Sun Retreats Naples East Introduce
For local users searching for "rv parks near me" in the Naples, Florida area, Sun Retreats Naples East, located at 3180 Beck Blvd, presents a community with reported mixed experiences, according to recent online reviews. It's important for potential visitors to consider these perspectives when evaluating this RV park.
One detailed review expresses significant concerns regarding the perceived treatment by the office staff. The reviewer, identifying themselves as Bryan from site G 28, describes feeling singled out and suggests the possibility of racial bias due to frequent and unwelcoming stares from the front office personnel upon arrival. The reviewer contrasts this with a lack of similar attention or communication regarding other observed issues within the park, such as unauthorized parking, double-parked vehicles at RV sites, and pet owners not cleaning up after their dogs in the designated areas, despite the presence of cameras. Bryan mentions receiving a written notification about his 12-year-old daughter not being allowed to ride in the golf cart, a rule they acknowledge and discussed previously, but felt the level of follow-up was disproportionate compared to other apparent violations. This reviewer states they are actively seeking another RV park to relocate to, indicating a high level of dissatisfaction with their experience at Sun Retreats Naples East.
Another review highlights concerns about the physical layout of the park, noting that the RV sites are situated very close together and the roads within the park are extremely narrow. This could potentially pose challenges for maneuvering larger RVs and may result in a less spacious and private environment for guests. Additionally, this reviewer indicates that a majority of the sites are occupied by full-time residents, and short-term visitors are typically placed in sites near the pool area, which is described as "really noisy." This suggests that the experience for short-term RVers might be impacted by noise levels, particularly during peak usage times of the pool.
The same reviewer also mentions that the hot tub was frequently crowded with young children, which could affect the enjoyment of this amenity for other adults seeking a relaxing experience.
Based on these reviews, specific information regarding the full range of services and features at Sun Retreats Naples East is limited. However, we can infer some common amenities typically found in RV parks, although their quality and accessibility may be influenced by the concerns raised in the reviews:
- **RV Sites:** Equipped with utility hookups (electricity, water, sewer). The reviews suggest these sites may be close together and potentially challenging to access due to narrow roads.
- **Pool:** Mentioned as a feature, and the area where short-term visitors are often located, but also noted for noise.
- **Hot Tub:** Available but reported to be frequently occupied by children.
- **Dog Park:** Present, as indicated by the mention of cameras and the issue of pet waste not being cleaned up.
- **Golf Carts:** Their use is permitted under certain restrictions, as highlighted in one of the reviews.
- **Office Staff:** Interactions with the office staff are a significant point of concern in one review.
Other common RV park amenities that are not specifically mentioned but may be present include restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi access, and waste disposal. However, the provided reviews do not offer insights into the quality or availability of these potential services.
Regarding the environment of Sun Retreats Naples East, the reviews offer contrasting perspectives. One reviewer expresses a feeling of being unfairly scrutinized, leading to an unwelcoming atmosphere. The other reviewer focuses on the physical environment, describing closely spaced sites and narrow roads, as well as a noisy pool area for short-term visitors. These descriptions suggest that the environment might not be conducive to privacy or tranquility for all guests, particularly those staying for shorter periods.
No promotional information is included in the provided reviews. It is unknown if Sun Retreats Naples East currently offers any special rates, discounts for longer stays, or other incentives to attract visitors. Potential guests would need to contact the park directly to inquire about any current promotions.
For local users searching for "rv parks near me" in Naples, Sun Retreats Naples East presents a location within a desirable area of Southwest Florida. However, the recent customer feedback raises important considerations. The serious allegations of perceived bias from the office staff warrant careful attention from potential guests. Additionally, the concerns about closely spaced sites, narrow roads, and noise levels, particularly for short-term visitors, could impact the overall experience.
Prospective visitors are strongly encouraged to conduct further research beyond these two reviews. This could include looking for additional online reviews on other platforms to gain a broader range of perspectives. It would also be beneficial to directly contact Sun Retreats Naples East at (239) 455-7275 or +1 239-455-7275 to inquire about their policies, amenities, and to address the concerns raised in the existing reviews. Asking specific questions about site sizes, road access, noise levels in different areas of the park, and the enforcement of park rules could provide valuable insights.
