Eagle View Mobile Home Park Introduce
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" or considering mobile home living options in the Cartersville, Georgia area, Eagle View Mobile Home Park, located at 937 Euharlee Rd SW, Cartersville, GA 30120, USA, requires a very cautious and informed perspective based on recent and concerning feedback from individuals who have visited or resided there.
Based on the overwhelmingly negative reviews, Eagle View Mobile Home Park appears to suffer from severe mismanagement and neglect, making it a potentially unsuitable option for both short-term RV stays and long-term residency. The issues raised span from infrastructural problems to serious concerns about the safety and habitability of the rental units.
One visitor, who was at the park to see friends, described the management as "horribly managed." This individual specifically pointed out the presence of "potholes that are at least 3 inches deep" throughout the park's roads, posing a significant risk of flat tires for vehicles navigating the property. This lack of basic road maintenance indicates a disregard for the safety and convenience of anyone traveling within the park.
Further exacerbating the road conditions, another review details how the asphalt road transitions into a hazardous dirt road with a "3-4 inch drop off." This dangerous transition is reportedly the result of severe erosion that led to a sinkhole. The management's response to this significant structural issue was merely to fill the sinkhole with more dirt, raising serious concerns about the potential for the sinkhole to reopen with rainfall, creating an even greater safety hazard. This suggests a reactive and inadequate approach to essential infrastructure maintenance.
For those considering renting a trailer at Eagle View Mobile Home Park, the information provided in the reviews is alarming. It is alleged that the "doublewide trailers are split in half and rented out to two separate tenants." This practice in itself may raise questions about privacy and shared living spaces. However, the condition of these divided trailers is described as "dilapidated" and lacking maintenance for a "long while." This suggests potential issues with the structural integrity, cleanliness, and overall living conditions within these rental units.
Even more concerning are the allegations regarding safety code violations in the way these divided trailers are rented. According to one review, there is only "1 exit out of any of the divided trailers, which is the entrance to the trailer." This single exit point in a divided dwelling poses a significant fire hazard, as it would severely impede escape in case of an emergency. Such a blatant disregard for basic fire safety regulations is deeply troubling and should be a major deterrent for any potential renter.
Adding to the list of negative aspects, the rent at Eagle View Mobile Home Park is described as "pretty high" relative to the deplorable conditions and lack of proper maintenance. The reviewer argues that the cost is not justified, especially when one could rent a house for a slightly higher price or secure an "up-to-code apartment" for the same amount. This comparison highlights the perceived poor value for money offered by Eagle View Mobile Home Park.
The most scathing review comes from someone claiming direct experience with the owner, referred to as "Rana," who is accused of being a "P.O.S." and unwilling to address maintenance issues. This individual goes as far as to state that the property "needs to be condemned." The review details severe living conditions, including "BLACK MOLD all over the house," which allegedly caused the reviewer's children to be constantly sick. Further issues include "holes all through the house in the floors" and frequent water pipe breaks, leading to exorbitant water bills (up to $800 in one month) due to the owner's alleged refusal to carry out necessary repairs. The reviewer concludes with a stark warning, suggesting that living in a dangerous and impoverished area would be preferable to residing at Eagle View Mobile Home Park.
Considering the overwhelming negativity and the serious nature of the allegations, including unsafe living conditions, potential code violations, and unresponsive management, Eagle View Mobile Home Park cannot be recommended for anyone seeking "RV parks near me" for a temporary stay or individuals looking for a long-term mobile home community. The reported infrastructural problems, dilapidated rental units, safety hazards, and apparent mismanagement paint a picture of a facility that prioritizes profit over the well-being and safety of its residents and visitors.
There is no mention of any positive environmental aspects, services, features, or promotional offers in the provided reviews. The focus is entirely on the negative experiences related to the park's condition and management.
In conclusion, based on the available online feedback, Eagle View Mobile Home Park in Cartersville, GA, appears to be a severely mismanaged and potentially unsafe living environment. The numerous complaints about road conditions, dilapidated and unsafe rental units, high rent relative to the conditions, and an unresponsive owner should serve as a significant warning to any potential residents or short-term visitors looking for "RV parks near me." It is strongly advised to seek alternative accommodations or living arrangements in the Cartersville area that offer a safer, more well-maintained, and professionally managed environment.

Eagle View Mobile Home Park Reviews
I was only here to visit some friends, however, this mobile home park is horribly managed. There are potholes that are at least 3 inches deep that you have to go out of your way to miss, if you don't want a flat tire. The asphalt road quickly turns into a dirt road with a 3-4 inch drop off because the road prior eroded so much that it caused a sinkhole and all management did was fill the sinkhole with more dirt. So at anytime the sinkhole could open back up with enough rainfall. If you're looking to rent a trailer, be prepared to live in half of a trailer. The doublewide trailers are split in half and rented out to two separate tenants. These trailers are dilapidated and had not been maintenanced in a long while. Not only that but the trailers themselves and the way they rent them out, is not up to code. There is only 1 exit out of any of the divided trailers, which is the entrance to the trailer. And that is a fire hazard just waiting to happen. The rent is pretty high from what I understand, which in light of all of this isn't worth it. Especially when you can rent a house for a little bit more or have your own, up-to-code apartment for the same price.
Jul 27, 2020 · Brooklynn FreemanIf I could give zero stars, I would. Rana, the owner is a P.O.S. He won't fix anything! This place needs to be condemned! My kids stayed sick all of the time because of the BLACK MOLD all over the house. Holes all through the house in the floors, we have had to have at least 20 water pipes fixed because he wouldn't and our water would run up to $800 for one month! He is nothing but a money hungry slumlord. You would be better off living in a tent in the middle of crack town than living here.
