Spring Valley RV Park Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Cookeville, Tennessee area, Spring Valley RV Park, located at 807 E Hudgens St, Cookeville, TN 38501, USA, is one option to consider. They can be contacted at phone number (931) 526-4949 or mobile phone +1 931-526-4949 for inquiries about availability and policies. However, based on recent customer reviews, it is crucial for potential residents, especially those with pets, to be aware of specific policies and reported experiences at this park.
One of the most significant pieces of information from the reviews is the park's strict "Will not rent to people with dogs" policy. This policy was explicitly stated by a potential resident who mentioned that they did not even bother to inform the park management that their dogs were service animals, implying a firm stance against all dogs, regardless of their status. This is a critical piece of information for any RV travelers or prospective long-term residents who own dogs, as Spring Valley RV Park appears to be a non-pet-friendly facility.
Another detailed review comes from an individual who recently moved to Cookeville and resided at Spring Valley RV Park for two months. Their experience culminated in an eviction notice, reportedly based on the alleged fear of their dog by "the neighbors." The reviewer vehemently disputes the validity of this reason, stating that their dog was "NEVER around any of the neighbors." This raises concerns about the transparency and fairness of the park's management and their reasons for eviction.
Adding to these concerns, the reviewer recounts attempting to discuss the eviction with the owner, identified as Rick, who allegedly responded by "completely and very unprofessionally ghosted me." This included refusing to return calls or answer text messages, indicating a lack of communication and unprofessional conduct in handling resident issues. Such behavior can be particularly distressing for residents facing eviction and seeking clarification or resolution.
The reviewer also mentions a perceived lack of privacy and potential for neighborly interference, stating that "Neighbors love to be all up in your business too." This suggests a close-knit community where boundaries might be blurred, potentially leading to discomfort for some residents who value their privacy.
Amidst the negative feedback, the reviewer does offer a single positive note, mentioning "The care taker man, Mr. Ron is about the only nice thing in that park." This suggests that there may be at least one individual associated with the park who is helpful and pleasant to interact with. However, this positive aspect is overshadowed by the more serious concerns raised in the review.
The reviewer concludes with a stark warning: "beware, evidently if someone doesn't like you, you're getting evicted for non-valid reasons. End of story." This powerful statement encapsulates the negative experience and raises significant questions about the security of tenancy and the potential for arbitrary actions by the management at Spring Valley RV Park.
Based on these reviews, the environment at Spring Valley RV Park appears to be one where pet owners are strictly excluded, and residents may face potential issues with management communication and neighborly relations. The reasons for eviction may also be questionable, leading to a sense of instability for tenants.
Information regarding specific services and features of Spring Valley RV Park is limited in the provided reviews. We know that it is an RV park offering rental sites, but details about hookups (electricity, water, sewage), amenities (restrooms, showers, laundry, Wi-Fi), or the general layout and upkeep of the park are not mentioned. Prospective residents would need to inquire directly about these essential aspects when contacting the park.
Similarly, there is no promotional information available in the provided text. Therefore, we cannot comment on any special offers, discounts, or unique features being promoted by Spring Valley RV Park.
Given the strong negative feedback regarding the pet policy and resident experiences, local users searching for "RV parks near me" in Cookeville, TN, should carefully consider these factors before contacting Spring Valley RV Park, especially if they are pet owners or value clear communication and stable tenancy. It would be prudent to inquire in detail about the park's policies, procedures for addressing resident concerns, and the overall community environment. While one positive mention of the caretaker exists, the overarching themes in the reviews raise significant concerns that potential residents should be aware of and investigate further.
In conclusion, Spring Valley RV Park at 807 E Hudgens St, Cookeville, TN, is an RV park with a strict no-dog policy. Recent resident feedback indicates potential issues with communication from management regarding evictions and concerns about the reasons for eviction. Additionally, there are mentions of a lack of privacy due to neighborly interference. While a caretaker is noted as being pleasant, the overall picture painted by the reviews suggests that prospective residents should proceed with caution and seek detailed information about the park's policies and environment before making a decision.

Will not rent to people with dogs, ours are service animals but I did not bother mentioning that.

Nov 16, 2024 · Brooklyn BlakneyWe enjoy the park with friendly people.Rick is a nice owner who is willing to work with you in any needs that arise. This park is so close to everything in Cookeville, Tn.We have lived here since August of last year and plan on staying for retirement. It feels very safe...clean...and the rates are reasonable!
Apr 11, 2019 · Carolyn CozineFairly quiet and peaceful. Close to everything. Lot rent jumping from $400 to $500 at the first of the year. Largest rent increase I have ever experienced in my 60 years. Does include electricity, water and sewage, but unless you use a large amount of electricity and water, you are actually helping to pay for other people in the park. I work Mon thru Friday, have one A/ C that I an frugal using, no washer/dryer, and really quite saving, and don't like taking advantage of others or Visa versa. No amenities.
