Willow Village Home Court Introduce
Welcome to Willow Village Home Court, located at 2445 E Grand River Ave #30, Williamston, MI 48895, USA. This mobile home park is situated in Williamston, Michigan, and while no phone number is provided in the available information, its address suggests a location accessible to the surrounding area. For local users searching for housing options, including potentially "rv parks near me" if the park accommodates recreational vehicles, Willow Village Home Court is a geographically identifiable community. However, the following introduction is based solely on the provided customer reviews, which present a critical perspective on the park's management and living conditions.
Based on the limited information, the environment at Willow Village Home Court, as described by recent customer reviews, appears to be in a state of decline. One reviewer refers to the park owner as a "slum lord," alleging neglect of essential maintenance such as septic backups and a general refusal to invest in the park's upkeep. This suggests a potentially deteriorating living environment for residents. The same review mentions that rent continues to increase despite the park's apparent decline. Another detailed review echoes these concerns, stating that the owners are multiple corporations located outside of Michigan and seem to lack concern for the park's condition or its residents. This review further claims that the owners only cover the costs of furnace and water heater repairs, and even in those cases, repairs can be significantly delayed, as exemplified by a two-week period without heat during winter. The practice of taking parts from empty trailers for repairs in occupied units is also mentioned, indicating a potentially disorganized and inadequate maintenance approach. These accounts paint a picture of a potentially neglected and poorly maintained living environment at Willow Village Home Court. For local users considering "rv parks near me" or long-term mobile home residency, these descriptions of the environment are critical to consider.
The services at Willow Village Home Court, according to the customer reviews, appear to be severely lacking. One reviewer explicitly states that there is currently no on-site management or maintenance, resulting in a situation where nothing is being fixed. This absence of essential services would undoubtedly impact the quality of life for residents, whether in mobile homes or RVs if accommodated. The other detailed review supports this lack of service, mentioning the owners' reluctance to pay for repairs beyond furnaces and water heaters and the delayed and substandard methods employed for those repairs. The alleged practice of firing maintenance personnel who refuse to engage in "illegal" activities, as mentioned in one review, raises serious concerns about the ethical and legal standards of the park's operation. Furthermore, the claim that upper management harasses tenants about rent before it is even due suggests a problematic and potentially stressful interaction with the management. For local users searching for "rv parks near me" or long-term housing, the apparent lack of essential services and the negative portrayal of management are significant factors to take into account.
The features of Willow Village Home Court are not detailed in a positive light by the provided reviews. One reviewer mentions that rental units are priced at $975 per month but do not include appliances and are in a state of disrepair, allegedly resembling condemned properties. This suggests that the available housing options may be substandard despite the cost. The review also draws comparisons to other parks owned by the same entities in Ypsilanti and Flint, Michigan, where trailers are reportedly condemned or have unrepaired damage like boarded-up windows, indicating a pattern of neglect across multiple properties. The fact that "State and health have been here at Willow several times writing them up" suggests potential code violations and health concerns within the park. For local users considering "rv parks near me" or mobile home residency, the described features of the rental units and the overall condition of the park, as indicated by these reviews, present significant drawbacks.
Promotional information for Willow Village Home Court is entirely absent from the provided text. Given the overwhelmingly negative nature of the customer reviews, it is unlikely that there is any positive promotional messaging associated with the park based on this information. The reviews themselves serve as a strong deterrent, highlighting numerous issues related to management, maintenance, and the overall living conditions. Local users searching for "rv parks near me" or mobile home living options in Williamston should be aware that the available feedback does not offer any positive attributes or promotional points for Willow Village Home Court. Instead, the emphasis is on the park's alleged deficiencies and the negative experiences of its residents.
The customer reviews for Willow Village Home Court paint a concerning picture for any local users considering this location, whether for short-term RV stays (if permitted) or long-term mobile home residency. Both reviews highlight significant issues with the park's management, maintenance, and overall condition. The allegations of neglect, unethical practices, and a lack of investment in the park's infrastructure are serious and should not be ignored. The comparison to other poorly maintained properties owned by the same entities further reinforces these concerns. The involvement of state and health authorities, resulting in citations, suggests that the park may not meet basic living standards and regulatory requirements. For individuals searching for "rv parks near me" or mobile home parks in Williamston, these reviews serve as a strong warning about the potential living conditions and management practices at Willow Village Home Court.
