Maple Ridge RV Park Reviews
We stayed here after a mix-up with another near-by campground and it was a blessing in disguise. Amber and Ryan own this campground and they are some of the nicest people that you will ever meet. The campground is very clean and while we didn't use the bathroom facilities, I have no doubt they were like the rest of the park and very clean and nice. The park was also very close to a lot of activities to do in the area like hiking, adventure stuff, etc. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area. We'll definitely be back!
Nov 02, 2022 · Jamison SmithThis is a small campground but it is a very nice and clean place. The owners are extremely accommodating to your needs. My brother forgot his 30 amp power cable to his motorhome, when he asked the owners where he could buy one nearby, the guy said his camper uses the same cord. This guy went to his home and brought the cord back for my brother to use. The showers are extremely. If I were in the area again, I would definitely stay there again.
Sep 27, 2021 · Jim Meyers**UPDATE**After being here for a couple weeks The only suggestion I would like to recommend to better the park would be a trash bin / or dog waste station at the bottom of the hill where the playground and yard games are located. It's not something that is a must for me but it would make clean up after your finished using the area more convenient. Aside from that, still very pleased with the park and management. I would definitely recommend this park for anyone to stay at.** First impression post**I've only been here a few days but I will follow up. The staff was very helpful getting us in our lot. Very accommodating, they checked in before our stay to see if we needed any assistance. The park is extremely clean. The shower house is nice with excellent water pressure. They have built a fantastic playground for the kids and also a very nice leisure pad for the adults with corn hole, horse shoes , giant Jenga, firepits with seating and other yard activities. Also at random parts in the park are gazebos with grills and seating for relaxation. The laundry room is very clean and the washer and dryers work great. There is also vending and an arcade game to help pass the time while waiting on your clothes. Pricing for everything is extremely fair. Any questions you have are answered within 10 minutes whether the owners are present or not. Our welcome packet offered very good information for dining , activities and adventures. They do not have a pool but Lake Lure and Chimney Rock is only 15 to 20 minutes away. We've been here for 4 days and so far no negative things to give. Wonderful place !
Jun 27, 2022 · Jeremy WeaverMy wife and I stayed here for 4 days. If you're looking for somewhere with a picnic table and firepit at each campsite, this isn't the place. This is the only time in 5 years of traveling to campgrounds we have ever experienced this shortcoming. On a more positive note, the bathrooms and property were very clean.
Oct 14, 2023 · Glen CoxWe've stayed at many campgrounds over the past 30 years and this was absolutely one of the cleanest we've ever seen. Nice recently remodeled bath house and laundry facilities. If you work from your RV like I do you'll appreciate the super fast WIFI. Both owners are super nice and and easy to deal with. We didn't have an issue bringing our 130lb Mastiff either. A big plus for us. An easy drive to Lake Lure, Chimney Rock or Tyron. Two thumbs up from us.
