Audubon Village Introduce
Welcome to Audubon Village, a mobile home park located at 6565 Beggs Rd, Orlando, FL 32810, USA. If you're searching for "RV parks near me" or considering a comfortable and convenient living space for your recreational vehicle in the Orlando area, Audubon Village presents itself as a community with certain established features and services. You can reach them by phone at (888) 470-0667 or their mobile number, +1 888-470-0667.
Based on available information, Audubon Village offers a residential environment where many homes appear to be well-kept, contributing to a generally neat neighborhood aesthetic. The common areas within the park are reportedly well-maintained, suggesting attention to the overall appearance and functionality of shared spaces. This can be a significant factor for those seeking a pleasant and orderly living environment within an RV park community.
For individuals and families exploring "RV resorts near me" for longer-term stays, Audubon Village provides a community setting. The fact that some residents have lived there for an extended period, as indicated by one review mentioning eight years, suggests a degree of stability and established community within the park. This can be appealing to those looking for more than just a temporary stop.
However, it's crucial to consider all available feedback to form a comprehensive understanding. One review raises serious concerns regarding alleged discriminatory behavior by a "grown keeper man" towards Black residents, stating that they are targeted for harassment. This is a significant accusation that potential residents should be aware of and consider carefully. The same review also mentions issues with guest parking, stating that only a one-day pass is provided, after which the manager's husband, associated with Universal Towing and Recovery, may tow vehicles. This reviewer describes this towing practice as fraudulent and reports long wait times for vehicle retrieval and charges for services they claim they did not use or could not access. Furthermore, this review suggests a climate of conflict within the community, involving residents, their families, and friends.
It is important to note that this negative review presents a serious perspective that should not be dismissed. While one positive review highlights a "fairly good neighborhood" with well-kept homes and maintained common areas, the stark contrast with the negative feedback necessitates a cautious and thorough approach for anyone considering residing at Audubon Village. Potential residents are strongly encouraged to conduct their own due diligence, which may include visiting the park, speaking with current residents (if possible), and seeking additional information to gain a balanced view of the community.
When searching for "long-term RV parks Orlando," factors beyond just the physical environment are crucial. Community atmosphere, management practices, and the overall sense of security and fairness are equally important. The conflicting reviews regarding Audubon Village underscore the need for prospective residents to be diligent in their research and consider how these aspects align with their personal needs and expectations.
In the context of "Orlando RV living," Audubon Village is located in a specific area of Orlando. Beggs Road is situated in the eastern part of the city, offering proximity to various Orlando attractions, amenities, and services. Its location may be a positive factor for those wishing to be close to the city's offerings while residing in a mobile home park setting.
As a platform listing "RV parks near me," it is our objective to present an unbiased overview based on the available information. In the case of Audubon Village, the feedback is mixed, with positive comments regarding the physical upkeep of the park contrasted by serious allegations of discrimination and problematic management practices related to parking and towing. Therefore, while the park may offer a certain level of physical comfort and convenience due to its location, potential residents must weigh this against the significant concerns raised in the customer review.
Promotional information is not explicitly available in the provided text. However, the mention of well-kept homes and maintained common areas could be considered positive attributes that might attract individuals looking for a visually appealing and organized "RV community Orlando." The phone numbers provided offer a direct way for interested parties to inquire further about availability, pricing, and any specific promotions the park might be offering at this time.
In conclusion, Audubon Village in Orlando, FL, presents a mobile home park environment with some positive aspects, such as a seemingly well-maintained physical environment. However, significant concerns have been raised regarding discriminatory behavior and questionable management practices. Potential residents should carefully consider all available information and conduct thorough personal research before making a decision about residing in this community. When searching for "RV parks near me," it's essential to look beyond the basic amenities and consider the overall living experience and community environment, taking into account both positive and negative feedback.

Mar 12, 2023 · Roderick PennI'm proud of my neighborhood. Me and my family has lived here for almost 2 years , plus I have other family that lives here. We've had no major issues with anyone, I feel safe living in this neighborhood, and feel that they keep it do a good job of making sure that the park looks presentable as possible. As well as our amenities are well kept.
Oct 30, 2016 · Anna GarciaMy family and I lived a Audubon Village Community for 12 years, and never had a day of trouble. We had several managers and they all worked hard to keep the community tops. The services that they provided were always with a good neighbor policy. They looked after the amenities, like the pool to keep it clean, and workable. Also, if some one did not follow the rules they worked to remove them from the park. and caused the neighbors no strife. We felt very comfortable and at home there, I recommend it very highly to all who want a home-sweet-home.
Oct 20, 2016 · Kaycee ClancyThis is one of the nicer ones as far as mobile home parks go. They are quite strict about outside appearances such as not allowing vehicles to be parked on streets, or on the lawn, and they regularly send out notices to pressure wash driveways, homes, and keep the lawn looking good. They require a criminal background report on all members on the lease over the age of 18, which is fantastic as it weeds out sex offenders. The amenities included are a park, small basketball court, swimming pool, and laundry room with a soda machine. The staff are all generally nice, and helpful.
