This place is awful! From older reviews on here ive seen that the old manger was terrible. The manger seems to be just as bad as the old one basing on the reviews and when I talked her in person a bout a trailer. Ive walked around this trailer court before looking at a trailer I was interested in and I seen the rules of this place and the trailer I was interested went against the property rules (Meaning this place was riddled with holes and when asked about it she said those had to fixed by the owner of the trailer) Other things I seen in this trailer court are dogs out running around ( when I asked about pets she said they had be on a leash) Then I asked about how utilities are paid/dealt with. The manager told me that its divided by each per trailer (utilities) Some of the trailers are run down and are rotting with mold on the roof/windows. some of the lawns have trash all around and never get cleaned up. Ive been by there multiple times and still nothing has been done. 1 building there is complete run down (I dont know whats for) its all bored-ed up with rotting wood and the roof is all rotted out with tarp on top. It is a real Eye sore to look every time I drive by.When I drove by 1 time I seen a guy driving around a lawn mower while drinking beer and he defiantly looked completely smashed.and ive this probably handful of times now from this person. I drive by this place daily ( work near by) I thought this place would be a good location to live. HA I was wrong. This place is awful. I would not recommend this to my worst foe. - balls

Sunrise Mobile Court Introduce

For individuals and families exploring options for "RV Parks Near Me" in the Cedar Rapids, Iowa area, particularly those considering a mobile home park for long-term residency, Sunrise Mobile Court, located at 5505 6th St SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404, USA, may appear as a potential option. Prospective residents can reach out for inquiries or more information by calling (319) 531-7990 or via mobile at +1 319-531-7990. However, an objective introduction based on recent customer reviews necessitates a thorough examination of the reported environment, services, and features.

The environment at Sunrise Mobile Court, as described by recent customer reviews, presents significant concerns regarding its overall quality and upkeep. Reviews suggest that "some of the trailers are run down and are rotting with mold on the roof/windows," indicating a lack of maintenance on individual properties, which directly impacts the visual and potentially health-related aspects of the living environment. Furthermore, "some of the lawns have trash all around and never get cleaned up," suggesting a general disregard for cleanliness and aesthetic standards within the park. A specific mention of "1 building there is complete run down (I dont know whats for) its all bored-ed up with rotting wood and the roof is all rotted out with tarp on top" points to a dilapidated structure that is considered "a real Eye sore." These descriptions collectively paint a picture of an environment that is not consistently well-maintained, potentially affecting the quality of life for residents. Issues like "All Yards flood" further contribute to an unappealing and potentially problematic living situation, indicating challenges with infrastructure or drainage within the park's environment. The overall impression conveyed by reviews is that the environment is far from ideal, contradicting what one might expect from a well-managed residential community.

The services provided at Sunrise Mobile Court, particularly in terms of management, are a primary source of severe negative feedback. Reviews strongly criticize "Terrible management," with one reviewer stating, "The manager seems to be just as bad as the old one basing on the reviews and when I talked her in person a bout a trailer." Specific allegations against the management include "creeping through my yard at night looking in windows," "Facebook stalked and harassed me," spreading "nasty rumors around," and even claims of car vandalism. Such accusations point to a deeply problematic relationship between residents and management, suggesting a lack of professionalism and respect. Concerns regarding utility payments are also raised, with the manager reportedly stating "it's divided by each per trailer (utilities)," which could lead to complications or dissatisfaction among residents. Furthermore, issues like "No salt in the winter times" for icy conditions and reported "Power occasionally went out" indicate a potential lack of essential maintenance and infrastructure services vital for resident safety and comfort. The alleged involvement of the landlord in personal relationships ("She wouldn't let my fiancé move in with me") further highlights severe breaches of professional boundaries and tenant rights. These combined accounts portray a service environment that is not supportive or conducive to peaceful residency.

The features of Sunrise Mobile Court, as depicted by current reviews, also raise significant concerns about the quality and maintenance of the properties and overall community. The presence of "trailers that are run down and are rotting with mold on the roof/windows" indicates that homes within the park may not be kept up to code, which is a critical feature for any residential community. The claim that "They weren't kept up to code" directly challenges the habitability and safety of the living spaces. Rules enforcement also appears to be a feature of concern; while rules exist (e.g., "dogs out running around" when they "had be on a leash"), they are reportedly not enforced. This inconsistency can lead to a chaotic and unpleasant living environment. Furthermore, serious issues are reported, including "terrrrible issues with robberys from the place across the street," suggesting a lack of security or effective measures to address external threats to the community. The most alarming feature reported is that the park is "Riddled with drug addicts," which points to severe community safety and social issues that would deter most prospective residents. The general disarray, including uncleaned lawns and the dilapidated boarded-up building, reflects a lack of upkeep and investment in the park's physical features.

Considering Sunrise Mobile Court within the "RV Parks Near Me" category on a platform providing corresponding services or goods for sale, an objective introduction must highlight the significant reported deficiencies. While a mobile home park typically offers long-term lot rentals and potentially the sale of manufactured homes, the negative reviews suggest severe issues with the fundamental services that underpin such offerings. For instance, any "services for sale" related to property maintenance or community amenities would be viewed critically in light of the reported neglect. If the platform were to feature specific units for sale or rent within Sunrise Mobile Court, it would be imperative to transparently address the reported conditions, including the state of the individual trailers and the common areas. The lack of proper utility management and basic safety measures, such as salt in winter, would also directly impact the perceived value of any services provided. Goods for sale, such as property maintenance supplies or services, would be less appealing if the overall park is poorly maintained. The platform would need to be very cautious about how it presents this location, perhaps including disclaimers or prominently featuring aggregated negative reviews to ensure potential users searching for "RV Parks Near Me" are fully informed about the environment and management they might encounter. The core "service" of providing a safe and well-managed residential community appears to be severely compromised according to current resident feedback.

From a promotional standpoint, based on the provided customer reviews, promoting Sunrise Mobile Court as a desirable option for "RV Parks Near Me" for long-term residency would be extremely challenging. The overwhelming negative feedback, including specific accusations against management and descriptions of deplorable living conditions, would likely deter most potential residents. Phrases like "This place is awful," "Terrible management," "terrible homes," and "Riddled with drug addicts" directly contradict any positive promotional messaging. Instead of traditional marketing, any objective presentation on a platform would need to focus on transparency. For local users searching for "RV Parks Near Me," it is crucial to be aware of the reported issues before considering this location. The promotional information would effectively become a warning, highlighting the significant risks associated with living in this community, including alleged harassment, poor property upkeep, safety concerns, and an unsupportive management. Therefore, instead of "promoting" in a traditional sense, the goal would be to objectively inform users about the highly concerning experiences reported by current and former residents, allowing them to make an informed decision based on a comprehensive understanding of the challenges at Sunrise Mobile Court.
