Just an amazing park for a manufactured home community.This is NO "trailer" park. This is an authentic well kept premium subdivision without the premium pricing of other parks (that have way less features).Immaculate grounds. Play areas. Beautiful pool (and heated!), and activities throughout the year for families.What I don't understand is how such a well kept park with so many amenities can offer newer (as in 2023 & 2024) homes for less rent than so many other parks in far worse condition.What I can say is this park is a future home for us.(Oh and when they say move in ready homes, management really means it - they are immaculate!)
Sep 20, 2024 · ToddBeen her several years now not many problems they told my wife and I we had to rent another trailer or buy after 2 years however they claimed no rentals available so we had to buy due to lack of funds to move now we are buying a nice trailer but the park has ground hogs all over and I've called my wife called my neighbors called and we were told holly would call back with details but it's been months and no response either the person who answers the phone doesn't relay messages or holly ignores the messages I don't get it we pay $1700 a month!! between site rent and mortgage to be ignored but don't mow your lawn for 1 week and they force mow and charge you $100!! but ignore critters under all these homes I've walked all over with my grandchildren and see holes under trailers and sheds everywhere what gives???

Just put it onto my credit report after charging me for issues that was their responsibility the whole time

Feb 09, 2025 · Tina WilsonMaintenance are cool, Holly is one of the SCUMMIEST people to have as your office manager. Not only is she terrible, but getting in touch with corporate is impossible. I've left messages and even reached lower level corporate employees, about how they smashed my car with one of their trucks, and it's been over a month, no contact. They're scum don't rent or buy until they change owners and management. If you rent, they'll force you to buy or out within a year or 2 and claim their terribly built homes were perfect when you got them. I couldn't use 2 of my doors the entire time I lived there as the screen doors were jammed in transport.Realized they have 2 google maps for their terrible community.
