My husband and I have lived here since 2014. We have certainly seen owners and employees come and go. Some good, some questionable. What I have experienced with the office staff we have now has been great. Very helpful, will listen and share. Major projects are getting done that have been long ignored! The maintenance team works hard on things throughout the park. Many you can even notice and enjoy! Love that I'm able to walk my dog around the cleared pond and enjoy it.

I can tell the office staff are doing everything they can do to address any issues that arise. In the office I’ve spoken with Charlene and she is very friendly and willing to listen if there’s an issue. She’s making improvements to the park and I can tell she actually cares about the residents. Adding some fun for the residents she’s offering BINGO with monthly prizes. I heard they’re adding cameras to the pool so it will be open regularly. Last summer there were many days it wasn’t open. Also they have made road improvements and are fixing water issues regularly. I’m sure it’s difficult to take over an existing property with its many existing issues so I appreciate them showing efforts to improve the park.
Mar 20, 2025 · sky beckmanThe ladies in the office are great and doing a great job there always smiling and very welcoming every time I walk in the office and very helpful the maintenance guy is a great guy also and helps out when he can the company has a great team and I hope they stay for ever The only thing I have a concern about is not being able to have a fire pit above ground. We’ve never had an issue before with it. Don’t understand why it’s an issue now.
