Nice quiet peaceful place to visit or hang out longer .neighbors great all im all every one pretty cool here .wildlife faint sound of train its ,its own little hide away
Jun 06, 2024 · Jason ChristensenI’ve been trying to call these people to find out if they have a three bedroom available. Been calling Them for the last three days and no one wants to answer. Sometimes it rings three times and then it just cuts off and then sometimes it rings all the way through. Sometimes it rings once and then it’s Cut off again, so I don’t know but I find it very coincidental that I’ve called a total of eight times in three days and I can’t get anyone on the phone
Mar 08, 2024 · Jessica ReihmWonderful family owned and operated park. Very clean and safe. Fred and Shirley are very helpful!
Jan 24, 2019 · Jesse MartinoskyLot rent is getting too high, when a person's lot rent goes up 3 times in 2 years from $150 to $325 a month, that's ridiculous, it's not like they're doing any more work on the place, hell renters still have to mow their own spaces, only thing they cover is water and trash now, in the 150 days they covered gas as well, so they are doing less and charging almost double....
Oct 18, 2024 · Clay ArmstrongFor years we have visited family who live in this park. It has really declined and become trashy in the last couple of years; yet the rent has steadily increased. Hoping with yet another rent increase the new owners will actually do some thing to bring the park up to livable standards.
