The same reviewer also characterizes the park as "one of the worst parks I've encountered," citing issues such as unsupervised children, rudeness towards minority members by some neighbors, and rent increases without perceived improvements to the park. Vagabond Mobile Home Park Reviews
The management are problematic, prejudiced, and look for ways to take advantage of the folks in the park who are unaware of their rights. While I have not been subjected to this, many others in the park have been and it's atrocious its been this way for this long. As for everything else, it's one of the worst parks I've encountered. Children run wild with no parents to be seen, certain neighbors are rude to its minority members, and I've been told the rent is increasing but no improvements to the park are being made to warrant the need to raise rent. As another commenter said, there isnt even overnight visitor parking, the laundromat is always in a dissaray, and the clubhouse is lacking. This park has great opportunity, if only by being kinder as a whole at the very least, but oh well. For my fellow 55+ folks, look elsewhere as I have for although the rent is somewhat higher, the people and management are really what make or break your neighborhood. Good luck and best wishes.

Feb 26, 2025 · K BHad to give a star coz it forced at least 1 star to review. Trashy place. Deceitful manager that adds late fees to stapled together trailers that I'm Certain are illegal to even RENT out. My son lived there and I hope HOUSING code shuts them down. ICE needs to check out the place too. They claim that they don't rent dumps they sell them instead... So the trailer they sold my son for $100 they never even gave a title or ownership paper for it. When he had a hard time during a job change all they did was add unreasonable rates that she could change at will and claimed it was the real owners of the park doing it but she could change it anytime she wants and then she changed and took off a late fee then added it back when it was time for him to pay. His eviction is a blessing. People unless you're really trashy or desperate, avoid that place like the plague it is.
Dec 23, 2018 · MadMavenIt is an older MHP populated by converted travel trailers with a number of decades to their credit. Some look like vehicles that should be orbiting the earth. Others are paintedwith colors usually reserved for a florescent box of Crayola crayons. As you fo deeper into the park the travel trailer conversions lessen and more traditional mobile homes populate the remainder of the park property. Just as the homes vary greatly so do the inhabitants who are of numerous nationalities. It's full of good neighbors some of whom have experienced difficulties and hardships. I lost my youngest son on May 24th, 2021. He died of massive organ failure. When I found him he was unconscious and clammy but still warm. I preformed CPR until the fire men arrived to take over life saving efforts for Joshua. At 5:18 am one of the firemen approached me and didn't have to say a word. I saw the despair coming. His countenance made it clear that the unbelievable had just occured. Denial, confusion, anxiety, dumb founded and 😠 angry. For A moment I felt hatred for the bearer of the worst thing I've ever heard. "Mr. Nicholls, I regret that I must inform you that your son passed away at 518. It still echos in my head as if I'd entered a spacial warp. I soon found 3 neighbors who had lost an adult child to similar circumstances of the loss of my Joshua. 2 of them had lost 2 sons. The other had lost her son just a few months prior to Joshua's departure. Those parents surrounded me and were available to just listen. Good compassionate people extended themselves to me in the wake of this tragic expeience. 😥 I suspose an accurate discrption of Vagabond Mobile Home Park in a one word summary is what I call HOME.
