Based on available customer reviews, the experience of living at Town & Country Mobile Home Park appears to be varied. One review highlights a significant concern regarding the park owner's interaction with residents. This resident recounts an incident where the owner allegedly threatened eviction due to green marks on their siding caused by trees from a neighboring, non-park property. The reviewer expressed disappointment in the owner's approach, suggesting that a more amicable solution, such as requesting a power wash, was not considered. This review also mentions an upcoming increase in lot rent and describes the owner as unfriendly.
In contrast, another resident offers a more positive perspective, particularly praising the park manager, Sarah. This reviewer, who had previously only lived in apartments with what they described as constant harassment from management, found the lack of micromanagement at Town & Country Mobile Home Park to be a refreshing change. They specifically commend Sarah for her kindness and proactive approach to resident well-being, even mentioning an instance where she offered to help with yard work. This resident views Sarah as a supportive leader and suggests she deserves recognition.
These contrasting reviews illustrate the importance of considering various factors when evaluating a mobile home park. While the management style, particularly that of the park manager, seems to be a positive aspect for some residents, concerns regarding the owner's interactions and potential policy enforcement exist.

Town & Country Mobile Home Park Reviews
The Park Owner, not the park manager, came to my backyard and saw the trees from the neighboring property (not park property) have left green marks on my siding in the back yard and has threatened to remove me from my home in 2 weeks. They could of asked me to power wash the back of the house but instead they chose the legal route. I hold them responsible for failing to take care of the property that they owned and it damaged my house. But they weasel their way out of being responsible as it was above ground. Lot Rent is being raised by 50$ a month next year. Owner, not manager (Sarah is nice), is as unfriendly as they come.
Dec 03, 2024 · KazzackthuulI’ve only ever lived in apartments before moving here 3 years ago. And was constantly harassed by the management. It’s super refreshing to live here and not be micromanaged by the management. Also Sarah is the sweetest she’ll come over and pull your weeds instead of giving you a notice if she knows you’re having a hard time. That’s what I call a leader instead a boss. She deserves a raise.
Aug 31, 2023 · Zorielys ColonNew management has really made such a positive change in here. Sarah's communication is an open-door policy at all times. Problems are handled immediately and she is always true to her word. It's refreshing to know that when management is needed, you're actually heard.
Sep 01, 2023 · Alyssa GaulThey've change management a few months ago. We enjoy the new staff and the way they keep everything organized and under control. Leslie is very helpful and friend. Everyone overall In the community are very friendly. My father recently past away and everyone came by the mobile to show their love and support. Definetily would recommend living here.
