They have shown over the years a steady year-after-year increase of approximately $50.00. Which given this trend, if you happen to be interested in moving to this location. Your rent will be around $650 a month at this time next year. You are paying a house payment for land that is not owned, subject to the behavior and rules of the park management which will be perceived by yourself, in only a few short months of living there. Ridiculous and partial regimes like living.That being said, it is still recommended when compared to other communities, safety, friendly neighbors and especially kid friendly.
