However, the available customer reviews for Welcome Garden Trailer Park raise significant concerns regarding the management and the overall living environment. One detailed review strongly advises against living in this park, citing multiple issues related to management inaccessibility and unresolved resident problems. The reviewer states that it is consistently difficult to reach anyone by phone, and the office is frequently unattended even during posted "Open" hours. This lack of accessible management could be a major drawback for residents who require assistance or need to address concerns.
Furthermore, the same reviewer describes a serious ongoing issue involving a neighbor who persistently feeds pigeons, resulting in hundreds of pigeons congregating daily on the reviewer's mother's roof. This situation is described as causing excessive noise and unsanitary conditions due to pigeon droppings. Despite numerous complaints to the management, the reviewer states that no action has been taken to resolve this "unhealthy situation," leading to the point of considering notifying the health department. This lack of responsiveness to a significant environmental and health concern is a critical point of consideration for potential RV residents.
Another brief review echoes the issue of management inaccessibility, stating, "Been trying to reach management no answer they only have a couple hours a week. That is really bad business for the owners." This corroborates the concern that contacting and communicating with the park management may be challenging due to limited availability and unresponsiveness. For individuals seeking "RV parks near me" where prompt and effective management is essential, this appears to be a significant potential negative aspect of Welcome Garden Trailer Park.
Given the serious nature of the complaints regarding management inaccessibility and the unresolved pigeon problem creating unhealthy living conditions, prospective RV residents should exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough personal due diligence before considering Welcome Garden Trailer Park. A visit to the park to observe the environment and the presence of pigeons in the area might also be beneficial, if possible.

Welcome Garden Trailer Park Reviews
I do not recommend this place to live. My mother lives in this mobile park and I spend lots of time with her there. I can tell you that management is really bad here. You can never get anyone to answer the phone when you call and there is never anyone in the office even though they have their hours of being "Open" posted clearly on the office door. My mother has compliant numerous times to management about her neighbor who will not stop feeding the pigeons who are constantly on my moms roof crapping and making lots of noise every single day. There are hundreds of pigeons everyday on the roof waiting for the neighbor to come out of her mobile to be fed and management does absolutely nothing to take care of this unhealthy situation. My next step is to notify the health department.
