weird). If you are in the are and looking for a place to stop, this seems like a nice place in the Tucson area. It is on a busy street, but we usually run our fan and a sound machine at night, so it didn't bother us at all.
Jun 04, 2023 · Andie G.I stayed here from oct thru February, they shut the laundry and bathroom facilities down for weeks, stating cleaning and upgrading but nothing looks different and it stays dirty. Laundry is now shut down indefinitely, there is a gas station across the street which is convenient. Water gets shut down regularly. Most of the tenants are nice and look out for each other. They don’t clean the premises up very often but It’s a cheap place also it can get loud with traffic and wondering people. But all in all I stayed safe n learned alot at my first rv spot.
Feb 06, 2023 · Joanie KarrGetting approved was a hassle at first but once everything was approved the office staff was helpful I had the pleasure of meeting Chris. He is a very pleasant person easy to talk to and he takes his time answering my questions. It was a great experience finally being able to call someplace home
Mar 06, 2024 · Tiffany CarlsonHot spot for the homeless and probably drug addicts.Didn't feel very comfortable here. Nothing was taken from the bed of my truck.I just didn't like being uneasy there.A few long term residents were nice. The grounds could've been better kept.Use caution when connecting to water. The connections aren't very sturdy. The facilities there I didn't use, so I can't say anything about that. Many places were located pretty close.Banks, grocery stores, shopping, downtown. You name it and it's probably within 8 miles.Lots and roads are pretty tight, especially if you have a lwb truck and a 30' travel trailer.Personally, I don't think I will return. Just not my style of an RV park.
Nov 03, 2023 · Charles oquinnIt’s a homeless/drug addict camp. Not even sure why this is being advertised as an RV park. I’ve lived a couple houses down the street for almost 3 years now and it’s a cesspool every time I drive by. Huge crowds of drug addicts inside and outside this place. They leave their shopping carts all over our neighborhood and steal our mail and break into our vehicles. And I see them going in and out of this place. I’ll be happy when this place gets demolished and built over. It would make this neighborhood way way better.
