Tower View Introduce
For individuals and families exploring options under the "RV Parks Near Me" category, particularly those seeking longer-term stays or a sense of community that extends beyond a typical transient RV park, Tower View in Ogilvie, MN, offers a distinct proposition. Located at 160 N Prospect Ave, Ogilvie, MN 56358, USA, Tower View is primarily a mobile home park, which inherently caters to permanent or semi-permanent residents, distinguishing it from purely recreational RV parks. However, its inclusion in a search for "RV Parks Near Me" suggests it might offer spaces for RVs, perhaps for extended stays, or that its community-focused nature makes it an interesting alternative for certain RVers.
The environment at Tower View is described as "very nice park" by some residents, indicating a generally pleasant living space. As a mobile home park, the environment typically consists of individual lots for manufactured homes, often with small private yards, and common areas. The sense of community is a significant aspect of such parks, fostering a neighborhood-like atmosphere. While not a wilderness retreat, the park's location in Ogilvie suggests a relatively quiet, small-town setting. The maintenance of common areas is noted as "clean," which contributes positively to the overall environment. However, one review mentions that "their grass areas are all weeds" and that "do nothing about weed control." This suggests that while common areas are kept clean, the aesthetic appeal of some green spaces might be a point of concern for some residents or visitors, indicating a variable standard of landscaping across the park. The presence of resident-owned homes means the individual upkeep of lots can also contribute to the overall visual environment. Despite these variations, the general impression conveyed is one of a functional and lived-in community.
In terms of services, Tower View provides the essential utilities and management support expected in a mobile home park. Residents typically have access to full utility hookups, including water, sewer, and electricity, at their individual lots. The presence of a manager, Phil, who is described as "really great to work with" and "very helpful," signifies dedicated on-site management. This is a crucial service for addressing resident concerns, enforcing park rules, and maintaining the community. The positive interactions with management and other residents ("very, very friendly") highlight a supportive and amiable community atmosphere. While not explicitly detailed, mobile home parks often provide basic maintenance for common infrastructure, such as roads and shared utilities. However, the feedback about weed control suggests there might be limitations or priorities in landscaping services. For RVs potentially staying in the park, services would likely include hookups similar to those for mobile homes, though availability might be limited to specific designated spots. It's important for prospective RVers to confirm the park's capacity and policies for recreational vehicles, as mobile home parks primarily cater to manufactured homes. The park's phone numbers are (320) 333-8684 and +1 320-333-8684, providing direct contact for inquiries.
The features of Tower View are primarily centered around its identity as a residential mobile home community. A key feature is the strong emphasis on community and interpersonal relations, as evidenced by the friendly interactions described by residents. The presence of a dedicated and helpful manager like Phil is a significant asset, contributing to a positive living experience. The park's rules and regulations, while necessary for community harmony, can also be a point of contention, as seen in the feedback regarding dog barking and visitor parking. This suggests a structured living environment where adherence to rules is expected. The limited visitor spots, particularly one being occupied by a resident's RV without additional fees, points to potential challenges with shared resources and equitable access, a common consideration in any community setting. However, the primary focus remains on providing a stable living environment for manufactured homes. For any RVers considering a stay, the park would likely offer full hookup sites, but the number and accessibility of these sites would be a critical feature to confirm. The park's setting in Ogilvie implies access to local small-town amenities, providing residents with basic services and a quiet lifestyle away from larger urban centers.
Promotional information for Tower View, when presented within the context of "RV Parks Near Me" (even if primarily a mobile home park), would need to carefully articulate its offerings. For those searching for long-term RV parking or a transition to mobile home living, the key promotional messages would highlight the park's friendly community, the presence of a "great" and helpful manager, and its appeal as a "very nice park." The quiet, small-town atmosphere of Ogilvie would also be a selling point for those seeking a peaceful living environment. While not a typical RV park, it could promote the availability of potential long-term RV spaces for those looking to settle down in a more fixed location without immediately purchasing a mobile home. Testimonials emphasizing the positive social interactions and management support would be valuable. However, to maintain objectivity and manage expectations, any promotional material should also transparently address potential concerns raised in reviews, such as the varied upkeep of grass areas or specific community rules (e.g., regarding pets and visitor parking). Clearly stating the primary focus as a mobile home park, with potential limited RV availability for extended stays, would be crucial. Contact information (phone numbers) would be prominently displayed for detailed inquiries. The overall promotion would aim to attract individuals and families seeking a stable, community-oriented living situation, potentially bridging the gap between transient RV life and permanent residency in a manufactured home.

Very nice park.Phil, the manager, is really great to work with. Very helpful; and he and the other people I ran into were very, very friendly. ❤️
Oct 04, 2024 · Renee ThurstonToo many complaints. Dogs bark. But if yours does it's "omg the dog barks." Really? I visit my son & park completely off the road (in driveway - I drive a Prius). But someone complains & manager is forced to respond. AND. Gee. One of the visitor spots close to my son's place is someone in the park's RV who is a resident of that place but doesn't pay additional fees & my guess is one of the complaintants. There's only 3 spaces. They keep the common area clean but do nothing about weed control. Their grass areas are all weeds. Not all bad but some issues aren't being dealt with.