For local users actively searching for "rv parks near me" or considering a move to a mobile home community in Williamston, the information available for Willow Village Home Court, based solely on customer reviews, strongly suggests caution. The absence of on-site management and maintenance, the alleged history of neglecting essential repairs, and the reported poor condition of rental units are significant drawbacks. The serious allegations regarding unethical and potentially illegal management practices further compound these concerns. Prospective residents or RVers should thoroughly investigate these claims and consider seeking alternative options for housing or RV parking in the Williamston area. It would be prudent to contact relevant local authorities to inquire about the park's compliance history and any outstanding violations. Given the overwhelmingly negative feedback, a personal visit to the property would be essential, and even then, proceeding with extreme caution would be advisable. The lack of any positive information or promotional points in the provided reviews underscores the potential risks associated with choosing Willow Village Home Court for your housing or RV needs.
In conclusion, Willow Village Home Court, located in Williamston, MI, is a mobile home park that local users might encounter when searching for housing options, including potentially "rv parks near me." However, the available customer reviews paint a stark picture of neglect, mismanagement, and poor living conditions. The allegations range from ignored maintenance issues and rising rent despite decline, to unethical management practices and substandard rental units. Given this overwhelmingly negative feedback and the absence of any positive information or promotional points, prospective residents and RVers are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence, potentially seeking alternative options in the Williamston area. Contacting local authorities for information on the park's compliance history may also be a prudent step before considering Willow Village Home Court for your housing or RV needs.

Willow Village Home Court Reviews
Park owner is a slum lord. They ignore septic back ups and refuse to put any money into the park. You do not want to live here. Rent continues to increase while the park declines. Upper management harasses tenants about rent before its even due. We currently don't have on site management or maintenance so nothing is being fixed.
Aug 16, 2024 · Tyler BrockwayDon’t move here! Owners are multiple corporations and don’t care about people or the park they are also not even in the state of Michigan. They are raising rent again but yet the only things they will pay for is the furnace and water heater. Even then we went two weeks with no heat right after Christmas and finally gave up and called a specialist ourselves. There way of fixing things is to play the guessing game and take parts out of empty trailers and try it on yours. The owners lie and play games. The places they have for rent are running at 975 a month but no appliances are included and the places look like they should be condemned. They have a park in Ypsilanti that has more then half the trailers condemned and the Flint park has wood over the windows because they refuse to replace windows. State and health have been here at Willow several times writing them up. They can’t keep a maintenance person longer then a couple months because once the maintenance person refuses to do something illegal they fire them. They don’t even deserve one star.
Feb 02, 2023 · Catlin StewartThis place is a mess, I wouldn’t recommend it to the homeless. In over 1 year they had 4 maintenance men, 4 park managers. The new maintenance man, couldn’t even shut the water off, couldn’t even get into the trailers to check what Maitnence needed to be done. They have selected favoritism in order who can have cars parked in the street and who can’t. They ran the septic into the pond behind the trailers. Maintenance man claims repairs are 3 to 6 months behind.
May 05, 2023 · Santana Santoswent there today to see about this place met by some 90 lady asking me what the hppp and hell i was doing clearly on something aslo will be complaning to the city of williomston the oner to care cause we call thew number to complain about this lady she answers and says wrong number well i would never move too a place that the managers are all on something the owner should leave his number what a joke these people also threatened my wife because we were inquiring but nope clean it up or no one would even think about moveing there we wont
Jun 12, 2024 · Todd StaufferI do not recommend renting/buying a trailer from here. Owners are really shady and way too much drama from some residents. Prices are ridiculous and unfair. Takes forever to get anything taken care of anywhere from sewer lines to broken pipes. There's always a backup somewhere and seems like the park doesn't want to get things fixed when they should.