A personal visit to Sun Retreats Naples East, if feasible, would also be a prudent step to assess the environment and facilities firsthand. Observing the interactions with the office staff and the layout of the park could help potential guests determine if it meets their expectations for a comfortable and welcoming RV experience.
In conclusion, while Sun Retreats Naples East is located in the attractive Naples area, the available customer reviews highlight significant concerns regarding perceived unfair treatment and the physical environment of the park. Local users searching for "rv parks near me" should carefully weigh these points and conduct thorough due diligence before making a reservation. Seeking additional feedback and direct communication with the park management are essential steps in this evaluation process.

Sun Retreats Naples East Reviews
I really think and I feel like the office is like signaling me out or their racist or something because they’re always every time I pull up they’re staring at me. It’s not a how are you doing? How is your day going? How may I help you ladies in the front are always looking at me like I did something wrong and it’s very very unwelcoming, the other day I was riding with my daughter in the golf cart. I get it. She’s 12 years old. They explained to me that she couldn’t be riding in the golf cart. We talked about it the previous day I found a letter in my mail with the highlighted session Saying why my daughter couldn’t ride I think they went a little above and beyond there know that there’s people parking there all the time that shouldn’t be parking there. I don’t see any letters being left in their houses. There’s People double parking their cars at their RV sites I know they’re not getting letters either and then there’s cameras at the dog parks people letting their dogs poop and then leave it there. They’re not getting letters either but that’s OK. I’m currently looking for another place to go. and I really don’t care if they know who I am my name is BRYAN. I’m in G 28.
Mar 31, 2025 · Brian 7wwSites are very close together, extremely narrow roads through the park. Most of the sites are full time residents so short timers are put up near the pool, really noisy. Hot tub was always full of little kids,
Jan 01, 2025 · Justine RastigueToo many workers live at this park, car engines starts at 6 AM. Also, there isn't really activities on site. Very close to Naples, but you need to accept the highway noise during the night.
Dec 07, 2024 · Steve MartineauWe bought an RV and rented a site for a year while looking for a house. It was the most affordable place in the area we could find. The facilities are always clean. It has a pool, hot tub, workout facility, meeting room, and even a propane filling station. We feel safe and secure always. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. No negatives whatsoever and we have had the place about 8 months.
May 02, 2024 · ken warnerThe experience this stay was very disappointing vs. the last two times we were there. The "vibe" and the "feel" was more like a low end trailer park rather than a Sun Retreat. It seems they are trying to convert to "affordable living" year round for multiple demographics so the transient sites for resort/retreat should just be discontinued because the overall experience was not favorable. We paid $54 per night off season but these sites go for upwards of $120 in season.Though the pool, hot tub and restrooms were very nice, the outdoor common areas were not. Trash and paper in the grass, old cigarette butts and weeds in the pipes used as ashtrays, and a dumpster area filthy with old trash and smell are a few that come to mind.Maintenance appeared lacking. We noted a broken hanging light fixture at site, water line loose from the post with a broken clamp, towel/clothes hooks broken off in a mens shower, and 3 of the ten available washers not working with old tattered “out of order” signs taped on. The laundry room needed a good deep clean and walls patched & painted. Our 1st cable box had a filthy sticky remote, the 2nd wrong cables and the 3rd couldn't be activated for 2 days. The strict dog policy was in effect but 2 cats roamed the property continuously, once through our site, and once doing "business" in the grass near the street.Residents commercial work vehicles were alway parked in the visitor parking area & that's what we looked at evenings sitting outside. We were yelled at (not spoken to) for going the wrong way on a street. We had to carry our own picnic table from an adjacent site that had two.A part time maintenance person decided it was his place to advise us about how we were parked on the site. And, at 6:37 PM the night we were prepping to leave, we were notified the water would be shut off at 7:00 PM for 3 hours.I suppose that taken as one-offs, any one of these, or other items not listed, are not major issues, but the cumulative effect of all of them spoke to a lack of regard for exceptional customer service.
