Cartersville Introduce
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" or exploring mobile home communities in Cartersville, Georgia, Cartersville Mobile Home Park, located at 263 Mac Johnson Rd NW, Cartersville, GA 30121, USA, presents a residential option with a mix of positive and concerning feedback. Based on the available reviews, the park appears to foster a sense of community and has seen positive changes in management, but also faces challenges related to the safety and recreational needs of children.
One long-term resident, having lived in Cartersville Mobile Home Park for almost nine years currently and an additional four years previously, offers a largely positive perspective. This resident specifically praises the current manager, Ashley, describing her as "amazing" and expressing satisfaction at having a caring management team. The review also highlights the friendly nature of many neighbors and mentions that most residents own their mobile homes, which can contribute to a more stable and invested community atmosphere. Furthermore, this resident notes positive developments for children, stating, "Nice to have a place to have the kids play now and steps being made for the kids." This suggests that efforts are underway to improve recreational opportunities for the younger residents, which is a significant positive development.
However, another review raises important concerns regarding the safety and well-being of children in the community. This resident points out that "there's no place for the kids to play it safe" and strongly advocates for the park to invest in a playground with appropriate equipment, suggesting that one of the empty lots could be utilized for this purpose. The rationale behind this request is the presence of young children and teenagers who currently play in the street, which is inherently unsafe due to vehicular traffic. The reviewer believes that a dedicated playground would provide a secure environment for children to play and socialize. Additionally, this review expresses a strong need to "clean up all the drug activity that goes on in that little park." This is a serious concern that directly impacts the safety and quality of life for all residents, especially families with children. While acknowledging the community aspect ("It is a little community"), the presence of drug activity is a significant negative factor that needs to be addressed.
Considering these two reviews, Cartersville Mobile Home Park appears to be a community with positive aspects, including a well-regarded manager and friendly neighbors. The fact that many residents own their homes suggests a level of commitment to the community. The recent mention of steps being taken to create a play area for children is also a promising sign. However, the serious concern raised about drug activity within the park and the current lack of a safe, dedicated play area for children are significant issues that potential residents should carefully consider.
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me," it is important to determine if Cartersville Mobile Home Park accommodates recreational vehicles for short-term or long-term stays. The name "Mobile Home Park" typically indicates a focus on long-term residency in manufactured homes. There is no information in the provided reviews to suggest that RVs are a primary focus of this community. Therefore, those seeking temporary RV accommodations in the Cartersville area would likely need to explore other facilities specifically designated as RV parks.
The available reviews provide limited information about the overall environment of Cartersville Mobile Home Park. While one resident mentions it's a "little community," details about the park's layout, landscaping, noise levels, or proximity to local amenities are not provided. Similarly, specific services offered by the park, such as on-site management (beyond the positive mention of Ashley), maintenance, or utility provisions, are not detailed. The features of the park, such as lot sizes, community amenities (apart from the potential future playground), and any specific rules or regulations, are also not mentioned in the reviews.
Furthermore, there is no promotional information available in the provided reviews. Details about current lot rental rates, any move-in specials, or other incentives for new residents are not mentioned. Interested parties would need to contact the park management directly to inquire about availability and pricing.
In conclusion, Cartersville Mobile Home Park in Cartersville, GA, appears to be a community with a friendly atmosphere and a well-regarded manager, where steps are being taken to improve facilities for children. However, significant concerns exist regarding drug activity within the park and the current lack of a safe, dedicated play area for children. Potential residents should weigh these positive and negative aspects carefully. For those seeking "RV parks near me," it is advisable to contact the management to ascertain if RVs are accommodated. Prospective residents should contact Cartersville Mobile Home Park directly to obtain comprehensive information about the park's environment, services, features, and any current promotions, and to inquire about the steps being taken to address the reported drug activity and improve safety for children.

Cartersville Reviews
Lived here for almost 9 years this time and 4 years the previous time. Ashley is amazing she’s great nice to finally have a manager and people who cares! We own ours and most of our neighbors are friendly caring people. Nice to have a place to have the kids play now and steps being made for the kids.
Jun 05, 2024 · Lasha LoweThere's no place for the kids to play it safe. I believe that the park should get some type of playground for the kids. And of course strongly need to clean up all the drug activity that goes on in that little park. It is a little community but because we have young children and teenagers that play in the street. So I think park should invest in a playground and some playground equipment and set it up at one of the empty lots that they have. At least this way the kids would have some where safe to play. Please think about it and God willing considerate it. Thank you & have a blessed day.
