Vintage Acres Reviews
Vintage Acres is a trailer park community that is a safe, clean, and friendly community to live in. The downsides relate to expensive rent and harassment-type behavior from management about maintenance (which can also be considered as direct effects and why it's a clean trailer park community). The rent for a mobile home lot is approximately $600.00 a month for tenants and of course utilities. They have shown over the years a steady year-after-year increase of approximately $50.00. Which given this trend, if you happen to be interested in moving to this location. Your rent will be around $650 a month at this time next year. You are paying a house payment for land that is not owned, subject to the behavior and rules of the park management which will be perceived by yourself, in only a few short months of living there. Ridiculous and partial regimes like living. That being said, it is still recommended when compared to other communities, safety, friendly neighbors and especially kid friendly. Unless of course you have e teenagers that like to party on the grounds underage, being loud, swearing, etc. You will almost certainly be singled out or targeted by the management for removal and perhaps some neighbors if beer bottles went through their window. Thanks for reading my review. Have a wonderful day/night!
May 30, 2024 · Brian BoderA well managed manufactured home park. Wider access roads and lots than most other parks. Helpful park management. Office open M-F.
Jul 01, 2024 · Paul MarihartI wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They removed the playground stating that they were going to get a more up to date one but 2 full sets of rate increases and still nothing. I have seen people moving out left and right and just try to pay your rent in person... they are never in the office during their posted hours. Ok, never is harsh more like 1 out of 15 times.
Sep 06, 2017 · Justin ThompsonRent was pretty reasonable when I moved in over 10 years ago. Every year they raise the rent 10 to 15 dollars for " Increased maintenance cost" so they say. My rent has increased to around 75℅ in the last 10 years. Example it was $250.00 a month when I moved in andIt is now over $400.00. I just wonder when they will stop raising the cost. I mean come on it's still a trailer park. Or there fancy word is " It's a mobile home community " yeah OK. You can polish a turd but in the end it's still a turd! top dollar on a lot you will never own.
