Based on recent customer feedback, the Tryon Equestrian Center RV Park boasts a "beautiful facility" that prioritizes cleanliness and ease of use. One recurring positive mention is the presence of concrete pads at each site, which ensures a level and stable parking experience for RVs of all sizes. This eliminates the common hassle of leveling that can sometimes be encountered at other RV parks. The park is also lauded for its "very clean" environment, suggesting a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene throughout the grounds.
Environment:
The Tryon Equestrian Center RV Park is situated in Mill Spring, North Carolina, an area known for its scenic beauty and proximity to the Blue Ridge Mountains. While one reviewer noted "not much shade," this could be seen as both a plus and a minus, depending on individual preferences. The lack of dense tree cover might offer unobstructed views of the surrounding landscape and better satellite reception for RVers. Conversely, during the warmer months, some campers might prefer more shaded sites. Local users familiar with the region will appreciate the generally pleasant climate and the potential for enjoying the natural surroundings.
The park's primary association with the Tryon International Equestrian Center suggests that the environment is likely well-maintained and integrated with the overall aesthetic of the equestrian facility, which is known for its expansive grounds and impressive infrastructure. This connection could offer a unique atmosphere for RVers, especially those visiting for equestrian events or simply appreciating the equestrian lifestyle.
Services:
While specific details about all the services offered are not explicitly mentioned in the provided reviews, the positive feedback hints at a well-equipped RV park. Based on standard offerings at quality RV parks, local users can likely expect the following services:
- Full Hookups: Given the presence of concrete pads, it is highly probable that each RV site offers full hookups, including connections for electricity (likely both 30 and 50 amp), water, and sewer. These are essential for comfortable and convenient RV living.
- Clean Water Supply: Access to a reliable and clean water source for filling RV tanks and daily use is a standard expectation.
- Waste Disposal: Sewer hookups at each site, or a conveniently located dump station, would allow for proper and sanitary disposal of wastewater.
The standout service mentioned in the reviews is the "beautiful and sparkling bath house." This suggests that the park provides modern, clean, and well-maintained restroom and shower facilities, which are a significant amenity for RVers, especially those who prefer not to use their onboard facilities or are traveling in smaller units.
Features:
The limited review information provides some insight into the features of the Tryon Equestrian Center RV Park:
- Concrete Pads: As highlighted, the level concrete pads at each site are a notable feature, ensuring stability and ease of setup for RVs.
- Clean Bathhouse: The "beautiful and sparkling bath house" indicates high-quality restroom and shower facilities are available to guests.
- Proximity to Tryon International Equestrian Center: For local users or those visiting the area for events at the Equestrian Center, the park's location is a significant feature, offering convenient accommodation close to the venue. This is explicitly mentioned by a reviewer who stayed there for a PBR (Professional Bull Riders) event and had a "wonderful weekend."
While not directly mentioned, it is reasonable to expect other common RV park features such as:
- Wi-Fi Access: Many modern RV parks offer Wi-Fi for guests to stay connected.
- Laundry Facilities: For longer stays, on-site laundry facilities are often a necessity.
- Pet-Friendly Policies: Given the general trend in RV parks, it is likely that pets are welcome, although specific policies should be confirmed.
- Security: Being associated with a large facility like the Equestrian Center might imply a certain level of security on the premises.
To get a comprehensive understanding of all the features available, local users should contact the park directly.
Regarding the Christmas Light Show Review:
One of the provided reviews discusses a decreasingly impressive and increasingly expensive Christmas drive-through light show, which the reviewer has attended since 2019. While this feedback is specific to a particular event and expresses disappointment with it, it is important to note that this review does not directly reflect the quality or services of the RV park itself. It mentions the location as being associated with this event, suggesting that the Tryon Equestrian Center, where the RV park is located, might host various seasonal or special events that could be of interest to local visitors. However, the declining quality of the light show should be considered as feedback specifically for that event, not necessarily indicative of the RV park's standards or services.
Promotional Information:
Currently, no specific promotional information is available for the Tryon Equestrian Center RV Park based on the provided data. RV parks often offer special rates for extended stays, discounts for certain groups (e.g., military, seniors), or packages that include access to local attractions or events. Local users interested in potential promotions should contact the park directly at (828) 863-1015 or +1 828-863-1015 or visit their website (if available) for any advertised specials, especially if they are planning an extended stay or visiting for a particular event.

Tryon Equestrian Center RV Park Office Reviews
This is a beautiful facility. No issues leveling as there are concrete pads. Very clean. Not much shade which is a plus and minus. Beautiful and sparkling bath house. We were there for the PBR and had a wonderful weekend. Plan to camp there again in the future.
Jun 26, 2024 · Maureen KendallSo we have been going to the Christmas drive through light show since 2019 when we moved to South Carolina as a tradition for our family and have increasingly gotten disappointed each year. Not only has the price gone up, but the light show itself has gotten less grand. It seems that each year it gets smaller especially the last 2 years. This is most likely our last year doing this tradition and find another.
Dec 26, 2024 · Laura HLegit just stopped here to take pics with the bulls since Im a Taurus ♉️ + this was definitely aesthetically pleasing. Turns out the Globe actually spins which is pretty awesome . This was a cute little gem in the middle of nowhere, they also have a light show going on less then 5 minutes away from this.
Dec 27, 2021 · ChefShiriece HannahLomaxIt will be a great place once it's finished. Arrived for the opening ceremony. Felt like a construction zone and everything seemed disorganized and unprepared. No signs indicating where foot traffic vs vehicles should be going so it was a chaotic mess. Horses were not allowed in the arena yet, so no horses in the opening ceremony, which was disappointing. Shuttles to go back to the main parking 5 MILES AWAY were few and slow. Hundreds of people waiting to go back after the ceremony. Hope they planned for good drainage for the storms coming because it will be a mud pit otherwise. I hope the rest of the games goes more smoothly!
Sep 12, 2018 · Maria “Marujita” Diehl FarynaWinter fest. Free unless doing Santa, Grinch or rides.OMG! The Grinch was so in character. Also the acrobats we great.
