TerraceHillsMobileHomePark Introduce
Terrace Hills Mobile Home Park, located at 3626 Seymour Rd, Eau Claire, WI 54703, is a mobile home community offering residential spaces in the Eau Claire, Wisconsin area. For individuals searching under the category of "RV Parks Near Me," it is important to clarify that Terrace Hills primarily functions as a long-term mobile home park rather than a transient RV campground. While some mobile home parks may offer RV storage or limited short-term RV accommodations, the core service of Terrace Hills is providing lots for manufactured homes. Prospective residents, particularly those with RV-specific needs, are strongly advised to contact the park directly at (715) 830-9300 or +1 715-830-9300 to confirm current availability and specific offerings. This direct communication is crucial to determine if the park aligns with individual requirements beyond standard mobile home residency.
The environment at Terrace Hills Mobile Home Park elicits a wide range of perceptions, according to publicly available reviews. Some residents describe it as a place where they feel "super safe," attributing this sense of security to the owner's compassionate efforts to maintain a safe space. This indicates that for some, the personal sense of security and management's dedication to individual well-being are significant aspects of the living environment. The park's location on Seymour Road offers accessibility within Eau Claire, providing residents with proximity to city amenities, though the internal environment is heavily influenced by community standards and individual resident behavior. The presence of mature trees is often a desirable environmental feature for residential parks, contributing to a more natural and appealing setting.
However, other reviews present a contrasting view of the park's environment, highlighting significant concerns. There are mentions of issues such as "meth at every other door," "police raids (with no resolution to the meth)," and "fireworks all year around." These comments suggest a challenging environment for some residents, impacting their sense of peace and security. Furthermore, a perception of the park being "run down" due to "lack of care" from management indicates that the overall aesthetic and maintenance of the community might be inconsistent or a point of contention for certain tenants. This disparity in experiences underscores the importance of personal visitation and observation for anyone considering moving to Terrace Hills Mobile Home Park. The cleanliness and overall upkeep of a mobile home park are often a direct reflection of both management's policies and the collective responsibility of its residents.
In terms of services, a mobile home park like Terrace Hills typically provides basic infrastructure, including lot rental for manufactured homes, and access to essential utilities such as water, sewer, and electricity, though the specifics of billing (e.g., whether utilities are included in lot rent or separately metered) would need to be confirmed directly with management. Reviews suggest potential issues with financial management, with one tenant noting, "When they owe you money they won’t make a peep and you won’t see a dime, yet if you owe even a single cent you’ll be hounded." This indicates a perceived imbalance in how financial obligations are handled between the park and its tenants, which can be a significant aspect of resident satisfaction. While specific amenities like clubhouses, laundry facilities, or recreational areas are not detailed in the provided information, typical mobile home parks often offer some communal services. The mention of professional management on other similar park listings suggests that Terrace Hills would also have an on-site or readily available management team to address resident concerns, though the effectiveness of this management is subject to varied resident experiences.
The features of Terrace Hills Mobile Home Park, as gleaned from the reviews, primarily revolve around its resident community and the direct impact of management. One notable feature is the presence of an owner, Deb, who is described as "very compassionate" and actively striving "to keep our safe space safe." This suggests a personal touch from leadership, which can be a strong positive feature for residents who value direct and empathetic management. The long-term residency of the five-star reviewer (3 years) further supports the notion that for some individuals, the park provides a stable and acceptable living environment. However, the contrasting features of alleged illicit activities and a perceived decline in overall park condition are significant and cannot be overlooked. The presence of a "fantastic" location is acknowledged, implying that despite internal issues, the geographical positioning of the park within Eau Claire is desirable due to its proximity to amenities or transportation links.
Promotional information, while not explicitly provided in a formal marketing statement, can be inferred from the positive review. The sentiment that the owner "does her best to keep our safe space safe" acts as a form of positive promotion, emphasizing a commitment to resident well-being. For those considering "RV Parks Near Me" or a mobile home park, the fact that a resident feels "super safe" after three years is a powerful testament to the positive aspects of the community, at least for some individuals. However, any objective introduction must also balance this with the negative feedback concerning management's financial practices and concerns about illegal activities within the park. Therefore, while there are elements that might attract certain residents, potential tenants are strongly encouraged to conduct thorough due diligence, including visiting the park, speaking with current residents if possible, and directly engaging with management to understand the current rules, policies, and the true state of the community before making a decision. The contact numbers (715) 830-9300 and +1 715-830-9300 are the primary means for gathering this crucial, up-to-date information.

When they owe you money they won’t make a peep and you won’t see a dime, yet if you owe even a single cent you’ll be hounded. This park features meth at every other door, police raids (with no resolution to the meth), and fireworks all year around. If this was a different park/company that actually cared about their tenants and the community then the location is fantastic. But due to the lack of care it’s run down and I’d stay far away.
Dec 06, 2023 · Heather Martine (Simsilyx)I am giving terrace Hill 5 stars only because the owner Deb is very compassionate and she does her best to keep our safe space safe! I have lived here 3 years now and I still feel super safe I’ve seen a couple of different assistants but I still love itThank you so much #68
Sep 04, 2023 · Ditto SunshineFriendly good people. This court seems to have a decent group and it's well taken care of yet not over managed or in the tenants privacy like others in the area I've seen. Excellent location and it seems to be a decent neighborhood outside of the court too.
Jan 15, 2020 · Bruce SundstromPut a sticker on my driver's window cause I stopped at o visit a friend...left sticky glue all over my window...I wouldn't recommend this dive of a trailer court to my worst enemy...If I could rate it a big goose egg I surely would
Aug 29, 2023 · Brian BennettStreet is terrible, kind of hard to drive through since cars are parked everywhere and very dangerous when making the turn to go uphill cause taller vehicles are blocking sight of anyone coming. The street isn't wide enough and there are pets running around loose, big chance of hitting someone's pet there.
