The current manager, Julie is just very unprofessional. She will ignore anyone at all cost. She never answers her phone and refuses to be of help. I am not a resident there but my mother does own a trailer there and Julie has been making her life harder. It doesn’t take much to DO YOUR JOB. I hope her higher ups can look into all she is (or not) doing to help the residents and find a better fit. She makes the place look bad with poor representation of management.
