Villa Diann Introduce
For those utilizing the RV Parks Near Me platform to discover residential or long-term stay options, Villa Diann presents itself as a mobile home park located at 4400 LaSalle St, Eau Claire, WI 54703, USA. While primarily a mobile home community, understanding its characteristics is beneficial for anyone considering extended stays in the Eau Claire area, as mobile home parks sometimes offer accommodations or lots adaptable for RVs, though this would need direct confirmation with the park management. You can reach them at (715) 834-6802 or +1 715-834-6802.
Villa Diann is described by residents as having a notable community spirit among its neighbors. This aspect can be a significant draw for individuals and families looking for a sense of belonging and camaraderie in their living environment. A strong community often translates to a more welcoming and supportive atmosphere, which can be particularly appealing for those looking to establish roots in a new area. Despite some challenges, the park’s residents contribute positively to its overall feel, suggesting a friendly and interconnected atmosphere. The park's location in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, offers access to the local amenities and natural beauty of the region, which can be a plus for residents who enjoy outdoor activities or desire proximity to city conveniences.
When it comes to services, resident feedback indicates some areas where Villa Diann's maintenance could see improvement. Specifically, snow clearing and road maintenance have been points of concern. Residents have reported difficulties with road conditions, particularly during winter, describing them as "extremely bumpy and deep crevices" due to inconsistent plowing and the freezing/thawing cycles. This has led to issues with vehicles getting stuck and creating hazardous driving conditions. The mention of "mini frozen Grand Canyons" vividly illustrates the challenges faced. Furthermore, a recent "sealing" of the road with what appeared to be loose gravel has also been a point of contention, posing risks for young children on bikes and making snow shoveling more difficult due to gravel mixing with snow. These observations suggest that while the infrastructure is present, the upkeep of critical elements like roads requires more consistent attention to ensure safety and ease of access for residents.
Regarding general maintenance responses, some residents have expressed difficulty in getting timely answers or action from the maintenance team, suggesting a potential disconnect in communication or resource allocation. The park is reportedly managed by Hillcrest, and some residents perceive a lack of direct presence from management, leading to it being characterized as "the forgotten half sister of trailer parks." This perception might imply a need for more visible and responsive management to address resident concerns effectively.
One of the most compelling features of Villa Diann, as highlighted by current residents, is its relative affordability. Despite the reported maintenance issues, the cost of living at Villa Diann is considered "relatively affordable" compared to other housing options in the area. This affordability is a significant advantage, particularly for individuals or families seeking cost-effective long-term housing solutions. For those exploring options on RV Parks Near Me who prioritize budget-friendly long-term stays, this aspect of Villa Diann could be a key factor in their decision-making process. The park offers a structured living environment, common to mobile home parks, which can provide a sense of stability and community often sought by long-term residents.
However, it is important to note that affordability seems to come with certain trade-offs, particularly concerning road quality and maintenance consistency. The increasing rent, despite a perceived decline in the park's physical appearance over the past decade, is another point of concern for residents. This suggests a need for potential residents to weigh the benefits of affordability against the reported challenges in maintenance and management responsiveness.
While Villa Diann is primarily a mobile home park, individuals using RV Parks Near Me might consider contacting them directly to inquire about any potential for long-term RV parking or lot rentals that might be available. Mobile home parks sometimes have policies that allow for RVs, especially for extended stays, given the shared infrastructure. However, it is crucial to verify directly with Villa Diann management whether they accommodate RVs and what the specific terms and conditions would be. Prospective residents, especially those with RVs, should inquire about lot sizes, utility hookups, and any specific park rules pertaining to RVs. Given the feedback on road conditions, those with larger or more sensitive RVs might want to ask specific questions about how roads are maintained, especially during winter, to ensure their vehicle can navigate the park safely and without damage.
For those considering Villa Diann, it would be prudent to arrange a visit to the park, especially during different seasons if possible, to personally assess the road conditions and overall environment. Speaking with current residents, if opportunities arise, could also provide further insights beyond online reviews. While the community aspect is positively noted, understanding the full scope of maintenance and management responsiveness will be key to making an informed decision about living at Villa Diann.

Villa Diann Reviews
As much as I've enjoyed living here and the community of neighbors, the maintenance and clearing of the snow on the road around the park could be a lot better. This winter has been the worst. We've had a lot more fluctuation in temperatures with freezing and thawing the melting snow. Where it seemed that the roads were not plowed at all while all the snow was slushy and melting. Then resulting in extremely bumpy and deep crevices where people have driven when it freezes. Practically like mini frozen Grand Canyons. Resulting in people getting stuck trying to drive through this mess of ice. Even worse when there is a fresh coating of snow making all these bumps and crevices extremely slippery. And even though I was driving slowly, I actually almost bumped into someone driving by me because the bumpy ice pulled my car towards them. Lastly, the "sealing" of the road I'm not sure was beneficial or an improvement in any way as it just seemed like loose gravel. Making it dangerous for our 3 year old riding his little bike. Not to mention how it was collected when the roads were plowed. Making shoveling the end of the driveway even heavier. If we are to keep up on mowing our lawns, what are we to do about the gravel in the grass?? It is too fine to try to rake out. Also, we now have to scrape the bottom of our shoes whenever we go out for a walk on a warm sunny day. However, I guess we can take the good with the bad considering how relatively affordable it is to live here compared elsewhere. Despite the poor quality and maintenance of the road year round. Lastly, I'm afraid I'm not the only resident here who feels this way.
May 21, 2023 · Cody EnderThe rent keeps going up and the place looks worse then it has in 10 years. Still a nice park but more because of the people then the office. Impossible to get maintenance to answer anything. Plus the part is run by hillcrest so no one is ever here. it's like the forgotten half sister of trailer parks.
Apr 16, 2024 · Justine UdeNice location Quiet place. The trailer's are a lil run down. Not all but quite a few. The roads in the park could use some work and there are some good size speed bumps .
Aug 02, 2021 · AdamAna HarveySo far this gas been a good place and community for my wife and I. However, I struggle to find a reason why they haven't salted any of the road while plowing it around the park this winter. My neighbor said the last time they did was Christmas; and that was with a guy pushing a salt/lawn seed spreader. I've seen the trucks they plow with and they have the salters on the back. God forbid anyone slips and falls and breaks anything, otherwise I smell a potential lawsuit.
Feb 08, 2019 · Cody EnderVery clean well kept Trailer Park. I visit my client at least 3x a week here. And am always happy with the roads in the winter. They keep it plowed..
