Sherburne Village Introduce
For individuals and families in the Princeton, Minnesota area who are exploring housing options, particularly those whose initial search might fall under the broader category of "RV Parks Near Me," Sherburne Village presents itself as a mobile home park. Located at 104 Cherokee St, Princeton, MN 55371, USA, Sherburne Village functions as a residential community primarily for manufactured homes, offering long-term occupancy rather than short-term recreational vehicle (RV) stays.
It is important to understand the fundamental difference between a typical "RV Park" and a "Mobile Home Park" such as Sherburne Village. While RV parks generally cater to temporary, recreational visits with RVs, mobile home parks are structured to provide permanent or extended residential sites for manufactured homes. These communities involve a land lease arrangement where residents own their homes but rent the land they occupy. For those whose search for "RV Parks Near Me" is a general exploration of potentially more affordable or community-based housing solutions, Sherburne Village offers a pathway to homeownership within an established neighborhood setting.
The environment at Sherburne Village, as depicted by resident feedback, offers a diverse and somewhat contradictory picture. One positive review describes it as "quiet and a safe place to raise a family," highlighting a desirable aspect of community living. This suggests that for many residents, the park provides a peaceful atmosphere conducive to family life. Its proximity to town is also noted as a benefit, being "close to town which is nice if you choose to walk or bicycle to get around." This implies convenience and accessibility to local amenities and services in Princeton. However, another review describes the park as "Run down and overcrowded," suggesting that the physical condition and density might be problematic in certain areas. This disparity in environmental perception could be due to differing experiences, specific areas within the park, or changes over time. The overall impression of the environment seems to hinge heavily on individual perception and interaction within the community.
Regarding services and features, Sherburne Village, as a mobile home park, provides the fundamental service of renting lots for manufactured homes. This typically includes connections to essential utilities, though specific details about included utilities are not explicitly mentioned in the reviews. A key feature highlighted by a positive review is that "The manager is easy to get ahold of and his maintenance crew is responsive to tenant's reasonable needs." This suggests effective communication and a proactive approach to maintenance for at least some residents, which are crucial aspects of a well-run mobile home park. However, a contrasting review states that "Management are extremely rude and disrespectful to tenants and their guests. Yelling and Threats of eviction standard." This indicates a severe inconsistency in management's demeanor and approach, impacting resident experiences. The claim that they "enforce only certain rules for certain tenants. Lacking consistency" further underscores a potential issue with fair and equitable application of park policies. These varying accounts of management responsiveness and professionalism directly influence the perceived quality of services. For direct inquiries about lot availability, specific services, or current policies, individuals can contact Sherburne Village at (763) 389-3244 or +1 763-389-3244.
A significant feature, and a major point of divergence in resident feedback, is the role and conduct of park management. While one resident praises the management and maintenance crew as "respectful" and "responsive," another review paints a picture of "extremely rude and disrespectful" behavior, including "Yelling and Threats of eviction standard." This discrepancy is critical for prospective residents to consider. It implies that the experience within Sherburne Village can vary significantly depending on individual interactions with management and perhaps which specific rules are being enforced or overlooked. The inconsistency in rule enforcement is a notable concern, as it can lead to frustration and a sense of unfairness among residents. Despite these challenges, the positive feedback on the community itself, where "most of the tenants are respectful" and it's a "safe place to raise a family," suggests that the resident-to-resident interactions contribute positively to the living environment, even if management interactions are sometimes problematic. The overall sense of community among residents, despite management issues, appears to be a redeeming feature for some.
For prospective residents considering Sherburne Village when searching for "RV Parks Near Me" or mobile home parks in the Princeton area, promotional information would typically emphasize its residential nature and its location. The positive aspects, such as being a "quiet and a safe place to raise a family" and its proximity to town, are appealing. However, based on the customer reviews, it is essential for new residents to be fully aware of the reported inconsistencies and challenges regarding management conduct and potentially the physical condition of the park. Prospective residents are strongly advised to conduct thorough due diligence, including visiting the park, observing its condition firsthand, and, if possible, attempting to speak with current residents to gain a comprehensive understanding of the living environment and management practices. Obtaining clear, written information on all rental terms, rules, and any specific policies regarding maintenance and enforcement is crucial. While Sherburne Village offers a long-term residential option within Princeton, the varying resident experiences suggest that individual expectations and interactions with management will significantly shape the living experience within the community.

Feb 02, 2018 · lady neverwinterSpeed bumps in this Trailer park are extremely large! I have a Grand Prix and even when I creep over specifically 3 of the speed bumps I can never almost never not bottom out also in the manager's office they falsely advertise that there is a park for children to play in here and there is not there is nowhere for children to play safely also there is no storm shelter in the trailer park you have to let walk a very very long way across the street and through a large parking lot to get to the church where we are supposed to go for shelter and it is not even a storm shelter
